This was an emergent visit as my dog had become quite I’ll the night before. I called early and they squeezed us in later that morning, which was much appreciated. Dr. Belie was very kind and thorough as was the vet tech whom we first saw. She took the time to answer any of our questions and help alleviate some of our fears. Overall very pleased and grateful.

We had an emergency with one of our cats and I just showed up with her to see if they could help me. Kim the receptionist was was so understanding and comforting as I was a wreck. They were able to get her in later that morning and taken care of. Everyone was so nice and my cat was well taken care of. I highly recommend Point Area Veterinary Clinic!

I have been bringing my cats to see Dr. Megan for years. She is always very kind, caring and compassionate. I’ve recently had visits with Dr. Ralph and my experience with him was also very pleasant. The receptionists and technicians are always kind and considerate. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic and will never use another.

The staff is always nice and friendly and easy to work with. They are all very professional.I did not like what I determined to be the new procedure, which is to take the pet away and have the vet examine the pet in another room and only come and talk with me after the exam. I should be there to discuss with the vet anything relevant during the exam, which should be happening in front of me. Important info could be skipped if I am not there to adequately relate any changing behaviors and/or discuss something the vet finds outside of the purpose of the visit. The animal could be scared and for that matter, so could I. This method may be to your advantage, but it is not to my or the pet's advantage. It's not about what is most convenient for you, it's about me and my pet. Would you allow a pediatrician to whisk away your child only to return them when they see fit? This new way mimics the way it is done in the Mosinee weekend clinic, and one would be foolish to consider that operation as any type of gold standard model.While I'm sitting in the empty exam room, all I hear is the constant slamming of doors and wonder what is going on. Buy a door closer.

I bought my dog to be euthanized this afternoon and I am absolutely disgusted by "Dr Ralph." From the moment he stepped into the exam room with my dog he was disrespectful and conducted himself in a way not fitting for a family mourning the circumstances and soon-to-be loss of their pet. He chose to administer the smallest quantity of the drug possible which resulted my dog continuing to struggle for several more minutes. When i asked what was wrong Ralph snapped at me that "he can always give him more if he HAS to." Dude, you just took $400 under the pretense of offering a compassionate and low stress experience for myself and my animal. You provided neither of those today and you should be absolutely ashamed of how you conduct yourself. Your care is a blemish on the otherwise impeccable care that other vets like Dr Megan and Dr Emily have given in the past. I want vets like them working with my animals.

Every visit I have had has been great! I have 2 cats and a dog. They are so great with all 3 of them, especially considering my dog is very reactive and not great with strangers.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My pet and I were taken care of in a timely fashion. They treated my pet wonderfully. My only complaint was the vet who looked at her seemed in a hurry and didn’t offer many specifics despite my questions. As usual a teeth cleaning was pushed.

Wait time was long. We arrived on time, waited ten minutes in the waiting room, and almost another 15 minutes in the exam room for a single shot for our dog. The vet was very nice and apologized for the wait.
