It's hit or miss here. Prices are usually higher than I'd like to spend, but that can be expected with a consignment store. They do have higher quality clothing than you would find at other thrift stores though because they are strict about what they will accept.

Decided to try just "one" more time shopping at this store 2/23/2024. Every time I have been there, 3 times now, the cashier gals are just rude. The one gal walked the store a few times while I was there today and had a snarky look on her face. No, hello, no smile. I first smiled at her because well...that's the respectful thing to do to store employees right..At one point I was looking thru some clothing that happened to be right by the register area and I looked up to her sneer look at me once more. I kindly smiled at her and said, "Smile".. she rolled her eyes and turned around. I only said that because I had enough of her rotten attitude and thought just maybe shed perk up a little bit? I'm sorry but if you want customers to feel WELCOMED and buy your store merchandise you need to have people working for you that are welcoming and pleasant to your customers. I counted up 132 dollars of merchandise in my cart. I thought...no, I'm not one more time spending one more penny here... again. I returned everything back to where I grabbed it from. I ended up with a couple things off the dollar rack. Spent 6 bucks...when really I shouldn't have even spent even that much. I feel bad for those that consign here as I'd love to support their 40 percent of sales but I will not support the 60 percent store sales for having RUDE customer service. The one gal especially (long brownish hair) should be fired and take a class on public customer service.

Clothes are jam packed in hanging area. Prices are a little high. Could almost purchase online or other retailers for same amount.

I like the store fairly impressed clean organized. I made a couple bucks here and there, I only wish they would do 50-50 instead of 60/40. Because for the money I get I could just charge cheaper on my rummage. Instead of bringing it in. Seems more fair.

In Stevens Point, there's a wonderful selection of clothes available to peruse. Reasonable pricing. Also, a great place to bring clothes after cleaning out your closet. Intake hours vary quite a bit, though, so make sure to check before heading there.

I’m a seasoned thrift store shopper and the prices (especially on clothing) at Nice As New are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!! I’ve never seen such inflated prices for used clothing at any other thrift shop. I was shocked.

There were a lot of good condition things to check put. The store was very organized and I don't think I saw a single broken or dirty item during my entire trip through the store. It was a nice change from the thrift stores closer to home. The clothes section is the largest of any in the store, so if you like thrifting for clothes this is the place to look.

Disrespectful and very rude when there was only two changing rooms and there was 3 people who could start tasks, they made rude faces at me and my friends and tried limiting my items. I put everything back on the hanger, wasn’t even there long. I have never felt more unwelcomed. You should treat people better. Especially if they are paying you

Very nice selection. Some of the most beautiful things I own are because the owner Deak and his mom that opened up this awesome store. I could never have been able to afford such beautiful items if they were available at a regular store at regular, overpriced prices. And most of the stuff at Nice as New is still new with new tickets still attached or in like new condition! Thank you so much to you kind sir. I have been a faithful customer since you opened your store and hope you are in business for years to come. You have been such a blessing to my children and me for so many years! This store is great. It is a way to turn your kids old clothes into cash or better yet trade. They take clothes years old or newer so you're not buying our of date clothing. They carry Halloween costumes in the fall, fancy clothes for Easter and Christmas. They have baby/ kid toys and books as well. They also have a .25 sale for good condition items that are older than 2 years and the proceeds go to charity. They also offer women's clothes and shoes. All at reasonable prices!

Been shopping and consigning here for years! I have three boys so the need for new clothes is never-ending...I can find name brand for rummage sale prices! Plus...I shop the tag sales and special events to save even more! As a consignor...I am able to take things on my schedule, and accumulate some surprise cash as a bonus! Highly recommend!!

The staff is great. Things are priced similarly to other thrift stores, but the product selection is much nicer since it is consignment and the items are filtered by staff. The store is very clean and well organized.

Great for low-cost kids' clothes! I've also found good kitchen gadgets (inexpensive but good quality slow cooker) and dishes there.

As a guy i give them one star because there store is 80% womens clothing 10% kids 5% nicknacks and junk 4% misc. And 1% mens clothing.
