I stopped into this establishment yesterday to have a nail trim. I was greeted by an older lady and three dogs ran out from the back room. She picked up one and took it in the back room and I heard it yelp loudly. She came out to get the other two and they both cowered to her when she picked them up. I already had a bad feeling but proceeded with the nail trim. I walked to the back room to watch how they handle my dog and witnessed the younger lady grab a dog and forcefully slam a dog in a cage. I have never been so disgusted. This place is a no go. I am contacting the state to tell them how these dogs are being abused. DO NOT take your pets there.

Always fun to stop in and see the adorable puppies they have for sale!! Bev n Carla are so amazing. They have such a wonderful atmosphere for these fur puppers a d all the dogs they groom! Treat them with such great care and love! You gotta check them out!!

Just bought our fourth dog from Lit'Pets after loosing our last dog. They were amazing on trying to find us another dog in the breed we were looking for and called us back in no time. Picked up our new healthy puppy and are so grateful for the new addition to our family. Thanks again for the great customer service!!

The younger woman was kind when we dropped off our dog. An hour later when we picked him up, the older woman thought she had the right to treat me poorly bc my dog had a matted coat. Uhm, I’m pretty sure that’s the reason I brought him there. To be shaved and groomed. I’m not sorry you had to work hard at your job. I love my dog, and the disdain you had for me was judgemental and rude. I would not recommend interacting with this woman. She seems to forget the customer is why she has a business/job. The customer is not there to meet your expectations, mam, it’s the other way around.
