The selection at this hardware/sporting goods store is decent, but nothing to write home about. The prices are average, but the customer service is lacking. The employees are not very knowledgeable about the products and seem uninterested in helping customers. The store itself is also not very well-maintained and can be a bit disorganized. Overall, this store is fine if you just need to grab a few items, but there are better options out there for more serious shoppers.

The return policy is horrible. I usually only ho here if I absolutely need something that day and it's an item I now I'm going to live with no matter what.In Jan of 2024, I asked for a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made a few months prior. I needed it for a Milwaukee tool promotion.One would think in today's day and age when any major retailer can reprint them in a few seconds, it wouldn't be an issue.3 separate requests from store sent to home office. Copy of credit card bill with transaction. Provided Fleet rewards membership number.......nope, can't seem to locate it to reprint the receipt....Will not buy another higher priced item from them again. I can see every purchase I ever made on through Amazon on their website. It's 100% unacceptable for a major retailer to not be able to provide a receipt copy.

It's a good all around store. You can find some pretty good clearance/discount or bargain items at a reduced price. The weekly sales are usually good as well. Special offers for rewards members.

This is the second time I have been to the FF Auto Center in Stevens Point. Cleary I believe is one of the gentleman that works there. He is absolutely amazing with his customer service and knowledge and he treats people amazingly. The other folks that work there seem very professional as well. Thanks Cleary and FF for great service at fair prices!!

Went to the gun section on three separate days, Friday, Saturday, and a Sunday during non peak hours. Multiple customers waiting at the cases and only one employee working the area. Sunday there was no one at the counter or in the area at all. Between the amount of time it takes to fill out paperwork, pay, and be escorted up front Fleet Farm should have a minimum of TWO employees in that area at all times. I watched several people who were ready to purchase leave, including myself, due to this stores horrible staffing. If youre looking to buy guns, go somewhere else or contact a local FFL.UPDATE: Received follow up from Fleet Farm customer service as seen below. Provided all contact information per their request. Its been 72 hrs with ZERO response. Nice to see they take issues like mine and other customers SERIOUSLY. What a JOKE.

New to the area as of 2023, and don't have a fleet or a farm, but Fleet Farm was a wonderful surprise. Quick stop for some food? Clothing? Pet stuff?Want to get a bit lost and find yourself in between furniture and bird seed?This place has everything, we love it

My all time favorite “go to” store in Stevens Point. This Fleet has it all. The sporting goods area is awesome. Boating, firearms, and camping/ hunting stuff galore. Also great for your everyday weekend warrior fix it yourself professionals. In addition to a decent selection of adult and kids apparels. If you can’t find it at this Fleet you don’t need it.

Went in looking for a product that we could not locate. After asking two people for help and being sent to the wrong section twice, we opted to drive down the road to Lowe’s. Was not impressed by multiple employees who choose to just stand in the front and continue talking instead of attempting to help us locate the product.

They had most of what I needed, but many pegs were empty or almost empty. We were in the hunting section. They were out of hunting vests in his size. Some of the items for sale needed dusting including one item i bought. I have a mobility impairment and have to use a scooter. I find their fixtures and aisles too close together to navigate. I am told they do this to reduce shoplifting but it makes it difficult for a legitimate disabled customer. But the items they sell are of a good quality and they usually have something that will work, and work well.

Always happy to shop at Fleet Farm in Stevens Point! I know the store layout well and can get toys, household items, pet supplies, wild bird seed etc that other stores don’t have. Baking supplies like nuts and chocolate are also good and always fresh. Never disappointed!

Building materials are sparse. Tools are pathetic. We'll see if they will be able to keep ammo on the shelves with the upcoming shortages. I have no faith in that. As others have said... farm related goods are thinning. I miss the "Mill's" Fleet Farm. Whatever this new thing is has degraded to an empty shell of what FF once was.

I went there to get gas and a car wash. I got $1 off of my car wash with my gas purchase. It was a pretty good wash. I love that they have free vacuums and air. The vacuums need a little more suction though, as they didn't pick up all of the dirt.

The automotive service professionals at the front desk were very helpful; they were excellent communicators! Everything connected to my new tire purchase was right on schedule, and my front-desk service professional was even able to get me some additional information about my vehicle's status when I had two last-minute questions!

Store was a little cluttered. Wasn't able to fit 2 carts going in opposite direction in any aisle.
