I just Had the worst experience at the Stevens Point Branch. A week ago I went to the store to get information about purchasing a canoe. The workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They showed me the canoes and answered my questions. Today I went to buy one. I asked the manager to see the the new models. He responded that" it was against store policy" to show me the canoes. When I told him that last week they showed me the canoes and that how would anyone buy one without seeing it, he rudely and repeatedly, in front of two other workers said, "If you are going to be argumentative you should leave". I left.

Nice sporting goods store, but prices are a little high. Lowest price on an aluminum bat was $40.00 for a tee ball bat. Found the same bat at another big box store for $15.00 less. Baseball gloves were also pretty pricey compared to other stores in the vicinity.

Very helpful clerks. Wide variety of numerous brands from which to choose. Lots of different sports. I feel the sales are decent and prices in general are competitive. Good selection of merchandise.

Good store with a decent selection of outdoor, youth sports, sportsman, and golf supplies. Fair amount of apparel, but they run out of seasonal options/ sizes very quickly, so think ahead. Found more often than not, if you wait too long to find (last minute) this store sells out of stock quick.

Everything I was looking for was either on sale or on clearance. The lines were starting to get long at the checkout and management was on top of it, calling for additional cashiers. Great customer service. It was my 1st time shopping there and I will definitely be back.

Shopped for around an hour just to get to the register and be told I couldn't pay with a visa debit card for my $300+ of merchandise due to machines being down all day. Something that could've been told to me as I walked in the door. One of my favorite stores for under armour gear and after this 1 very unprofessional experience, I will no longer be visiting this store

The service was wonderful .They were so helpful when I had to exchange a pair of Bib coveralls.I was alittle stressed with Christmas and illnesses in the family trying to get things done and they made it so easy.i was also asked if I needed any help.The prices are reasonable, better than I expected.i enjoyed shopping and will definitely be going back

They have a nice selection but the employees are horrible. I just wanted to look around for a bit and I had them ask me if I needed help 9 times in the fifteen minutes I spent in there before I was irritated and left, I'm not sure if they thought I was going to shop lift or there boss just makes them bother their patrons. My advice is don't pressure the customer when they are looking around. If you don't feel rushed and pressured into buying something you will spend more.

Highest prices in town on anything hunting related. Poor selection and nobody seems to know what's going on. Price matching is a crock. Must be a printed ad and within a 30 mile radius of the store. The Walmart everyday price was $40 and this place was $60. Would not match price.

Stopped in to look for Brewers central division championship gear. They didn't have any but I did end up buying a Brewers jacket that was on sale. I frequently get coupons from this store and have purchased golf equipment, a bicycle, clothing items and an exercise bike over the years. Good quality and a large variety of sporting goods at competitive prices.

Two trips in 2 days. We enjoyed looking around in Dunham's more than a typical trip to the competition. There was a wider selection and prices were more reasonable. In addition we used a 20 percent off coupon each time.
