The staff has gonna above and beyond to find and stock clay for my son who is not "neurotypical". The friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledgeable manager has made this store a positive shopping experience in our community.

I've never experienced such amazing employees at a Dollar Tree before! Even the manager ( at least I assume she was the manager) was very friendly, talking to people, and giving high-fives to little kids. They seemed like a very good team.

Stopped in tonight in a hurry to replace a gift bag that ripped on the way to a birthday party, the girl in the checkout was extremely slow ringing up the woman in front of me that must have had 100 things, even when the line behind me got long and one guy even remarked “ I don’t have time for this “ he may have left-I’m not sure. The other checkout clerk was working on filling balloons, while another employee loudly talked on the phone. It was finally my turn and when she went to put my bag in a bag I told her I was just going to take my items like they were ( I grabbed another thing of tissue paper and a bow since I was there) she then went to continue to bag my items so I again said I was just taking them as they were and handed her my cash to pay, she sensed my urgency and apparently that was an issue for her, so then she thought it was appropriate to purposely move even slower when handing me my cash, then slowly handed me my receipt, then finally handed me my change all with an attitude. I was in no way rude, but customers are allowed to be in a hurry, and don’t need to be treated like that. Perhaps some customer service training could be helpful with this store as the employees clearly need to learn how to treat customers and have a little ambition while at work.

I was told to go fly a kite (F myself) by a employee as well as told I was rude to “people like her” and “inconsiderate” for handing her a $20 when my total was $10, I’m still in shock and do not understand why I was treated like this after doing nothing to have this happen. She also said a few other rude things before I left and told her to have a good day. I’m sure not all the employees are like this but it’s astounding that it would happen at all.

I enjoy their service. Ladies are so nice. Even working 12 he shift help me load up my car, after buying $125 worth of food.Thank you ladies. You are appreciated. 👍🏻😉

The store would not fill a Make-A-Wish balloon for me. Other dollar trees have been accommodating.

Went to shop at 8pm as google said it open at 9pm but doors were locked with lights fully on and a register open

Extremely disappointed and bad customer service when your hours online and on your door state that they open at 9am and you go to the store only for a member on the staff to tell you they are closed/not open yet. You need to change your hours on the door. I will not be coming back again.
