The communication and customer service here was awful. I left a voicemail to book a one week stay for my puppy about 2 months in advance. The only confirmation I got was a call about one week later saying it was booked. No email, no written confirmation. I called the facility one week before his stay to confirm and see what vaccinations/ documentation was needed and never got a call back. I attempted to get in touch with someone on the day of drop off (called about 10 times), but never received an answer or call back. I ended up taking my dog to a different local boarder, as I no longer felt comfortable leaving my puppy with a company who cannot communicate. I can only imagine how it would have been should I have left my dog there.

Our elder weiner dog has a sensitive spine and needs medication. Laura and staff took such gentle care of her and also got her to take her meds! We feel very comfortable leaving Abby in their care.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They treated my dog horrible and no potty breaks afterwards. He is now traumatized, scared to get brushed or get nails trimmed. He shakes and cries and hides now, Never did before! Watched as she gripped and twisted him and made him yelp in pain multiple times. She Brushed him so hard that he ended up bleeding on his back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Country Paws is just absolutely amazing. Laura and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and take very good care of their charges. I'm a crazy dog lady, but I never worry when I drop my dog off here for an overnight stay- I know he'll be well taken care of.The hours are great (7am-7pm weekdays, 7am-2pm Saturdays, 12pm-7pm Sundays), and the pricing is very reasonable. You can also request grooming be done during the course of a stay- I always have my guy's toenails trimmed, and sometimes he even gets a bath so he comes home soft and smelling fresh. We love Country Paws! :)

DONT GO HERE! My mom brought her dog here for a grooming and it was the worst experience for both her and the dog!While grooming my mothers dog they cut his leg. When I say cut I mean enough that we had to take him to the vet. The vet ended up having to put in three stapes and sent the dog home on antibiotics. We now have a vet bill for $122. In addition to all of this two of his teeth were knocked out during the grooming.After ending up at the vet we went back to Country Paws and Biscuit to inform them of the outcome from the cut they inflicted. We spoke with the owner who never apologized and made up excuse after excuse. She paid us for half of the vet bill but refused to take anymore responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I normally don’t write reviews but this experience was too terrible to not warn others about. Keep your pets safe and don’t send them here

Great local business for dog grooming, drop in nail trim ($15), boarding and doggy day care! They also gave a bunch of treats, collars, and dog food in the shop for purchase.

Nothing to dislike about Country Paws Bed & Biscuit. Training techniques by Laura were fascinating during her demonstration of what she taught our Irish Setter in a short time. Grooming, bathing etc. seemed to be what our setter enjoyed. Remington cannot wait to get into the front door and visit/play with his day-care friends on a weekly basis. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Great place to board, train and groom a canine member of your family.

I was nervous getting my dog groomed. She was only groomed once before at a different place, she didn't like it, especially the shaver. I let them know about her fears (and mine) they took it slow and easy with my dog. She looks so good. I'm so glad I trusted CP they really listen to your concerns. I will be back.

My 4 year old lab LOVES it here. We bring him twice a week, and whenever we need boarding we bring him here. I cannot comment on grooming since our dog does not require it, but he sure loves to play here and comes home tired!

Went on a 2 week vacation and with a heavy heart left our dog behind. Once we dropped him off at country paws and biscuit we new we made the right boarding decision. He was so happy there and very well cared for. Thanks to the lovely staff here we were able to enjoy our vacation and our dog was in puppy paradise.

My wife and I loved the proprietor at her former employer (and most importantly, our pup did, too.) Her business is not only more convenient to us, but we'd have a hard time trusting our little pal to anyone else. Not only does CPB&B provide outstanding kennel services, but her prices on food and treats are especially reasonable.

Country Paws is the absolute best, and our pups love it there. They are always happy and tired when we pick them up. Absolutely recommended if you're in the market for a great camp for your fur babies.

We were referred to them, dropped off our two dogs and specifically told them that we did not want them to play with other dogs as they were only 5 months old. When we dropped them off they were clean, we picked them up and they were filthy dirty with dog urine mud and dog poop all over them. After talking with Jessica and expressing our concerns, she told us to bring them back and they would be happy to bath them for a charge........needless to say, we will never use them again and I would not recommend dropping your wonderful pets off to them.

Our Veterinarian called Country Paws B&B (while I stood there) and asked the staff if they actually need a Giardia fecal exam to board and not just a normal fecal exam. They said yes, it is required. This exam is $80 and requires the stool sample to be sent to Marshfield, WI. It takes several days to get results. The Vet said no boarding kennel, no matter how expensive has in her 22 years in operation ever asked for this test prior to boarding. They said it would be like asking for human blood test results prior to checking into a hotel. The staff said someone at this kennel has very limited and skewed knowledge of animals. If you board your animal here you're feeding into this paranoia.
