Nice small little grocery store. Good selection of products. Pricing is hit or miss depending on sales. Some stuff seems over priced. Staff has been super friendly everyone I've gone in. Done everything from minor quick shopping to pantry restocks type trips here and never had an issue. Clean store. Decent carts. Beats a Walmart any day.

This is a nice local grocery store. They have a decent selection. They were the closest store to our summer getaway. If there prices were more competitive I would have give them 5 stars.

so expensive! why do small town stores jack up the prices? Most of the people are working class people just trying to survive. Some go without because they can't swing gas, transportation, sitters, and food to go elsewhere less costly. Especially for that one thing needed for their meal. And then get home and find out there's mold?

I understand this is a small town grocery store but the prices are insane and very little options. I've come here quite a few times looking for specific things and I can never find what I am looking for and I always pay double what I would at Walmart. Wish there were more options in the area but at least it is a grocery store when you need it.

I go here a lot when I'm visiting family in the area. Small town store, but clean and well-organized. Despite it's smaller size, I always find just about everything I need without getting lost in dozens and dozens of aisles. Produce is always in good condition, too.

This store is nice to come to as a break from my regular Thorp Super Valu. They have a real deli with real homemade items and great variety. Not just pre portioned packaged as in Thorp.

Hansen's really delivers when it comes "home town" service. I live in Thorp, but find it worthwhile to travel the 6mi to Stanely. The food selection is GREAT and the prices are fair!

They are great for the essentials. If your looking for something slightly exotic you are bound to be disappointed. Good deals every week. Worth saving the gas and just picking up the day to day and saving your more specialty items for once every couple weeks or once a month trip to Eau Claire.

Small town, convenient grocier with a deli. Some prices are higher than your average major grocery store but at the end of the day it balances out If you get to save gas money by avoiding driving to the city.

Pleasant shopping there. Enough checkouts for everyone. Their meat is the best, fresh hamburger; pink not gray! Steaks are great! They always have some kind of meat special. Their produce is always fresh and crispy. They make their own tortilla chips in the deli which are awesome! Enough said, go there! Oh, and their deli chicken is super tasty, crispy and moist inside!

It's a last resort kinda place. High prices, kinda outdated/run down, rude staff(Lynn and older lady in deli), produce could be gone through (almost like it's sometimes just stocked and not rotated/bad picked out).

The employees could certainly be more friendly. I am lucky if I get a hello before being asked paper or plastic. That's usually the extent of the conversation. This seems to be true with most of the employees throughout the store. They need to work on better customer service.

Getting into the dairy department is like going through and obstacle course. You many pallets sitting around.Employees in sweatpants and blue hair orange hair etc. Don't they have a dress code? I have also noticed that some of the employees now park in the parking lot during their shift. Isn't that for the customers?They do have good sales but sometimes have to go back a few times because they are out.Love the deli chicken!

Well I been shopping there for a long time and the staff is great and I prices are good and I get things from the deli everytime I go there so keep up the good work

Its an ok store, nice employees. They don't have things they should have which results in having to travel to chippewa walmart. Price are high on stuff, alot higher than they should be. I think its because we're a small town and they know the people dont want to travel so the price gouge alot but they do have alot of sales so it all depends on what you need

Good place the green house has Gorgeous Flowers in it all the vegetables you need to plant very clean. The store is very laid out Goodman quality good food good service very friendly people

They need to stop blocking off end cap and aisle access with their push carts of inventory for the shelves. That is what a backroom is for. Don't inconvenience the customers for the convenience of the staff.

First time shopper and will not return. I was noticeably having trouble finding things, as I had forgotten my glasses and couldn't read the signs or see completely down the aisles. 5 different typical "I hate my job, I hate my life" middle-aged ADULT employees, passed me in the store, frowns on their faces, staring right through me, noses in the air. No help to be had at this store! Even the check-out girl was rude, too lazy to even hand me my bags or verify I had everything. Ugh! Hope Gordy's re-opens or will just continue to drive to Eau Claire for better service.

Not too much in selections for food in the deli area, but what was there was yummy. Got the chicken sandwich and mac and cheese! Broccoli salad was a winner!
