Hands down amazing vet clinic. Cost efficient considering the county, population, and wages in my experience for what I have got done for my pets. Vets are always very thorough and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here. The receptionist are also well informed and are so kind and inviting. The clinic is set up well to aid any pet that comes in per your situation and their needs. Personally my dog struggles with being comfortable with strangers and other pets, he can be very vocal and anxious, I was worried he’d be regarded as aggressive even though he is not, and is easily redirected and listens well. They took the right steps with making him more comfortable and ignoring his behavior, they knew he was acting from anxiety and mistrust and were knowledgeable of his breed characteristics/nature, and are always able to guide him and myself through the appointment with no issues and have even referred me to trainers. I am very thankful! It is awesome to see aside from medical knowledge they also know about breeds and typical behavior, etc. and I have known not all vets to show this even though it is so helpful!! I’d recommend Leading Edge to anyone.

Dr. Jim and the whole team at Leading Edge are great. We have 4 fur babies that they see, but I want to shout out their great care of our newest baby, Fable. She had/has quiet extensive skin issues and allergies and they have them her so much! They listen to concerns and really try to get to the bottom of any problem, big or small. They communicate clearly and follow up with information quickly. Can't say enough good things!

Today we brought in 2 small dogs for grooming, one shih Tzu and a shih Tzu mix. Both dogs have some tricky considerations when being groomed. Emma did a perfect job, got everything accomplished even with one dog that dislikes grooming and the other with many old age issues. My husband and I were both very impressed. We also loved how all the staff worked together to help out. Everyone was really really nice besides having a fantastic outcome. I also feel more comfortable having dogs groomed in a location where part of the business is a vet. We've been to many different groomers over the years and this one is tops!!

We live out of town and our sweet pup was experiencing some illness while we were on vacation. We called vets all over Hayward to find someone who could fit her in. We spoke to a vet in Seeley who was already dealing with some extra emergency visits that day, but recommended that we try Leading Edge. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They fit us in that morning, did lots of tests and got her medicated right away. They called to check on us and even took our calls with questions later that day. The price was very reasonable seeing that they even did some extra tests that we would have needed for a wellness check at our regular vet back home. They sent records back and forth with our home vet as well. I am honestly thinking of just coming up here now for my dogs regular appointments! Starting from the reception staff on up, we experienced so much kindness, compassion and care. The vet techs were so kind and intelligent, and the vet was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I could not recommend Leading Edge enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We needed emergency care on a Friday for a very small dog that had been badly injured by another dog. Seven other clinics turned us down before we called Leading Edge. Every single interaction we had, from reception to intake to treatment by the doctor, was gracious, attentive, and helpful. I don't know what's in the water at this place that makes them so good at their jobs, but we could all use more of it. Congratulations on your outstanding standard of care.

I won't disparage my former Veterinarian establishment, but I will say it's easy enough to feel when someone 'cares'. I certainly felt by the end of our appointment that he understood my canine and what was needed at the time.

The vets and staff at Leading Edge are AMAZING! I adopted 2 wild mustangs, and in Rice Lake we don't have many equine vet options. My newly adopted horses ran into a few issues that needed immediate attention during their gentling process. These guys were on point! They helped me come up with solutions that treated the horses in ways that were non-traumatizing so I could continue their gentling without setbacks. Now, my mustangs are gentled and I have found a trusted vet clinic that know and care for my horses like I do. So glad I found them!!

You will be hard pressed to find a better veterinarian clinic in the entire nation. They gave us the time of day immediately when all the other clinics in the area could have cared less. This facility is the top of the line as far as im concerned. They are now our primary pet doctors.

They gelded my stallion found out he's needle shy not man shy get got Lyme's disease about 2.9 to 3 years old an got a lot of shots I didn't want to fix him but it was for the best only if I was younger he's was a gentle calm baby but my fences need replacing an getting old he did well for a 5 year old the Lyme's explained the needle shyness

While we are trying hard not to be frequent fliers here, Leading Edge is amazing whether you have scheduled your appointment weeks in advance or are calling with an "urgent oops" situation. They are always kind, professional and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. If you are looking for an excellent vet for any animal, this is the place to go. Dr. Abby is one of those rare unicorns who can treat bunnies, and she is amazing, as is literally every other member of the staff -- and trust me, we have interacted with most of them over the last year.

I love Dr. Abby. She helped my 14 year old cat, Trinity cross the bridge last year. She and her staff have been amazing with my Mimi girl, she was adopted from the Humane Society and is terrified of everything. And they have been wonderful with my two cats that I adopted within the last year from the Humane Society, Rosie and Blaze. Poor Rosie has health issues and they are wonderful with her ❤

Leading Edge is possibly the most phenomenal clinic you will find! Ed was kind enough to come out at 8:30 PM, on a chilly winter night. He was quick to answer my call. Ed was the only one I could get a hold of to help me. He came to give me a piece of mind over my hurt horse. She was pretty badly cut up, bleeding a lot, and I don't know how long she had been bleeding for. She was very woozy, having a hard time walking, and I thought she was going to fall over. Ed came as quick as he could, decided the treatment, administered shots, antibiotics, and gave me a plan to help her get back on the path to health. Ed was so wonderful, and I cannot thank him enough. The bill was phenomenal, as well!!! Leading Edge has helped me before in a bind, when Baby Had heaves. His team was quick on the draw, and everything was perfectly executed before, as well!! Can't complain about that bill, either!!

My GSD had an issue with vomiting and diarrhea over Memorial Day weekend and I called at 8:01 on Tuesday they were able to see him at 10:30 they did fantastic work analyzing my dog and by 16:00 my GSD was ready to go home. Ended up being a bacterial infection and they did what they needed to do. The staff is top notch. Cost was very reasonable, if I would have took him to another clinic in town it would have been much more! I will be referring everyone I know to them. Leading Edge rocks, the only down side is the whole mask thing, CDC says no mask needed if you have been vaccinated, I opted to meet outside. Still 5 stars!
