SGAH has been absolutely wonderful for our cats over two decades of service. If they cannot fit us in for an urgent concern (which is almost never unless it's a scheduled closed day), they take the time to listen and point us to the Middleton emergency vet if needed. Whether kittens or geriatric cats, they've treated them like family.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kara Hutter. She is one of the most compassionate animal lovers I have met. She helped my best friend, Clarence the Great Dane, transition over to the other side and because Kara new Clarence and me personally, it made the experience so much more calm, relaxed and meaningful. The kindness, compassion and care that she shows not only to my boy but to me as a devistated pet parent is beyond any other veterinarian services I have ever received. I am so incredibly grateful that she helped my boy cross over the rainbow bridge. She reassured me of the decision I made and answered all of my questions kindly but informatively. There really is no better veterinarian out there. I will forever be grateful that she was there during that process to help me and him through the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. I also want to thank the gentleman who called me from SGAH to set up the cremation services as he was also very compassionate and kind. I can't recommend this place or staff enough.

If you love your pet, please don’t take them here! I have never had a worse customer service experience.The vets only care how many times they see your pet and not about actually healing them. Their reception staff are not timely in responses.Overall, there are better vets out there and I encourage you to go to anyone but these criminals.

Their lack of service killed my dog. They let her suffer.She had clear signs of a medical emergency, and they brushed it off as if it was nothing. Even said they were too busy to see her. But were happy to prescribe medication. And you wouldn't believe it, when I went to pick up the medicine the place was completely empty. Just two cars in the parking and the whole waiting room empty.We called Richland Center's clinic and they asked the right questions. They could tell immediately that it was a emergency. This clearly shows spring Greens lack of care for it's animals and customers. I'll never be going back to the spring green animal hospital. My poor dog, and everyone's animals, deserve better than this.

Spread over almost two decades now, I've had six joyful Border Collies and two contented cats that have been well cared for by the Spring Green Animal Hospital. I've found that the Hospital personifies excellence in every respect. The staff is without exception, knowledgeable, skilled -- and most important -- genuinely caring. They are the best!

Always happy with my other family doctors. A few years ago we had to put down our little Angel. They came to our house and let Angel pass over in her home with her loved ones around her sisters and and her parents. She was so relaxed. She was able to pass over the way we wanted, in are arms and full of dignity.Our other dogs go there when every need and they are very careing and the talk to the dogs and not at them. Love them.

These guys are the best. I have taken my dog Logan here many times. They take exceptionally good care of her. It gives me a great piece of mind leaving her here. They are a great group of people, and they really care about the pets.

When I took my dog Cooper there Dr. Dally and Dr. Baenen said that he had a spinal infection and that we might have to put him down but they gave us antibiotics and had us bring him in and they saved him! This is a great place to bring your dog or cat to stay or for healthcare, they are very kind and compassionate.

I would not even know where to begin on telling you what an amazing Staff they have at SGAH! You get top knotch care from passionate people that love animals. I had a very special needs dog who was born with health problems. I was told she would not live past the age of 5. Because of the knowledgeable caring staff @ SGAH she lived an amazing quality of life to the age of 14!I would never take my small animals anywhere else!

We were visiting from out of town when our 15 year old Lab got hurt. We got an appointment the same day. Dr. Mark was so thorough, knowledgeable, kind and helpful for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this Vet! We appreciate them so much!!!

I called SGAH in regards to an email I received from their office that confused me. During the conversation with one of the staff members, I was told, "I don't need to tell you who sent the email" and was also told to "not argue" with her when I questioned her further. The conversation ended with the staff person telling me she would leave a message for one of the veterinarians to call me. After not getting a return call from anyone at SGAH, I found an email for Dr. Dally on the internet. I emailed Dr. Dally and asked that he call me regarding my concerns. No return call.

AVOID>>> just got a puppy and they told me over the phone they would charge me for the 2 shots he needed at 70 dollars. I went in and they charged me for a stool check and he didn't need one. I waited in the office for an hour before my puppy could be seen. VERRY MAD the bill was 140 dollars. I will not be returning EVER!!!!!!!!! would rate a zero if I could.
