Prem Meats took care of my venison processing this fall. I usually do it all myself but can't find the time anymore. They took 4 hind quarters and turned it into the best summer sausage, snack sticks and jerky I've ever tasted. Prem Meats has quick service, a very clean store, and quality meats for sale. Staff is very helpful as well. Recommend venison processing and shopping here to anyone!

Good meats, good place for fresh premade burgers for the grill. Saves a lot of work. I like the fresh pretzel hotdog and hamburger buns they have. They also make good macaroni salad, potato salad, egg salad and have fresh made sandwiches. My favorite thing they have is stuffed pork chops and stuffed chicken breasts. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a Large Family Cook Out My Uncle (Pastor Cliff) Brought 10 Pounds of Ground Beef from Prem Meats Spring Green WOW they Tasted Amazing!!! It was a Hit of the Party!!! Lean Meat Cooked Very Well & Tasted Amazing!!! We had to start up a Second Grill Just to Keep up with the Burger Orders!!! We are in IL Definitely will be taking a Trip to Purchase some Meat!!! #Ricks2Cents

Every single trip that I have ever had to Prem Meat's has been positive. The workers are knowledgeable and pleasant. The store is clean and well organized. The smell in the store from the raw meat and fish is a little funky but I completely understand, there isn't a lot that they could do about that. The cuts of beef that I have purchased are high quality but I believe that some of their prices are a little steep but worth it because I'm all for supporting local small businesses. I've also been to Smoke in the Valley which is around Prem Meats and I'm happy that they allow/host a gathering such as that it's a lot of fun with good music, good people, and good food.

The best looking meat! There is so much to see in here. Something for everyone. A huge assortment of sausages and everything from home made soups and sides to stuffed mushrooms and homemade candies and fudge. Great liquor/beer/wine selections. So many cheeses! I need to stock up again before we leave!

I had a deer processed here this fall. The turn around time was excellent. Much faster than expected. I had brats, summer sausage, snack sticks, and ring bologna made. All were amazing. Any time I'm hunting in the area there's nowhere else I would take my meat for processing. Will recommend to any friends who hunt in the area.

I had an awesome experience with prem meats and will definitely be choosing them again to process my deer! Everything I had from them was EXCELLENT, not just good or even great. I had hamburger, hot sticks, bacon and pepper loaf made and love everything. Super quick turn around on processing, some of the best prices in the area and the best products in the area!

Stayed in this area for a couple of months, always bought our meats here, best place I’ve found in a while. Great filets, chicken, pork, and their fish is really good too. I’m 1 &1/2 hours from here now and very tempted to drive the distance if I don’t find a good butcher shop soon. Best meats around and great service too.

Every chance I get when visiting the area, we stop for something. The "sizzler" steaks are always top on the list. Buried Treasure seasoning is difficult to find, they always have some. They have a huge beer and liquor section. The Prem bratwurst is excellent. The Prem beef jerky is excellent. Frozen items including steaks, chicken, and pork make it easy to take back home when camping nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never needed to order anything special, or a specific cut but, I bet they could accommodate just about any request. Great butcher shop.

Always stop when I am up there with dog when I am up there for dome bones. On this particular day I worked him real hard on the trails so I would get us something special for dinner. I picked up a couple of⁹ ribeyes for dinner. We hot home and I cooked them medium rare and bit into one piece. It was tough and no felavor. I woukd of been better to stop at Aldi to get a couple. Those steaks are good and full of flavor. I couldn't eat mine so i saved it forù didn't matter to him because he is a dog and he will eat just about anything.PeoPeople e very nice and tge bones are always reasonably priced. When you pay around $40 on 2 and the quality they were just makes my head shake. Never getting steaks there again.

Prems catered our company Christmas party and everything was delicious. Prime rib was perfectly done, garlic mashed potatoes were creamy - not dry. Very impressed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a caterer.

Our experience working with Natural Harvest LLC was excellent! What a fantastic service to provide to those people who want to raise their own meat but have no way to get the animal to market.Josh was excellent to work with. Always organized and provided great customer service to us. We had 6 hogs processed and we are very impressed with the Natural Harvest's operation.From the guys in the mobile unit to picking up our processed hogs at the store (Prem Meats). Everyone was friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented.The entire process is definitely a 5 star operation. Will be using them again for our next animal raising venture!

Tell you one thing, dont think your getting any better quality beef here. Do your wallet a favor and check Richland Locker or Straka meats first for the quality. I gaurantee you will pay about 30% less for the same slab a beef, any day of the week. Ridiculous..

I stopped to get dog bones and saw the ribeyes. They looked so I got two. Came home and cooked them to a medium rare. I had one and I made one for the dog after the long day he had. Took one bite and I knew right away this was not worth what I paid for. They were only maybe as good as Aldi at double the price. Well the dog ate his and mine. had no complaints well because he isdog and you put anything in front of him he will eat it. I just say save your money and go to Aldi or local grocer.

We have used Natural Harvest and Prem Meat's for our last two butcher dates. We are very happy. We were dropped by the processor we had used for years during Covid and were struggling with our own health issues which limited our options. Both Natural Harvest and Prem Meats exceeded our expectations in both their experience/expertise and their customer service both in the field and in the retail store.

This place is on my way home from where I hunt, so I decided to give it a try. I brought my deer here this last deer hunting season and got it back, including all the sausage I ordered, in 9 days. That's really fast I think! I'm still waiting on some sausage I ordered from another place on another deer I had, so I was definately very happy with the turnaround here.They called me after they had finished cutting all the meat and let me know how much trim I had so I could order my sausage-that was only 3 days after I had brought the deer in.Very friendly staff here, and overall a very pleasant experience. I'll be back if I get a deer again sometime!

For the past two years, we have been generously given a significant amount of frozen, vacuum-packed beef from Prem Meats as a Christmas gift. Our portion each year has been something like 50lbs so, naturally, a lot of it has to be frozen long term.Last year (2020), we were disappointed to notice that a very large percentage of the "vacuum" packages were either breached, poorly sealed, or just not evacuated, which quickly led to freezer burn. We assumed it was a one-time issue due to the pandemic and the relatively short turnaround time that our benefactors gave for the order.Disappointingly, this year was the same. We have 20+ pounds of meat, including expensive cuts like a tenderloin roast and a 10+ lbs full packer brisket, that are not correctly sealed and are already after only a couple of weeks badly freezer-burned.Since this stuff is a gift, there's nothing we can do about it. If I were the customer, I'd demand a refund. All we can do is encourage our benefactors and others not to make the same mistake - buy your 1/4 beef from somewhere else.

Great selection of fresh cut chicken, steak, and pork. In addition the meat case includes several fresh prepared k-bobs and marinated chicken.My personal favorite is the variety of brats. Off the top of my head there are over 15 different kinds of brats ranging from pizza supreme (my fave) to apple cinnamon, which is awesome as well.There is also a good selection of beer and liquor available and baked goods available.Everyone working the counter has been helpful and able to answer any question you may have on any of the items they sell.Prem's is my favorite butcher shop in the South Central Wisconsin area.

They have such a great meat selection and wine selection, this place is such a valuable asset to the River Valley area. I love everything there and come every week! Their fish fry is the "Best" in the area and wish they would keep it year round. Such great people too!

Excellent venison processing. I have had the hot dogs and they are phenomenal! The "real" jerky is the best I have ever had. They have a very wide variety of different products that they can convert your venison into. The burgers are a mustStst do!
