Nice, helpful people. Always willing to help you find what you're looking for. Prices are no higher than any other small town hardware store. I love that I can have them cut a specific length of cable to my dog's aerial run. Beautiful bedding plants in the spring and always a sale on potting soil. Love this store!

Everyone here is *always* friendly and helpful. I happily pay a little more to support their store in my small town versus driving all the way to the big box store! The employees here will go above and beyond to help you whether you are a new customer, or a regular. I won’t shop for my hardware supplies, dog/cat food, or garden tools anywhere else! They even have high quality flowers and veggies in the spring! Hands down best rental place around and any issues I’ve ever had, they’ve made right. Love getting the $5 off postcards in the mail- great rewards program!

Very helpful, reasonable prices and they have everything in there. It was seriously a one stop shop for us. We planned on going to 3 other stores after that but we didn't have to because they had everything we needed and more. They had a sale on plants and soil when we went so we ended up coming back the next day also. Very nice staff 😁

Gary does not place any priority on his customers nor does he stand by the products he sells. After extending Gary every opportunity to make the situation right, he refused and as a result I am advising ALL customers to shop with caution. After spending nearly $2000 on trailer, I found the lights to be faulty the first week. I called to ask for him to help rectify and was advised it was NOT his problem, I would have to deal with the manufacturer and get the work done because it was under warranty.I attempted to do that, only to find out that the trailer wiring had been damaged due to mice while on his lot. This is non-warranty. Asked Gary to cover the damages and he has ignored any and all requests."Caveat Emptor" - I would strongly advise you not to make any purchases that you would like the store to stand behind.

Gary and his crew are always attentive to my needs. I have only been there once or twice where they didn't have what I needed. I have rented equipment and they are always ready to load or unload.

Gary is an ass !!!!! Other personal in the store are very helpful. Will not go back to the store. Was going to order a shed from there but with gary's attitude. No but heck no, will go to ACE.
