I enter the store and am greeted by a sign saying 75% off lawn and garden decorations with several items on a shelf system. I see a couple of little 4-inch plastic gnomes you would place in small pots and planters. I expect them to be under 5 dollarsAt full price at any other store, but due to a small town hardware store, im guessing them marked up to 7 and after discountbe like 2.50 ..... NOPE $18.99. Are you freaking kidding? That's almost $5 an inch .

THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE!!!! Mason did my paint in the paint department and matched my acrylic paint. He took more time out of his day to make sure I got what I needed and the color was an exact match. Ace this employee for sure needs a raise. And he was so nice.

I really enjoyed the rewards program that they have especially when they send out the special coupons, I'm also extremely thankful they carry Milwaukee tools. There cashier's at this location though aren't always the most helpful or happy to be helpful otherwise I would rate 5 stars. Other then that great staff.

It's unfortunate to have to post this, but the staff were good to me and super friendly, but my friend that was a minority wasn't treated to well and staff looked at him awkwardly. They had a good selecting of items and almost everything I needed.

My husband bought all of the 1/2" PVC conduit that Rice Lake Menards had, but it wasn't enough to finish the project. Thankfully Ace had enough to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, even caught that we had purchased the wrong size of some parts, and were able to provide the correct ones.

This little store is huge in personal! The quality and sincerity of the people is first noticed as you walk in and last noticed as you leave. Seriously excellent employees here. Also they have packed your every need in this store so big surprises when you turn corners. Every item is competitively priced to thr large chain outlets, even msnards. I seriously love when I'm forced to go here. Guys, why go to rice lake? Check it out and u rate. Ace keep up the good job!

Ace is my place. I sometimes walk trough there door three or four times a day. I wish they sold lumbar then I wouldn't have to go to menardsAll staff knows their job and then some.

The old man at the paint department was no help all cause he is set in his ways . Need a 5gal of oops paint tented lighter and he pushed us to buy more paint and products and then to but a drill to mix it our self . They lost 💰 . Guess Hardware Hanks will get my business. Thanks Hardware Hank

Went to buy a new door knob and the shelf says 13.99 get to the register and they charge me 17 and says there is nothing they can do about that ugh I'm never going back there again
