Crystal Creek is a wonderful business. I own a small organic feed store in Texas and carry their products. Wish I could have every organic product that they produce in my store. :-). Dr. Ryan himself called me when I first opened my store and talked with me for over an hour about their dog food which I and my customers are very pleased with. I have customers that drive an hour away to pick up dog food. I also appreciate Lorrie Meister for helping me when ever I have questions about an animals health. She puts a lot of time into her work and is very knowledgeable. She has taught me a lot and I actually view her as a friend now. Too bad we live so far apart. Crystal Creek has super customer service. Our calves are doing great on their milk replacer, and the employees have really gone the extra mile for our farm! We also really appreciate the things they do for the community, from supporting our youth at the livestock auction to hosting educational events.

We've been using their products probably ever since Crystal Creek's inception as we have been shipping organic milk since 1998. After having some issues with calves a couple years ago, we started routinely adding Calf Shield and Milk Mate to the milk for all calves. We've not lost a calf, or even had one come close, since starting this protocol. Crystal Creek's staff is always most helpful when I call with any questions.

First of all, the customer service is unmatched. Employees really seem to enjoy their job and the company they represent. Secondly, the chicken feed is amazing. Absolutely, you will likely pay a little more per bag, however, it’s formulated with the best mix of ingredients, that my chickens eat less of it, produce more eggs, and in the course of a year, I save so much money in feed, and have more eggs to show for it. I would definitely recommend them for large scale operations to backyard chicken owners!

For several years now, Crystal Creek has volunteered to host our state-required YQCA meetings at their facility. The training is required for all youth planning to raise and sell a livestock animal at a county fair, whether that be Washburn county or any of the surrounding counties. Not only is the facility layout perfect for this student training. The staff go out of their way to make sure the rooms and the technology are prepared by the time we arrive in the morning. They are on-hand throughout the training, they provide a snack at the end of the training and all of this on a Saturday morning! I think I speak for all of those involved, they are a top-notch company, with fabulous employees, and the Spooner community is lucky to have them!

I have 2 dogs. One is two and one is fifteen. They have dog food for both that meets their health and nutrition needs. Above and beyond customer service and seriously quality dog food. Until today, I have never rated any dog food with a five.
