They did not have the pattern for our 1976 Bonair Trailer so i had to ship the old tattered one out to them. I received the new canvas in the time that was promised. I must say the quality of materials and the workmanship is incredible. A few things were different than the old one but in a good way ! We are incredibly happy with our purchase and i want to thank all the people at Bear Creek Canvas for doing an incredible job. If i could give you 10 stars i would.Thank you for doing such a wonderful quality job ! *****

Bought my canvas a few months back for a '89 Jayco. Just got around to installing it, so was a little worried that I might have trouble returning it if it didn't fit properly.Shouldn't have been worried. Fits like a dream. Install took a couple of hours, + another hour for minor adjustments. Had already redone the inside and roof, this was the final touch. Looks like a new camper! HIGHLY recommend.P.S. if you don't have a helper, a couple of Pony clamps make life much easier.

I just got a new canvas top for my 2003 Coleman Carmel from Bear Creek Canvas. The quality is unmatched and couldn't be happier with the way the camper turned out!! Amazing customer service !!! The quality of this tent bed was amazing… I was not happy with the color choice of the canvas that was sent , so for a restocking fee they are going to send me another in another color !!! Yay 😀 Will update to 5 stars when I receive the replacement canvas

We got our new canvas last fall, we just put it in on our Coleman camper WOW what a job! But we finally got it on.The fit is perfect and looks amazing, Bear Creek Canvas is fantastic, they really know what their doing, and the material is top notch, I love the double front window no more hassle with a long zipper, the screening is real good quality and the tinted windows are wonderful. So glad they included this in the price, thank you to the sewing crew, you guys / gals are spot on. thank you CC

Fantastic company! We needed a section of our popup camper canvas replaced. We were told it was going to take approx 22-23 weeks to complete. It was done in way less time. It was easy to install and it looks wonderful! It fits perfectly. The bonus was that the inner lining is tinted. This is one of the bigger windows in the camper and will be great on sunny days. Very happy with the product and company.

Great job! I ordered a complete canvas replacement for a popup camper and it came out perfect. I’m impressed with the quality. I placed an order in January of 2023 and the order shipped at the end of May 2023. Worth the wait. If you’re looking for a replacement, this is the place to go.

Wow, the quality of the canvas we received is way better than the one my camper came with. I was nervous we would need ours custom made since it was a 1985, but they had one in stock in the color we wanted. Within a week of contacting them i had the canvas in hand.My husband got it assembled onto the camper in around an hour. The canvas actually had better attachment straps as well.We are very happy with the quality from Bear Creek and I highly recommend ordering from them, even if its custom and there is a wait it is worth it.

Great quality and great people! I would recommend bear creek to anyone. They stand by their products 100%. Great customer service as well. The entire team from start to finish were very knowledgeable and informative. I had a minor issue with one part 1.5 years after buying it and they repaired it no questions asked. I wish more company’s were like bear creek canvas!!!

Received our canvas about a week ago. Finally got around to putting it on. Its beautiful. Well worth the wait and money. We have a 1985 Coleman Columbia and the new canvas fits perfectly. Customer service was excellent. Great company and great product. O e tiny recommendation would be to cut or burn the stray stitching strings off by the zippers so they dont get caught. Nevertheless a fantastic product and super easy to install about 1 hour start to finish and that included removal of the old one.

We had our new canvas crafted by Bear Creek Canvas over the Winter 2019 and it is amazing. We had to mail in our old canvas and we got the new one back in about two months. Fits like a glove.

These guys are the best people to deal with and make an excellent product. After trying to get someone to replace my canvas on an old ‘83 Coleman Sun Valley I have in Australia,, where I just got referred to some other guy that “might have a look” I decided to do some online research and heard good things about Bear Creek Canvas. From the start they were friendly , professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were patient with the fact my camper was an Australian export and the serial numbers are a little different to the American model. (Another company wouldn’t or couldn’t be bothered... )They asked for some measurements and 6 months later I received the canvas top in Australia.I put the top on today and it fits PERFECTLY. The stitch work and trim is spot on. It’s well made and looks awesome.My wife and I are totally impressed 100% with it. It’s given a good old camper a new life.And was well worth the wait. The price also is GREAT.WE LOVE THESE GUYS.

❤️❤️❤️ I can't say enough good things about this company and thier product. I needed a replacement for a 88 jayco pop up camper luckily they had one left in stock. I ordered it on a Friday and had it by wedsday the next week , not only super fast delivery but the customer service was outstanding very friendly and took time to answer any questions I had . The canvas is very well made from the super heavy duty stitching to the very well made canvas and pole covers that was included .love that they included a huge sample appromatnley 10x14 of each material they used . thank you beer creek for such a awesome well made product with a super great price and the extra gift of a fly swatter with thier logo. If this was my camper I would have let this be but I relied on BCC for a replacement canvas for my customer. Now I have to explain to my customer why BCC dropped the ball on this.I discussed with BCC back in January of 2022 and was told that I was put on a waiting list as the lead time was 8 months. I was told that I would be contacted a month prior in order to pay for the canvas replacement, and receive a box to return the old canvas to. Never received a call or email.Now I don't know if a policy changed mid-way of me waiting however there was a disconnect now I have to tell my customer that in addition to waiting 8 months, you now have to wait an additional 13 months. How do you think that customer is going to handle that.I went to Canvas Replacements and was taken care of there.
