This Walgreens is way under staffed! The employees who are there actually trying to do their job and the job of others all because Walgreens doesn't hire enough workers This Walgreens by far is the worst Walgreens. I'm surprised the doors are still open. I went to the store to get my husband's meds and place a same day order for photos in 1 hour. I returned well after that hour and my photos were not printed yet. When I asked why the employee behind the counter replied that it would be 20 or more min before they are printed. I was not happy. Only to find out that there was only 3 employees on the floor and 3 managers called in. So I apologized to the girl. It's not the employees fault. Do Better Sparta Walgreens hire more staff and replace the ones who call in all the time!!!

Every single month there is something wrong with my pharmacy pick up. In 14 months never ONCE have they gotten it right. Today they gave me a medication I don’t even take!! It is beyond frustrating not to mention dangerous. Hours of my day shouldn’t be wasted to pick up a simple prescription I get every single month.

The pharmacy must be horribly understaffed…or totally inept. Prescriptions are NEVER ready in a timely manner-whether it’s called in 2 days or 45 minutes. The drive thru is a total fail-I waited in line(my bad) 45 minutes one day only to be told the Rx was not ready. Today my provider sent a Rx while I was in her exam room. I arrived at the drive thru 30 minutes later and was told it would be 35 minutes….this was a tube of a topical cream…they only had to count to one….time for a change.Update….same ol’ same ol’…thought I would try one more time. 3 Rx’s called in 2+ hours before I attempted to pick up—“it will be 20 minutes”. Me: it’s 1:17pm, you close at 1:30pm. Pharmacy: “oh yeah, you’ll have to come back after 2pm.” I’m done. Consistently horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never, EVER, been so aggravated with staff of a pharmacy other than the Eau Claire Walgreens on Fairfax St. Visited them for the third time this evening to pick up a medication that I was told would be filled 3 days ago, only to be told it was NEVER IN! Called corporate already, and will be calling tomorrow too. This place a JOKE. I was in that store one hour, and the people behind me in line were livid with their wait, and the lateness of their flu/covid shot appointments. Don't waste your time going to Walgreens in Sparta. All it will be is a waste of time.

Usually satisfied with the service at this store, but disappointed with my curbside pickup. It took twenty-five minutes to get my curbside pickup order. I order three items earlier in the day so I could pick them on my way home. I did the 'I'm on my way' check-in at five minutes away and completed check in when I arrived at the store. I waited in my vehicle for fifteen minutes and decided to go inside to check on the progress. I told the cashier that I had been waiting outside for my curbside pickup order and they had to go get my order out of the stockroom and ring it up yet before I could even take it out to my car.

Great staff. Always help out when you need it. I get my prescriptions there and love that they let you refill them online or by phone which makes it so easy. Plus they call, email, or text (which ever you prefer) when your prescription is ready to be picked up. 😊 sometimes it can take them awhile to fill a prescription but by my experience it dont take as long as most of the other pharmacies around the area.

I prefer getting my flu shot at Walgreens because of their charity vaccination program. But I won't be getting it at this Walgreens any more. Their system was wonky so no rewards points for it. The wait was longer than 20 minutes. Probably closer to 30. I asked how much longer because I was hungry. That's when the pharmacist finally came out and gave the most backhanded apology. "I am sorry we were busy helping other people." Like what the hell. He could have said, "Sorry for the wait." Avoiding this Walgreens in the future.

Matt is the best pharmacist around. He remembers his customers and is promt and non judgemental. Hope all other staff gets on board though. Matt's only reason the pharmacy gets 5 stars

I ordered three same day photo books on Christmas Eve, before the store opened. Unfortunately they were not done that day as advertised, which left my mom without her Christmas present. Valuable lesson learned for this Walgreens is to call and confirm availability before ordering instead of assuming that orders will be processed in a timely manner.

As always, for me Walgreens is the best. I drive 18 miles to use them tho there are 3 pharmacies in my city. They have learned great customer service, communication, and professionalism.

As with most things in Sparta, this is a bit smaller in relation to other locations. They are always well stocked, and the prices are decent. This is not a 24hr Walgreens.

A nice alternative for when you only need a few things. My main gripe is the NFC part on their credit card terminals is never turned on. Friendly employees.

Horrible customer service. Send a text saying the Rx is ready. Go to the store to pick it up and there's no pharmacist on duty. Go back two days later and they no longer have the Rx because it "sat too long".

Pharmacy doesn't seem to ever start filling your prescription until you check on it and then its always 15 min even if your prescription has been in for 3 hrs
