Nice, professional and got my keys cut quickly. While waiting the 5 minutes I discovered a variety of vintage type toys and got a $10 wooden puzzle for my Grandson who's hard on toys. These could actually outlast him!

I always enjoy shopping there, the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris who works there really knows his stuff. He is always very friendly and helpful. A great asset to the store. Went today for paint and brushes to finish a dresser I'm finishing. Chris mixed the color we wanted in no time and we were on our way home.

Wonderful to see the Hardware store that I have heard about for over 50 years! Craig served in the Navy with my Dad in the 1960's, and I was in town and checked out the store. Incredible inventory of everything you would need for home improvement, boating, fishing, and more. Love the decor and the special art on the walls

Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and took the time to make sure our transactions were accurate. Our move took longer than expected, so we had the Uhaul truck for a few extra days. Toward the end of our journey, we totally appreciated the help!!

Not a bad store, just too small. And some of the stuff has been on the shelves so long that the plastic packaging is yellowing. Friendly service though, and if you need some keys cut this is the place to go, huge selection of keys. And they do U-Haul rentals, which is convenient.

Nice but they tell you whatever they think you want to hear instead of real facts. I learned long ago to stay away from businesses affiliated with U-Haul. They are over priced every timeI got propane and when I was handed the total I was shocked at the price! When I questioned it they told me they are the cheapest in town. NOT SO. The other Hardware store in town is way cheaper.

Christopher helped me solve what I thought was a catastrophe. I had just bought a mobile home yesterday and a pipe burst well thanks to some quick thought and great customer service Chris was able to help me out. Prices are kinda high but every time i have needed something it has been there. So some things are 2 bucks more but i save going to lacrosse time and money. Employees are great.

High priced items even for the basic stuff that they do have. They carry the basics. You cant do anything yourself they stand over you till you leave. Although I would say that you dont have an issue finding help

I always go here when I know they will have what I need. They offer to help as soon as I walk in the door. They offer personal service and have the expertise to answer any questions. Can't get that at Walmart.

What can I say? This is a real hardware store. The only thing missing is the creaky wood floor. They stock a huge selection of nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc. The staff will help you find exactly what you need even if you don't really know what you need.
