Almost always a find! It has its days as any resale shop will... Lots of things some are unorganized & cluttered however if you take time to look thoroughly you can find good deals.Various items from antiques to tools and a lot in btwn.Will return as needed & will recommend to others too.

It was a nice place pack with lots of goodies...lots and lots to look at! Found a nice blowmold santa......speaking of blow! The trip would have been better if not for this lady laying out these monstrosities of farts throughout the store!! OMG never heard anything like it in my life!The bathroom here is horrible!! Stinks to high heaven........maybe the fart lady was just in there.......i don't wanna know!

Yes, "stocked " with a lot of merchandise! Wow. However, if an item does not have a tag, the person at the register must call the original owner of the item. We had to go back to LaCrosse, & the clerk did so.Then, I returned a day later. I bought a tiny outdoor redwood bench for $7.95. I put a new coat of stain on it. But, I had to drive 88 miles for it!

Found a replacement glass lid for my (very old, but still works)crockpot!! Also got 2 practically new cookie sheets and an awesome old baster made of glass! (You find some pretty neat things...just gotta look! ) Awesome store... but be sure that you have the time to look, this is an all day thing!

Love this place, there is so much to look at! Not sure how often new stuff is brought in, so I would not make it a place that you visit on a regular basis.Some of the dealers prices are through the moon... definitely don't purchase the first piece you see, carry it with you and look for a better deal.

I LOVE this shop! My whole family enjoys stopping here every couple weeks. My husband got me my birthday gift here, a spinning wheel. It needed a little TLC, but nothing we couldn't handle. We always leave with some new small treasure, new to us at least. There are so many vendors with so many items that you need to set aside a couple hours to get lost in this building. It's like the Tardis, it's bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Speaking of the outside, there are things for sale outside too! Good luck and happy hunting through the mass of new, used, and antiques!

This is such a fun place to go to whether you’re searching for something immediate like a table and chairs or if you just want to scout around it is a huge place with lots of great deals and almost everybody that goes in there find something they would like to have.The staff is wonderful and accommodating and will help you in anyway that you might need to load your car or you can even put something on layaway their prices are very fair and they have a great assortment coming in all the time excellent inventory from beds to housewares To tools to antiques and to collectibles

Very down to earth staff, nice, and friendly. They have DVDs that are very reasonably priced. I found what I was looking for and more. They have appliances from refrigerators to Scandinavian irons for rossets.

I always enjoy coming to Sparta New & Used. There isn't a lot that's "new" besides handmade home decor. I would say it's like an antique mall/flea market. There are vendors that make up the whole store. I always seem to make away with some treasures from here and the staff are always helpful and friendly!

Not really antiques, but some vintage. Really mostly odds and ends, but occasionally a good find can be had, so I go once a year or so, just to check things out.
