Overall decent although I’ve been there three separate times now where for whatever reason they needed a manager to do something and no manager was on shift, so was told to come back another day. Not exactly convenient

5 stars for lumber alone. Prices beat big box stores and it’s a heck of a lot closer too.Staffing is pretty sparse, but the prices make up for roaming around to find help.

Told the salesperson what I needed and she took fast care of me,in and out in 5 minutes. Salesperson was very helpful and friendly. When it comes to home repairs you can usually find what you need here. Great inventory of lumber and all associated products. Picked up am adjustable window screen, when I got it home ND ready to put in I noticed it was damaged. I took it back for an exchange and the young man who waited on me got a really nasty attitude. He acted as if I screwed it up and then brought it back. If I ever go back and he is the one who has to take care of me, I will walk out. Won't in anyway deal with him. Just a real jerk.

We found everything we were looking for. Good deals on their sale items too. Our cashier was very friendly and courteous. We were in and out in no time. (Except for all the time we spent shopping!)

I have a ice shanty that the sled broke on. Found that Do It Best Centers carried the only one so I gave them a call. Of course with the supply issues, not were in stock. I spoke with Jamie and he was very helpful to special order but he explained the warehouse was back ordered so no guarantee of a delivery time. Well the day the I sled arrived I got 2 calls to confirm it had arrived. Great customer service! Thanks!

I've made two attempts to rent their power rake this summer and they tell me its been sitting at some apartment work site all summer and has never come back??? Then take it off your website as a rental option. I've used it every summer and can't find another place that has one. Buy another or get it back. Two stars because the employees were at least friendly while telling me I'm S.O.L.

Had to find an associate to get checked out. No one around check out upon arrival at the store. Once an associate was found, didn't seem interested in helping (was busy filing her nails). She was no where around when it was time to check out. Very poor service in her part. This is not there standard.

Customer service is far better than bigger chains. If an error on an order is made they correct it immediately. At Menards or Home depot I've had to wait til the next day to have it delivered at a time of their convenience. If All Americans price is a little higher , its worth the CS

If you want the most terrible service and attitude ever, then this is the place for you. We had paint color matched. First they used the same proportions of color in a quart as they did in a gallon. Three or 4 more trips back to try to rectify the problem produced frustration only. Their clerk, assistant manager, and manager all took turns telling us the problem was our fault, accusing us of bringing another stores paint to them and almost yelling at us. Their disrespect intheir tone and words was amazing. They also wear no masks due to covid and got defensive when asked about this. Clearly they do not care about customer care. NEVER go there and save your sanity!!!

This review goes to your Rental Dept. I worked with Jamie, Chad and Joel. All three were good to work with. I can not believe how far Joel went out of his way to help me with a problem I had with a piece of rental equipment. He offered customer service that you don't expect to get these days. This kind of service is why I go to Sparta vs Tomah for rentals.

All American Do It Center has been in Sparta for quite some time. They have an excellent, little business. Usually I get greeted with a "hello" at the door, which is nice. Anything major, and you can go back to the service desk in the back. They are knowledgeable there with a ton of experience. The parking lot ain't the best, but it's close to the building so.

I'm sorry but this was one of the worst places I have every shopped at. Due to the rude workers. ZERO customer service, standing talking about other workers and their personal life. I don't understand how they have their jobs when other people can do it better. Sorry company.

Long wait at lumber service desk to get slip to take to register to pay. Three workers passed by without a word while the guy on the phone was apparently the only person that could write up my slip for one piece of lumber. Poor service from inside but young man out in the yard was super.
