Everyone here is so nice and willing to answer any questions regarding your fur baby! I knew without a doubt that when I brought Mak in that he would be in good hands. He received so much love from the staff and the vet did an amazing job as well! Thank you to everyone for all they did to keep my little guy safe and feeling loved! I had a appointment for my dog to get her shots. When they were giving her the preshot checkup/follow up from a illness she had the previous week, we found out that she was still running a temperature.I was reassured that I had made the right choice of bring her here for all of her needs because as soon as they found out that she wasn't still up to par (like I had thought because she had been acting like she was for the most part) they treated her like one of their own and really went to work trying to find out what was wrong.It's nice to know that they don't just care about my pets present health but they are also are thoughtful enough to check her for anything that may develop later on which would prevent her any pain and discomfort that would come with it.I am VERY thankful for everyone there for going above and beyond what others don't do now days.I would definitely recommend that people that want some of the best people available for their pets to bring them here.

I rate these folks 6/5.... we had to make the most difficult of decisions with our old dog Olle 4 weeks ago. CALLED all vets listed in Osceola, Scandia, St. Croix Falls... no one could/would help us. Not only did they help us but they we're as kind as anyone could have ever have hoped for. They were able to perform the procedure in our van and he was comfortable and peaceful through the entire procedure. Thank you so very much for your kindness in the darkest of days. You are all 😇.... The best vet ever! My Lily is very reactive but has made a lot of progress with training. Jamie took such care and time with her to not set back her progress and we were able to successfully vaccinate with a good vet experience! I highly recommend this vet to anyone any time the topic comes up. This is our 2nd dog this clinic has treated and most likely won't be the last.

Where to even begin...Dr. Sadie and Jenna are genuine earth angels. I can't find the right words to explain how wonderful they are. A week ago this afternoon at 1645, we rushed there with my 16 year old beloved best friend Homer (cat) who also happens to have Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Of course I was hysterical and like anyone just wanted him better. As they were getting ready to close, they rushed us into an already cleaned and closed exam room. They were in there right away to tend to my sweet boy. He was extremely dehydrated. They didn't miss a beat and got an IV started right away and gave him 100ml of fluid. Momentarily he perked up. It was advised we get him to and Emergency Vet right away (I will leave that terrible experience out of this.)After a sleepless night with Homer, I wasn't sure if they could get us in the next day but they were SO wonderful and got us in promptly at 930am. It was hard to leave my very sick baby there but I trusted them and knew they would love on him and care for him.Sadly, Homer's diagnosis wasn't what anyone wanted to hear. Dr.Sadie was so compassionate, patient, honest and understanding. I was hoping for a few more months with my love, but God had other plans. Wednesday I went in with him for more fluids and hoped it would just take a few days of meds for him to turn around. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Just like days prior we brought Homer back at 1630 and we sat in the car crying. Jenna so kindly came out and helped me inside. They didn't care about the time of day, they were there for us. Homer crossed the rainbow bridge in my arms with Dr.Sadie and Jenna. We all had tears in our eyes and shared some Homer memories. They loved him and cared for him SO much in such a short time and it was so very obvious.The following day I brought in all the goods we had just purchased for him. I had NO idea I would leave that day with Homer's clay prints and SO much more. Dr.Sadie took her time to put together a "Homer fluff package" for me. I was speechless and again the tears fell like rain. I never have known a hurt so deep and an emptiness that I can't explain. From the moment we met them and the next few days with multiple visits and calls they were always SO wonderful. There truly aren't enough words to express my love, appreciation and gratitude for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring, and loving my Homer in his final days!!EVERYONE there is wonderful.

I spend a lot of time here with 2 German Shepherd puppies. Everyone is always friendly, rates are very competitive and they treat my dogs like family. We will be customers for life. I really hope none of the current staff leaves.

My beautiful Great Dane, Zoella Shannon, recently was spayed at Somerset Animal Hospital. After being rejected by many local vets for her size, this wonderful clinic agreed to perform the surgery. The staff was so friendly and kind, and both the vets are so personable and caring. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do! I was very nervous about this procedure, but they set my mind at ease. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. My Zoey girl is recovering nicely :)

Our animals became patients here over 10 years. There’s no better vet hospital in the area than Somerset Animal Hospital. The staff is so caring and has helped us with everything from basic routine exams, diabetes treatment, helping us help our animals transition from this life, and everything in between. I had to bring my dog in because she was having some problems. They made some time so I was able to bring her in right away. They were very good and professional answering any and questions that I had. I would highly recommend that you bring any pet that you have here. They treat your pets like they were one of their own.
