I love supporting local businesses, it's easy to do at Friends of Nature because they have a better selection and better prices than the big box stores anyway. It's the only place we go for pet food and supplies

I normally go to PSP in west bend because it’s a 5 minute drive. Every time I’ve gone there, they are out of things and any time I have questions they’re never answered.I decided to drive 20 minutes to this place. There are so many options, everything was stocked and when I asked why something wasn’t available the lady had information for me. There was a broth I would get from PSP and I asked if they could get it; the next time I came in they had three different flavors. Great products and choices and amazing customer service. You feel like you are in good hands and can tell that the staff are knowledgeable. I think I’ll find myself going there more often.

Super group of people who genuinely care about their customers. I have been shopping here for years and have always received great service. I am not aware of another pet store that has such a variety of dog and cat foods. I've also purchased freshwater fish from them, and although they don't offer a huge selection, they sell the basics for beginner hobbyists.

Stopped in to get some cat food and toys for our kitten. Large selection of pet needs. Highly recommend Friends of Nature for all your pet supplies! They also carry a large selection of bird seed! Such a neat place I'm thinking of getting a job there!👍🤣

They had such a variety of products, I was looking for a specific dog food and I always have to special order it from my local pet stores but needed it today, it was well worth the drive to get it that day. They even had the special dog treats and canned venison version of my dogs food. I was very impressed and prices were good too.

VERY well stocked for all forms of animal, from horses to pets to wild birds. The girl at the counter seemed fairly well acquainted with wild bird feeding. This location feels a bit friendlier than the Menomonee Falls store.

UPDATE 9/19/22 - Read original post below. Unfortunately, today I was told there are no longer Military discounts. The only reason we would drive 20 miles to get dog food and support local small business was for the discount. The excuse I was given was it ended a couple years ago (not true) and one person using the discount was buying for the whole neighborhood. So ban THAT person. Besides, that sounded made up anyways. I guess we will get our free bag of Fromm and that will be the last...All your pet needs in one place! They have their own Fromm program which makes it way easier to earn your free bag AND they have a Military discount!

Best place in the area to buy wild birdseed. Quality and freshness are consistently great. Prices are good year round, great if you wait for the annual fall sale. (They might have a sale in the spring as well.)

Good people here.They have a lot of cat and dog food, and treats also wild bird seed. I would like to see more fish and reptile supplies in this store, maybe not enough demand or not enough room?Some fish tanks have dead fish 😏And brown algae, I did buy some fish anyway because it's close to home. I hope that they will be ok with my other fish.How do you like my 110 gal.tankBe good to your pets people.

Went there for the first time the other day for dog food. Very reasonably priced. Such nice workers. Will be going there for now on because not only is it closer for me….but i loved the service. 👏🏻

Prices are slightly higher than big box stores, but service and product quality is tops. The employees are very helpful and they even offer a deal when buying multiple bags of certain pet foods.

Very nice people with an organized store. Thanks for being the only petstore close in town where I'm able to get all my basic need met. One thing I don't like tho is the prices have increased double on some items, not sure why ... :(
