I couldn’t believe what I saw and heard yesterday. Stood in store for several mins trying to check out with no one coming to front of store. Music was so loud you couldn’t even talk to the person next to you (if someone else was there because it’s always empty I assume because of poor service based off what I saw today) WITH CURSE words in the music what if I had a minor with me?!? I ended up leaving and never checked out. I’ve been here many times and only go there to get good deals but their staff is AWFUL. I heard the manager (tera or Tara?) and another young girl that works there both being rude to a delivery driver and cursing at him. If they are rude to their CUSTOMERS I can only imagine how rude they must be to drivers. He was never heard, only them sounding stupid & ignorant especially the young girl. This store has definitely gone downhill & lost a customer in me. I’ll never return as long as they work there. Corporate will definitely also hear about this. Completely unacceptable behavior. I’ll go to West Bend from now on.

Very happy to have a store like this in Slinger. Friendly staff and they do require masks in the store. This is a great place to run in and out to get convenience items batteries, shampoo, aspirin etc. They have all kinds of stuff and it’s fun to find the bargains.

Good store, but would you put a damn bell at the counter already?? Everytime I go there, no cashier at the check out. A bell or call button should be available so customers don't have to wander around looking for someone.

Store is supposed to be open at 8:00, & no one is here & doors are locked!!! It is now 8:15 . Time to shop someplace else!

Not gonna last long when there’s one person working at a time and they’re not at the register or anywhere to be found for the 5 plus people standing in line. I left after waiting for over five minutes and still never got helped! Don’t think the customers should have to walk around the store trying to find someone to check them out! :)

Long lines here they always seem to have one cashier store is very disorganized not impressed but i guess the little town here needed the store its like a mini walmart with a better customer service then walmart. Good to come here for specific things you need that they have.

Easy to find what I was looking for right away even though I was never in this store before. It seemed daunting at first when I stepped in but the ilse are labeled nicely!

I guess I haven't shopped much a Dollar General's but I wasn't impressed. Too much stuff in a small area. I didn't think the prices were all that great to be honest.

It’s 9 am store isn’t even open and there is no sign that posts that they are closed it says open 8am to 10pm every day. Post signs of hours are going to be different.

It's like Walgreens and the Dollar tree got together and had a baby. It's an ugly baby. I don't understand the name as generally nothing in this store costs a dollar.
