Great "little" neighborhood hardware store. Bigger than it appears. Great selection across a variety of categories. Knowledgeable staff. Plenty of services offered. Take note though that they no longer sharpen chain saw blades. Plenty of parking. Rarely a line.

The guys in the back of the store are always super helpful when it comes to finding stuff. The check-out clerks aren't much for talking to, but they're efficient so there's not much more you could ask for. The products they keep in stock are of good quality. I highly recommend simply for the knowledgeable staff.

Paul, the owner, and his son, Jake, have been my "go to" people whenever I have a "fix-it" project for the home or yard. They are super helpful, friendly and courteous. They have never disappointed me. A "first-class" hardware store!

We've been going here for many years years. Friendly staff and managers/owners. Helpful and quick to find you what you are looking for or to give you another idea or option if they don't have it. They will tell you where to go if they don't carry it or can't order it. Only had a problem onceany many years ago and that was resolved quickly.

Just moved to area and have been by twice. First time was for propane exchange. Kid at register rang me up and then that was about it, no welcome or anything. Just looked at me and didn’t say anything. I told him I still needed propane since I paid for it.. do I get it now, or?? I was unaware that I had to take tank to back of store to get it swapped.Next visit I needed some bolts. Again no greeting, but rather the cashier and one of the adult staff talking openly that their last customer was “stupid” for forgetting their wallet. Anyways got my bolts (again no one offering to acknowledge I was here) only to listen to the cashier talk about how much she hates Wisconsin.Overall both visits confirmed this is a pretty miserable place and the demeanor of the adult staff confirms they are unhappy folks. I want to support local, but will definitely be going out of my way to go to Home Depot. Unfortunate really.

This is a fully-stocked local hardware store with friendly employees and owners. They are always willing to help you out, answer questions, and give you recommendations. They also have great support after the sale. Check them out!

They have deep knowledge of their Stihl products they sell. I received Very friendly service from the owner himself! Small town business owners need our help to stay in business. Their customer service is more personal than a big box store. At a big box store most of the workers have very little knowledge about anything. Here at C & R, they know what you need and it makes a difference.

Absolutely love this Ace location. Just bought a Traeger from here ($100 cheaper than on Amazon) and they put it together for free, as well as helped me carry and load it into the car.

It seems like a small place from the outside, but they have just about everything! I often call to see if they have something in advance and they are quickly able to tell me if they do. They are very helpful to me in the store when I'm trying to find something.

Great place!!!!!!! Very small town feel, but the staff us excellent.Management knows the products, and frequently will suggest tools for specific situations. This is my usual choice over the big box hardware stores.

They have a dog in the store. That's all you need to know. They also had everything I needed in stock, the store was incredibly organized and I had no problem navigating it. Shop local, support local, pet dogs. Everyone wins.

The staff at ace always seem to help me find just what I need..also bought all my Stihl equipment from them and the service department is on top of things. Took a trimmer in for service the other day and received a call within an hour from Paul with it fixed 👍.

The owner helped us fix our motorcycle and manufacture braces and only charged us for the material. This is the only hardware store I would go to if I lived within 50 miles!
