This is a small, quaint shop with a nice GF menu. The coffees are amazing. I had the gf chocolate waffles. It was absolutely perfect, sipping an amazing latte and eating the yummy waffle while sitting outside. It is such a perfect place to ride our bicycles to for breakfast.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten-free menu.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a beautiful and smiling host/server. Martina makes you feel at ease and she is very knowledgeable on the menu. She is very attentive and you can feel a very calming and positive energy in the cafe due to her positive nature. My sister and I tried the granola bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Wow. The yogurt was creamy and rich. The granola was not too sweet and tasted very fresh. I had the “make you own” smoothie and I substituted milk for coconut water due to my dairy allergy. My smoothie was definitely and without a doubt the best smoothie I have ever had. Not only was it very healthy, with no added sugar, but it just tasted fruity and very fresh. It’s almost hard to describe the flavor because it was too good. I also loved the fact that I could feed both the smoothie and parfait to my daughter without any worry that it was unhealthy. And Luna sure loved it! We loved the cafe and wished we had been there sooner. Definitely our favorite cafe in Door County and we will be back. As a celiac I pretty much never eat out! We had a wonderful experience! When we came for the weekend I was pregnant and dealing with a lot of nausea and the gal there was so nice as we changed our order from here to to go. We came back the next day and she asked how I was doing. The food is amazing!!!! So nice to have an all gluten free place where I can have peace of mind that I won’t get sick. To have waffles?! And toast!? So amazing!!! We went 4 times over the span of 3 days! We will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing breakfast! If you are in Door County- this is truly a must go. It’s a minute off the beaten path- and in a good way. It’s so cute! The chai teas- hot and cold- were delicious. Smoothies were yummy.They have great waffles and chocolate muffins. (Their own recipe!!)Avocado toasts, smoothie bowls, frittatas…And I also got their lentil patties with a beautiful salad on the side- it was incredible. Everything there was made from scratch and just delicious. So many vegan 🌱options! But they have salmon and eggs as well! And everything is gluten free, but you’d never know it. It’s just great food. They were kind and welcoming! Family friendly. Kid friendly. Dog friendly. Just 10/10. ✨

My husband and I ate here on the first morning of our trip and was so good we had to come back the next day! Zero Sum is a great place to eat and enjoy company. Martino took great care of us and she is an amazing chef! It can be so hard to find gluten free food you can trust, especially while traveling. It was perfect to enjoy a meal knowing there is no chance for cross contamination. We already cannot wait to come back on our next trip!

Tucked away in the country walk shops, is this gluten free zone. The spicy marsala Chai was a delicious crowd pleaser, so I highly recommend it. The service wasn't fast, so don't be in a hurry, but the staff was polite and the food was good. We ordered an array of options and all were very good, even for the gluten tolerant.Dietary restrictions: A celiac friendly, gluten free zone.

The café offered great vibes, wonderful coffee, and truly delicious gluten free foods. They have a nice selection of retail items as well.Though they do not have an espresso machine, the brewed coffee was delicious.Dietary restrictions: The café is entirely gluten-free! We follow a low FODMAP diet, and could eat almost every single offering on the menu. I would highly suggest!Parking: The café was tricky to find via Google Maps. We ended up parking in the Sister Bay Piggly Wiggly parking lot, and you have to follow a path to the backside of the white buildings along the north end of the parking lot. There are store fronts on the front and backside of the building, and the café is located along a cute courtyard!

Wow! I am so incredibly happy with my food experience here. The waffles were to die for! My husband and I split the waffles and the granola bowl. Service was spectacular! You must eat here!

Zero Sum was a good small restaurant to grab some good food. They offer good food for those who have gluten or diary allergies. Personally I didn't love my food but the other people I was with really enjoyed it.

Nice shop, good location, and tasty food. It is a bit more expensive given the gluten free focus but, food is quality and shop workers are friendly. Nice place! Avocado was very hard on the avocado toast, so one star down.

Such a great place. Delicious! We had the pear juice, smoked salmon toast, and the apple pie smoothie. The GF toast was impressive and tasty. Grateful to have finally found a GF and overall light healthy option in the area. (I'll still be glad to eat at the other places, though 😅)

I’ll admit that upon entering the establishment I was (silently) annoyed at my wife for bringing me to some hippie non-GMO organic fair-trade vegan flavor-free place. Well thank God I kept my first impression to myself. Literally everything we tried was delicious. Waffles were phenomenal, smoked salmon was great, the coffee was excellent, and my kids devoured some kind of smoothie that was, much like everything else, superb.I highly recommend.

I was so happy I found this shop. Our daughter has a dairy allergy and we needed a good place with healthy food. They have multiple types of milk that you can order, including almond milk, oat milk, etc. As well as regular cow’s milk. They have a good selection of juices and smoothies. We loved the juices we had and will definitely be back on our next trip to Door County.

Made-to-order waffles and muffins were absolutely delicious, with more options than you'd expect, from chocolate chips and coconut to mango bites and fresh fruit. Very friendly staff that you can tell takes pride in their food. And even though it's health food, it's also delicious and filling.Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Zero Sum for their waffles, smoothies, and juices! Awesome option for gluten free folks (they're fully and safely GF for Celiacs!) And those who are looking for a wholesome option. Quick and easy online ordering, our favorite is a double waffle with chocolate chips inside, fruit, maple syrup. Seriously, the quality, service, and value is incredible!
