My husband, six-year-old son and I rented a pontoon boat on September 16, 2020. Christian and Allison were hands down AMAZING. It was not a busy time and I think all their pontoon boats were available regardless these guys were very accommodating. Our son is on the spectrum and before our trip we had been working on getting him to put on a life jacket and it was not going shall I say that great. We did not book a boat ahead of time because we were hoping to see if our son would put on a life jacket and even step foot on a boat before we rented. When we arrived at the boat rental Allison said we could walk out to a boat with our son to see what he thought of it before we booked. Christian walked us out to a pontoon boat and to our delight our son got on AND put on his life jacket. We were thrilled! Before booking we then went across the street to have a picnic lunch and about 45 minutes later my husband went through a 5-10-minute orientation, signed the paperwork, and was also shown the propeller to show there was no damage. We all boarded and took a lovely two-hour cruise out on the Bay. We boated out to Horseshoe Island and did a little fishing and then came back. In all I think with fuel we paid about $220. Again, Christian and Allison were so fantastic, and we were grateful they were so willing to work with our son to make sure it was an adventure worth taking and it sure was. We will be back for sure.

I rented the speed boat with the 250hp it was a blast! The next day I rented a pontoon. My wife and I caught a ton of smallies! What a great adventure. Great dock staff!

Online reservation system was easy to reserve, pay, and sign waivers.5-Minute unloading parking spot was great to unload our fishing poles, cooler, etc with a short walk to the dock. We had a 12:45p check-in time and there was a parking lot across the street (first come, first serve).The two guys that gave us instructions, send off and return were super nice and helpful. Easy check-in/return.Great day on the bay!

Great experience! The reservation online was easy. We checked-in at the rental booth the day of (easy to find). The staff was really friendly. We rented a pontoon. Very clean and brand new. This was my first time driving any kind of boat and the pontoon was was easy to drive. We received a brief tutorial on the boat which really helped. We started in Sister Bay and we're able to drive it to Nicolet Bay, and back around near Ellison Bluff. We finished back at Sister Bay for the sunset (so cool!). I would book again.

We rented a jet ski for all day July 3 and it was a Blast! And the dock staff made it even a Better experience! They made sure each time we needed to be refueled they did it fast so we could get back out and enjoy.

Highly recommend Sister Bay Boat Rental. Boats are clean, easy to drive, and mechanically perfect. Our extended family had such a great time making memories on the water. The team is wonderful as they take you through all the safety attributes.

Sister Bay boat rental is the best! We have rented boats multiple times over the years and always a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the boats are clean and well maintained. Check them out for sure when you are looking to rent a boat!

Our sunset cruise on the 23' Island Breeze Tritoon was wonderful. The four stroke engines are quiet and reliable. Dock staff were great. Couldn't imagine a better way to spend the evening. Thank you!

The rental process was super easy from the on site rental shop. The boats are kept in great condition and I didn’t have any reservations about bringing my 3 and 1 year old on the boat.The company went above and beyond when I had to cancel our adventure 5 minutes into the journey. The wind was much needed on shore in the heat, but made for a rough ride on the water. We returned to the dock after the older wasn’t enjoying his time jumping waves. The one year old loved it! They offered to give me a different time slot later in the day but it was our last night. Without hesitation, they offered to fully refund us even though we took the boat out.Highly recommend and will be renting from them in the future! Thank you for taking care of us!

We had an incredible experience renting from them. We came up for the weekend and had booked the rental weeks in advance. On the morning of the rental it was cold and windy and they called to offer to move or refund our rental. We stubbornly went out and had a great time but did not make it the whole rental and they discounted the rate for us! It was a great experience and a great company that really wanted to ensure we had a great time. I would recommend highly!!

Ruined my trip. Employee assumed I spoke a foreign language and did not speak to me in English. Which is actually my first language. The weather was fine, and was told I could not rent the boat due to inclement weather. It did not rain at all. Definitely do not recommend this place. Maybe the bad service was in part due to the color of my skin.

We had such a fun day on our pontoon boat from Sister Bay Boat Rental. The staff were so helpful and fun to interact with. The boat was clean and roomy. All made for a great experience.

Great experience. We rented their 12 people pontoon for a 3 hour trip. It was great for all members in the family. We also took their tube and the kids and adults all had a blast tubing with the pontoon. Would surely recommend to all of you're planning a trip to sister Bay and/or add in Door County, WI.

Love renting pontoons from these folks. I highly recommend you read up on the cancelation rules before you rent. Also keep in mind the wind from the east Michigan lake side can be very different from the Green Bay side. Parking can be challenging, but look around a day before. There is marina parking further down the street behind some businesses. Also...huge hint, you can park in front of the rental booth for a short time to load/unload people and coolers. Public bathroom is a walk from the rental dock and is not really for a group of people. I would not poop there.

Reservation was easy, check it simple, and the crew were very nice. Rented a 23' Tritoon for 5, it was very spacious and comfortable seats and smooth ride. Highly recommend.

Boat rental was smooth. Getting in and out of the harbor was very simple and the young dock crew was very helpful. Reasonably priced and worth the money for a beautiful afternoon on the water. Not a lot of boat traffic and we were able to drop anchor to enjoy lunch that we packed and get in the water for a bit.The pontoon was clean and ran without issue.

Great pricing, great easy online booking system and great staff. We had to come back a little early because of a storm, but we didn't care about the $, but the next day, we got a refund for the unused 30 minutes- Nice. We will definitely rent from here a gain- AND if you've never boated on Green Bay- WOW, it was magnificent. We rented from 5-8:30PM so we could see the sunset... and it was perfect, working against the storm clouds was beautiful too. There's plenty of street parking and some smaller parking areas too. Loved the town too. Ate at Trixies after- what a lovely night.

Have previously loved the jet ski rentals here, so today we drove 2 hours just to go get skiing there, as we made an appointment earlier in the week. When we got there, they told us we may not be comfortable driving due to the wind and small water craft alert, and told us we can only stay near the harbor. We were able to get a refund but it wasted 4 hours worth of our driving today and really wish they could’ve called us in the morning and let us know about these conditions (our appointment was at 1:30). I hope that they can make up for our time next time.

On 06/21/20, my 16 years old daughter rented a boat for 3 hours from 9:40 to 12:40 pm.At about 12:00, we were coming back but the boat became very rocking, then an alarm sound came out. We called at least 5 times for help and all these calls your representatives told us that we could not move for safety issues, mostly if the boat was too “rocking” we shut the motor off for about 50 minutes, and after continue calling you sent us “help.”We ended driving boat back to the docks and arrived at about 12:55 pm.When we came to your windows to sign the papers, the staff was rude and belligerent. The man behind the glass window told us that we had to pay for the time we “exceeded” in the water. We attempted to remind this person that something was wrong with the boat (as it was very rocking) and they are the ones who told us to stop the boat and to wait for them. We reminded them that we wasted about 1 hour because they told us to sit still. We explained that they could not over charge us because it was their fault and they took one hour to get to us. Still they were rude and demanding for more money.Finally we spoke with another individuals who claimed to be the owner and he said: “I could at least remove the charge, but I don’t want it to because it wasn't our fault" Then he argued with us and treated us very bad even though we told them they were going to lose a customer, but he added he would prefer to “do not lose money.”Instead of paying $265 (as it was the initial contract) they overcharged us with $396.35, what a scam!Finally, my wife and 3 kids of 13, 16, and 17 years, ended paying the extra charges. We wasted valuable time, we had to argue with an upset, irritable, and unreasonable person, and had a horrible time.

We rented 2 jet skis in Sister Bay and had a wonderful time! Staff was courteous and helpful. I also liked that they had on their web site the boater safety online education link so that people under the age of 21 could complete it.

Everything was done done electronically on a tablet which is fine, but I was overcharged (charged for the wrong boat) and didn't know until they emailed me the receipt after we left. There was no printed receipt or anything to sign when we were finished or I would have caught it right away. Dock guys were great though, good communicators, patient and helped us feel comfortable taking out the boat and returning it.
