My family (4 in total) went last summer and fell in love with this facility. It was very clean and just overall great. The people are amazing! And, by making friends with the staff, we ended up getting a table at restaurant after the restaurant we had reservations suddenly had to close for the evening! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the room was I didn't love the old carpet...but I'm excited that they have installed new flooring and look forward to our next trip, whenever we can make it again!

Good facilities, proximity to stores and restaurants yet quiet. Heated Indoor and outdoor pool. Old world charm. Two and three bedroom suites are perfect for families. We brought our Class C 24’ RV and were able to find parking. Our two bedroom suite had balcony facing trees and wildlife. Loved the ambiance

Great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the kitchen in room 108 was updated recently. It was really nice to have some space to spread out and not feel crammed in a small room. Location is a short drive into town where there is plenty of parking for exploration. We were treated very well by the staff and would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the area.

Clean and charming. We rented the 3 bedroom suite for 6 people and there was plenty of room. Lots of seating in the living room, dining, and snack bar area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. We didn’t feel like we were in a hotel until you stepped out into the hall. Very affordable and we definitely be staying again in the future!

The room was spacious and clean. We had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. There is a very nice porch on the back. Very nice and comfortable. The indoor pool was great. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location in Sister Bay is very convenient. Will definitely come again if we can manage.

For the price of accommodation in Door county, you get a lot from this place. They have everything you can ask for a family get-together; kitchen, pools, grill, play set, arcade, and location. You can walk to the Sister Bay, where the parking can be crazy sometimes. Items price in gift shop are also very reasonable.Carpet and some furnitures perhaps are due for replacement. Be mindful if you have a severe allergy to dust mite. Yet I am thankful that the HVAC filters are clean and I can see they really pay attention to cleaning the room.From my stay, the bed in the adjacent room to the roll-in shower is too high for a person in wheelchair to get on by him/herself. (Master bedroom’s bed is lower). I wish they have the push button to open the door so a person in wheelchair can get in and out by him/herself (good for loading cart too).

We have stayed in Door County several times. Nothing special. Most every place in Door County is the same lay-out. Person upstairs was loud, you definitely knew when she was in!Tub and showers very small. Most everyone was pleasant except an older lady (told her name was Chris) very rude! We would not stay there again.

Delightful, clean, and quiet accommodations with all the extras. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were perfect additions to an already awesome location just a short walk off the main drag in Sister Bay. Can't wait to go back. We had a first-floor room for disabilities, which was ideal for my 87-year-old mother. They even provided a chair for her roomy walk -in shower. Love it at Pheasant Park!

Great stay for a wedding. Covid measures applied. Rooms were very nice. Suites with kitchenette and multiple showers and a small fireplace.Nice looking pool and pretty fall colors add to the appeal. I'd do this again. Pricey IMHO, but probably not compared to similar dogs locally.

Hands down the perfect vacation/weekend getaway destination. The staff is always accommodating and extremely helpful and friendly. Your sure to notice that cleanliness is a priority for Pheasant Park as you walk into the front lobby. The rooms and pool area are immaculate also. I Love the quiet country setting. I would recommend Pheasant Park to anyone looking for a place to stay in Door County!

Love this place! My family and I have been going here for over 15 years. A short walk from all of the activities of downtown. Amazingly clean rooms acute lobby with free hot cocoa awesome. Pools and Hot Tubs. Quiet country getaway. What more could you ask for?!?

We have been staying here since they opened and always enjoy our stay, great for families. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because not all rooms have comfortable beds/pillows. It must be dependent on the current owner. My other big complaint is the lack of outlets in the bedrooms. The room we were in had two outlets and both were taken up by the TV/cable box and lamp/clock - leaving no outlet to charge anything of yours. It wasn't that long ago they did a remodel - it would have been nice to add a lamp with extra outlets on the base or at least USB ports

This is the nicest wheelchair accessible resort in Door County that I have visited. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help answer questions and help using the accessible lift for the swimming pool and whirlpool. We already have our reservations made to return this fall.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great and near all the attractions of sister bay and door county in general. And the pool is lovely with a hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Second year in a row we have traveled to Door County to stay at Pheasant Park. Brought the whole family - 13 people. Loved the condo suites and the amenities. Swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool were a hit with everyone. We'll definitely be back.

I love Pheasant Park!The lobby on floor one has space,and is a good place to relax.They have coffee and tea in the lobby.There are two pools at Pheasant Park:Indoor and outdoor.The second floor has a game room and Ping Pong.The room itself was awesome,it was spacious.It had a kitchen,a pullout and two other bedrooms in this room.On the way to this hotel,I thought that it would be hard to get here.Not here,the location is so easy to get to.It is also near amenities.Attractions like:Downtown Sister Bay and the Door County Creamery.I love Pheasant Park.
