I really wanted to like this place, especially since it’s a small business. We have a Pomeranian chihuahua and we told her to not cut his undercoat for many reasons (it can’t grow back, it can have skin issues) we showed multiple photos and expressed how we wanted it to look, and it came out completely botched. She also kenneled him and didn’t call me for HOURS. PLEASE be aware, she has no knowledge of different pet breed hair. She also, has had the cops called on her business many time by all the neighbors she has 6 big dogs cooped up in that little dirty place she calls work AND home, animal cruelty at its finest.

She did a good job with A very difficult breed, mini golden doodle. He’s got some attitude but she is a sweet lady that spent a lot of time with him and he looks great!

We have brought our pups to Jo a few times now and every time has been amazing. She is such a wonderful and caring groomer. You can tell she really enjoys her job and truly cares for all of the animals she tends to. Both of our dogs are quite old and full of hair (American Eskimo 11 years/American Eskimo mix 14 years). Jo was able to work around their disabilities with no problems. My oldest dog can't stand long and other groomers would try and force her to stand the entire groom and it was very hard on her and stressed her out. Jo understood her issues and just let her lay down on the table where she was comfortable and worked around her. When I got my girls back they were always happy and not stressed out one bit. For now on the only groomer they will be seeing is Jo!

I took my dog elle to get groomed for the first time and it was a good experience. Jo is nice and very knowledgeable. Elle is a terrier and has pretty bad anxiety so I was a bit worried leaving her but when I picked her up she was calm and happy and very soft! Great price too would highly recommend

Jo is the most caring, loving person! She treats my Daisy with so much respect. Jo listens to what I want done and does the cut just like I ask. Jo’s hours are very convenient for me and when it isn’t she is always willing to accommodate. I am thankful I found Jo!

Jo is a sweet lady, my dogs Were petrified every time I had to take them to the vet to get their nails cut. I’ve never seen my dog so calm in their life, Jo’s the dog whisperer. Highly recommend her

I take my 4 small dogs to Jo, very sweet & nice lady, but this was my 2nd time coming to her & unfortnately will be my last. Husband came home with them, 1 of the dogs were bleeding from their toe. Didnt mention nor call to apoligize. Very disappointed. 😔
