These guys are wonderful! I rolled in here late in the afternoon with a blown AC condenser in the middle of an extreme heat wave. They were short staffed, Fleetnet services didn’t tell them I was coming ahead of time, but they were still friendly and responsive despite all that. They got my truck in the bay in about an hour, diagnosed it, had the correct part and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe. They also offered me, cold water, a shower and transportation to get food while I waited with my dog in the drivers lounge. They kept me informed about what was going on and took the time to explain the repair. They even let me park overnight afterwards. I would definitely recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again. They saved my butt today and they did it with a smile.

Very good experience. Got there late afternoon and they go me right in. DPF issue. Ran diagnostic and fixed the problem in about 5 hours. Along with some other stuff I wanted done. I will go back!

Truck went there to fix items for a dot inspection, $14,000 later I have no guages unless I un plug the ac fuse, 110 what do you think I'm doing, driving with no guages, Truck overheats now NEVER did since I've had the truck, stole my 1 month old head lights, added stuff didn't need to be added such as drive tires front mud flaps, not mandatory, they caused me a new pig tail and my company a new trailer electrical box, no high beams, 2 flat tires I pump up DAILY, but remind you it's DOT legal in their heads

Service dept. is outstanding. Took my 2016 Columbia there for an alternator replacement.They were very busy but got me back on the road in a little over an hour. Very Impressed....:) :) :)

Did me right. Couple hours and one sensor later i was rolling. Decent lounge area with coffee and TVDownfall is its in a very small town away from anything resembling a good time if you gonna be stuck for a while.
