The family and I absolutely LOVE the cheeses from Shullsburg Creamery. The difference between Shullsburg cheese and the brands that I've been purchasing at the grocery store is like night and day with the flavor being so much better from Shullsburg. Even some of the American brands of hard cheese that I purchased at a gourmet cheese shop can't compare to the cheese at Shullsburg in my opinion. Now that I live in NW Illinois, I'm lucky that the grocery store carries Shullsburg cheeses!

A wonderful place to find an excellent selection of cheese. Friendly and courteous staff. We were lucky enough to get some fresh cheese curds! Yes, they did squeak when we ate them!!

I ordered 8 different types of cheese.I called the store to ask a couple of questions and Jill an Angie was extremely helpful an very nice on the phone! My order went out Monday afternoon due to cheese was packed in ice and I received the cheese Thursday afternoon and all cheese was still cold. I live In Spring Hill, Florida all the cheese delicious. I'll be ordering every month.

Great fresh curd, award winning cheeses, a nice selection of gifts and very helpful and friendly staff. I always stop for some great cheese when I'm in town. I've also had several gift baskets sent out and they offer a good selection at a decent price.Unfortunately they closed their restaurant a little while back. They kept changing their hours and even what days they were open. It's no wonder the restaurant lost customers, you never knew if you could get a meal or not.Five stars for the creamery, minus one for bad restaurant management.

I just sampled some of their Onion Cheese. It took me back to when I was a kid in the late Seventies, early Eighties, and my Grandma would take me to a butcher shop in a nearby town. They had the best onion cheese I'd ever tasted. Shullsburg Creamery has really hit the nail on the head! I will keep buying it, if you keep making it!

I ordered 8 different types of cheese and all was delivered cold! (Ice Packs). My favorite cheese is Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese 🧀. I will be ordering again. Took 3 days until I received my cheese. Jill and Angie were very helpful with any question I asked! I live in Spring Hill, Florida I'll be ordering every month.

We stop every time we are in town. They have a great variety of cheeses and the fresh cheese curds are amazing! We really enjoyed the blueberry cheddar and the smoked pepper jack! Would definitely recommend stopping in!

A friend of mine said that I had to stop in WI on my mini road trip and get some fresh cheese, so I did, and I'm glad I did. I kept snacking on a wedge of cheese I bought that was so good that a certain point I was so full I really should have stopped and saved some for later, but, I didn't do that. Good stuff.

There were so many cheeses to choose from! Plus, they have windows for you to look into to watch the cheese making process. So, even during the pandemic, you can still see how the cheese is made. Very cool!

Great shop, very cosy with a lot of nice choices in a historic building. They carry the 8pk of rhinlander ponies from my childhood. Incredible caramel too. Always fun. ☺

I bought some cheese curds at the fareway market in Faribault Mn this past weekend and they taste alright but I would not buy again. I like to heat them up until they’re slightly melted and these are dry and yet almost mushy and bland tasting.If you can figure out how to make them a bit more greasy and not as mushy with some sqeak when you bite in I’d try them again!

Their website indicates that they are open until 6pm BUT they close at 5pm???Please update your website...We were on vacation and wanted to stop. We arrived shortly after 5pm. We would not have made the trip if we knew they closed at 5pm-FRUSTRATED...

Bought the Party Pack cheese pack today. One of the cheese blocks had summer sausage in it. Every block has a summer sausage flavor to it. It is terrible. I had Shullsburg cheese before and itwas always great.

Has cheese but no samples while we were in the shop (20 minutes) the worker was on the phone the entire time... 2 other customers were standing there waiting on her as well. I'd skip it

Shullsburg is a beautiful little town. I grew up there. Shopping , restaurants, and friendly people.
