I came to Shell Lake Auto Body after a hit & run incident involving my car. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the owner and the auto body technician were extremely kind and skilled at their work. Shell Lake Auto Body dealt with the insurance company and had a rental car waiting on site for my arrival. My car was repaired and looking as good as new in a little over a week! Did I mention they have an adorable shop dog named Stinky, that's a plus too right? Thank you for your great communication and service!

I highly recommend you do business with Scott. The folks at Shell Lake Auto Body did outstanding work replacing most of the bed of my pickup, and I was impressed with Scott from the time we did the estimate. These guys do high-end work and it's worth every penny -- then also, when I had a minor issue with a sensor as I was driving away (and had already paid, mind you), three of the guys (as well as Scott) dropped what they were doing to figure out the problem and get everything squared away. Very happy with the work and customer service. You just don't find it everywhere anymore.

They have done a great job keeping our 2013 Fiat 500 looking pretty after being hit by two deer a hailstorm and being sideswiped.The color match paint is awesome best I've ever seen

Chevy Silverado had extensive damage from a truck v deer collision. They responded right away to my request for estimate, contacted my insurance company, worked with me on a timeline that worked well for both parties; they provided the legwork for estimate/working with the insurer, getting the necessary approval/and locating a rental car. Through the entire experience they called and updated me as repairs and parts came in and were completed. I felt that they took care of me as if was their own vehicle. Everything was done to perfection!This business is locally owned, professional, courteous, and work diligently for the best outcome. They told my parents that it would take 3 weeks to fix the hail damage on their truck. It ended up taking 15 weeks. He also went over his original quote by $3000-$4000. The owner was not communicative and didn't give my mom the detailed invoice for their insurance because it would take him 30min to do. My parents went in there several times to find out what was taking so long and he just made up excuses. When my mom and I picked it up, he said he wanted to take care of us because we were good customers which just seems like a ploy to keep us in his favor. Seems like a very unprofessional business and owner. Would not recommend.

I have brought multiple cars to this body shop and I guarantee it’s the best work I’ve seen done in many years!! It’s 120 mile round-trip but it’s worth every penny! They are always on time very helpful with the insurance companies when needed and I’ve gotten more than I expected on every project they have done for me! I’ve seen a few of the restoration car’s they have done and those are absolutely amazing as well so if you just need your bumper painted or a full paint job it’s definitely the place you need to go for top-quality work!!

Are Fiat 500 was hit by two deer destroyed the front quarter panel and the door cracked the windshield.They order new parts fixing the plastic issues on the front bumper.The repaint looks awesome and the car runs great thank you.
