They were so busy, it was standing room only. I was greeted promptly and warmly. I was there for a walk-in nail trim for my dog who HATES getting her nails trimmed. Staff were all very friendly and patient and worked quickly. I waited less than 5 minutes and the staff was very patient and kind with my dog. My dog barely reacted when they cut her nails!! And, this service is so affordable! I would have paid double!! We will be back!

Quick and easy. Got the nails trimmed in less than 3 mins, and got the dog in the bath immediately. Paid $22 total. They explained how things worked and where things were, then left you alone to wash your dog without hovering. There's shampoo and dog cologne available to use free of charge, but you can also just bring your own.

We have three dogs that we took in to have their nails clipped. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes for all three dogs. Very professional, very nice people who work there. They're answered all our questions and made sure or puppies were in good shape when they left

I took my cat to have his matted fur removed and this is the first time that he's let someone give him a bath! I highly recommend Sud Z Paws to anyone who is in need of a good knowledgeable and caring person who treat your pet like it was their own. Sud Z Paws LLC is clean well spaced easily located and seen from the road much parking does grooming & self service. If you want a groomer they suggest making an appointment but if you read my story below you'll learn how flexible they were in working with me to get what I needed to take care of my friend. The store provides leashes if needed while in the store the proper grooming hookups and baths soap options towels teeth spray air cleaner if you want nail clipping at 6 bucks self-service bath was about 17 with tax but I also got her a little bandana. Grooming prices are not listed at a flat rate that I saw . If you do the self-service you will be provided with absolutely everything you need to do the grooming yourself and they will build your confidence to do it on your own and have that bonding experience with your own pet instead of someone else . Very fair price very nice folks. Very helpful but did not hover. My dog was very excited to enter this property. It is designed to provide as much comfort to the dog as possible.I had the best experience at any groomer well their self service or not. Although I I need an emergency bath for my dog who had decided to play hippo in a mud pile they did not hesitate to be forthright that they couldn't do the grooming but I could do it myself. This was just before closing. They did not hurry me out. In fact quite the opposite they were very patient and teaching me how to use the self-service and even bringing me special soap for the type of mud myhippo / puppy got herself into. I was actually on a trip in car not my own and I absolutely could not mess it up with that kind of dirt. I still had hours of driving to do. If it had not been for Suds Z Paws my life would have been a lot harder.

Highly recommend for clipping nails! My dog is a huge strong fidgeting squirmer when it comes to nail clipping. They had all the tools, strength, and teamwork to get the job done safely for the dog and humans. Way to go!!

This is a cute place with a very friendly staff. I used the self wash for my dog Dixie. The price was right, and they walked me through the process. It was easy, and I could take my time to get my dog cleaned and smelly good again.

Tried to have two other vets trim our dog's nails it and they couldn't do it, one even said they'd have to use anesthetic to trim her nails if we brought her in again. We gave Sud-z-paws a try and we had no issues with our dog whatsoever. The people there are awesome and I recommend them every chance I get!

Such a great place! The self service stations are Awesome! The tub, combs, brushes, soap, shampoo, brush & more are excellent. And if you want to bring your own you can do that too. Not having to worry about all the dog hair & my house was worth the trip.They even have a great nail clipping station.

Always great services here. They have both a full service salon for pets as well as self service stations for you to use at (of course) a discount over the full services. This is great to use, they provide shampoo and conditioner as well as a dryer and towels. No mess at the house to clean up. When my dogs came out of the full service grooming they were always happy and excited not to mention clean, trimmed, and smelling wonderful!!

We followed Aspen here from another store earlier this year - they gave our goldendoodle his 3rd grooming - he looks better each time. The staff is great & the shop is really nicely set up with a happy vibe. The self-wash is really nice with pressurized soap which makes washing a breeze. Our new favorite pet spa in Shetown!

I've been taking my black lab here for years, on an average of 9 times a year. They do a great job. My dog comes out soft, shiny, great smelling, and trimmed nails all for about $30 per visit. The owner knows my name and recognizes my dog immediately. My lab doesn't need it but they also do full groom (cut and brush which likely costs more than I need). Best of all, it's local and not a franchise. Highly recommended but please leave a spot open for my doggo. You won't regret it.

I absolutely love taking Scooby here. There are several wash basins with ramps where your dogs can walk right up and into the wash basin and then they have short little leashes to keep your dog inside the wash basin. Soap is supplied via a wand hooked up to the tub. Along with a hose with rinse water, a bunch of dry towels and a blow dryer. They will even make you a special shampoo if your dog is especially stinky. Friendly staff and it's about 17 bucks to wash your own dog which I don't think is bad at all. Especially with everything they provide.

Sud-Z-Paws employees always give a quick smile and a warm, friendly greeting. The place is very clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. Great experience bringing our very timid, scared dog for a nail trim. We will make this a monthly routine now. Next time, we'll let 2 professionals take care of it. We were a bit unprepared to help, but were directed by the girl working that made it as quick and pleasant as possible.

In town for work, needed a place to get my dog’s nails trimmed. Long story short, this place was awesome. My dog is a “senior” lab mix, and doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed; the staff here dove right in and got my dog’s nails trimmed in no time. No blood, no yelps, minimal squirming...I wish this place existed back home!

We love Sud-Z-Paws! Our Golden Retriever has been getting groomed there for many years! They always get us in within a reasonable time frame and their prices are great! Our big girl always looks so beautiful when we pick her up and I love the little flowers Tina puts on her collar! Dixie loves going to see Tina!
