If you get your dog groomed here, make sure you work with someone competent. Eric, Raina, and Megan aren't it.When I first went in to get a quote on how much it'd be to groom my dog, they gave me a number that I agreed on.After my boy was all groomed, I got the price which was TWICE the amount I was told at first. I asked why that was the case.Their response was "He was under the wrong breed (Schipperke), so we changed the breed (Pomsky)."To which I replied that it wasnt the right breed either. (He's an Alaskan Klee Kai.)They couldn't find Alaskan Klee Kai in their system and kept giving excuses as to why they can't change the price.In the end, both the manager and the supervisor proceeded to say that there was absolutely nothing they could do to change the price and it is what it is, even though "they put it under the wrong breed."Hope y'all see this :)Here's a regular customer that won't be coming back to the grooming salon.

I purchased a 36 gallon fish tank. I went to the store after putting it up and asked how many fish can I put in there. I was told 14 or so. All the fish died but 2. A new tank should sit filled for 1 week before putting any in. So now I wait a week. How sad all those fish had to die because of wrong information. I told them it was new. And when I get fish it's only going to be a couple at a time.

Went here to buy fish and was interrogated about the size of my fish tank. Said I couldn't buy a fish because it grows to six inches. But a gold fish that grows to eight to ten in ok in any size tank? And they are only concerned about certain fish. Very rude the way I was treated.

Do not take your dog to be bathed or groomed here unless you enjoy the smell of wet dog. Appointment states it takes 2-3 hours. They were done in 45 minutes and my dog was wet. Asked for him to be dried and they took him in back for 6 minutes brought him back out and still wet. Hey I tried. The groomer was also rude. We won't be back unfortunately.

This is saddening. I recently bought a pack of Dubia Roach from Fluker's Fresh Feeder and after feeding it to my beardie, he got severely sick and lethargic. Maybe it's just the brand that he isn't used to but this seriously frightened me. I guess this review is pertaining more to the brand food I got rather than the store. I would stay away from packaged food and just buy the live foods for your beardie.

Second time in two months that I have made a grooming appointment for my dog, waited 2 weeks and 20 minutes before the appointment they called me and canceled. That is so unprofessional! If you can't find groomers that are reliable, then DON'T have a grooming business. Now what?? They didn't try to squeeze me in, BECAUSE they were all booked up for today. I was booked in but I guess that doesn't matter! They didn't offer to get me in within the next couple of days, NOTHING! Honestly beyond fed up with businesses that could care less about professionalism, customer service and going that extra mile. If anyone knows of a good, reliable groomer please let me know!! Because, honestly, this place should not even be open!!

Took my Cavalier King Charlesx to be groomed. Woman that groomed her did an excellent job and no problems with her health issue. I will definitely take my pooch back to the same person for grooming.

It’s a nice store. I did not appreciate the cashier trying to push the rewards program on me. I know it’s common place in todays market but if I want to pass on giving you my email and phone number it should be that simple. I don’t want to be asked twice or given an attitude when I decline more than once.

We took our six month old basset to PetSmart for her first grooming experience. The staff were fantastic! They really care about the animals they groom. Our did came back clean, trimmed nails and happy as can be. Making an appointment is easy, as we did it online. They even sent us a text when she was ready. Afterwards, we received a photo. Excellent service and care for our pup. We will be back!

Refused to groom my dog even though she has been going there 10 years because they no longer recognize rabies vaccine tag from a vet. Only take paperwork now. Very poor service. Will never shop there again.

Booked my dog for grooming at 7am 5 days prior. Got a call at 7:02 to tell me they can't take him because the groomer won't be in till later that day amd the girl doing it is still training and needs supervision. I drove 25 miles for this appointment and now they want can't get me in until 5 days later. Check your appointments you're a professional business.

This is a great place to shop for most of your pet needs. Obviously since most of us folks own dogs and cats. There is a huge dog and cat section. When it comes to other pets, they have sections for freshwater fish, birds, reptiles, and hamsters, etc.

Since the previous post people have noticed that they will no longer look on shelves for items so we don't have to come in for nothing. Alot of things are still not available. When asked about products, no one knows the answer. I just feel customer serve is not like it used to be. Lastly, some people have commented that although the cats seem well taken care of, some have no toys and nothing to do. And their food and water levels are often low. I know there are volunteers, and they do a Great job, but maybe coming in more often or having employees attend to the cats sometimes may help. Just a suggestion.I enjoy going as they have a big selection of pet items. People r helpful and try and answer questions. They have a few items that have been discontinued but hope to get back. As long as the little animal cages stay clean and they have water (sometimes very low) and food it's all good.I continue to shop there, although prices are rising. Not many clerks available to ask questions.And as much as I understand volunteers coming to care for the cats, some days the food and water levels are low and some have very few toys to entertain. They need more people to keep cats active. But I appreciate all that they do.Note: after visiting regularly, not much has changed. Again, more attention to the cats is needed. There are Still days where food and water is very low and not many toys. More people need to be hired to help out!

I go in to get the food for my dog, and they have the brand that is acceptable to the sensitivities of the breed. They offer training courses, grooming and bathing, and accessories. They cater to all kinds of pets from dogs and cats to reptiles and fish.

Made an online order at 4:45pm on a Friday. Called at 6:30 asking them if there’s anyway I can pick up my order (1 bag of dog food) sooner than the 3 hour window they get for online orders. I was told no, but it’ll be ready within the 3 hour window. Order wasn’t ready until 8:05pm… takes a special kind of person to take that long to grab 1 bag of dog food. Wonder how long they take when someone puts in an order for 2+ items. Pathetic and lazy employees with 0 ambition.

Worst haircut I've ever seen on a dog. I usually take her elsewhere but needed a sooner date... never again. She is a squirmy puppy, I get it. But the groomer made every excuse under the sun to try and explain what she did (or didnt) do. I, not a groomer, will now be trying to fix this hack job. My poor baby :( stopped going to training there because of the employees and now will never go there for grooming either. Sad it has to be this way. I tried.

I have had multiple experiences with the staff at this store that were very frustrating. They were condescending, dismissive and rude. I bought some fish a while ago that ended up dying right away and I got my money back because I tested the water and set everything up carefully and when they tested a sample of my aquarium water they had to give me a refund. Last time I was there I actually needed something they had that I couldn’t find at another store but I decided to keep looking because they were so rude I don’t think they deserve my business anymore. I was a customer for years when I just needed special cat food and I was in and out but since my experiences involving actually asking store employees for help I intend to never shop there again. It feels like they hate you just for wanting to have a pet.
