My dog had a blast there and was well groomed by Amanda, nails, ears, anal glands, she smelt amazing and treated my dog like her own. My dog cookie even loved her and was well behaved! Groomer had lots of patience, my dog is a huge dog and can be stubborn! Very impressed and pleased with the results! She even let her stay in the kennel for awhile before I grabbed her! Will be booking again! She smelt so good and gave her a cute scarf!

I was very disappointed with this grooming by Megan. When I got there to pick him up they were just sitting at the computer and then I went to go and pay at the front then came back and i heard the blow dryer going. They brought him out and he was still wet. she said that he dumped the water dishes over and started rolling in it…. I do not believe that because he has never done that at home. Sounds like laziness to me🤦🏼‍♀️ the hair between his toes look awful and doesn’t even look like he was brushed. I can do a better job than that. he smells like wet dog and a tad bit of urine🤢. i DEFINITELY will not be taking him back there again $55 down the drain. Going back to my other groomer who makes him look good and smells amazing. Good thing i don’t leave a tip

Went to Pet Supplies Plus to get my turtle some worms and it was worth going. The store is pretty big amd clean to boot, didn't find any messes or have and problem moving around. Service was good and guided me to where I had to go to get the worms. Said worms were reasonably priced on all ends. Didn't have one problem at all, Pet Supplies Plus was good to me on all ends.Pictures are of the store inside and out.

I’m only writing this review because of the fact that I shopped there yesterday and all of the dog food bags on the bottom of the shelf had beetles infested in them. Every time I’ve gone here any other time it’s always a pleasure, but yesterday I was quite disgusted with the infestation they got going on there. I would NOT recommend buying dog food there right now as after witnessing that, I’m worried to get my dogs anything from there now.

As a specialized traveling service tech. I understand when it gets busy, but the ladies here do it all. They were able to help with all my needs for all of our pets. Grooming department is also amazing, they know when to put our dogs in a kennel to calm down and destress because it can be overwhelming for them. 100% trust them with ALL of our dogs.

Honestly a bit disappointed… we came here to get our pup his first hair cut and dropped him off around 2:30. It is now past 4 pm and they are still not done with his haircut. The groomer said they were giving him a break all while they had our pup in the back (alone)- any decent person knows that if you want a dog to calm down you gotta be there with them and reassure them. She was just by her group of coworkers while they all were just chatting. I don’t think I will be bringing him back here for grooming anytime soon. Still plan on doing shopping here as the prices are pretty reasonable (which is why I gave a 2 star). Also the bakery had bug in the container.

Love the store and have had great experiences in the past (w/Aspen and Kata grooming) but the last grooming was terrible. Our 9yr old yorkie and 5yr old shorkie were scheduled at the same time with Amanda and Megan. It took over 3 hours and the cuts are uneven and patchy on both pups. Specifically requested short cuts on the ears and leave tails long, but got the opposite... they completely shaved both tails. Now have to pay to have another groomer fix them because they look so bad.

I've been here a few times for various things regarding my dog Megan! This place has basically everything you need for having your own pet. This store has all types of pet supplie available! Lol Megan has some dry itching skin and I got a couple of things that will help her out with her skin allergies, a oatmeal shampoo and then an oatmeal bath I guess. the chance to interact with the manager there once and I was able to see how she interactions with the dogs and I was extremely grateful for her attitude towards dogs and she had a great understanding of how they sometimes bite her head. She said she understood how dogs might bite her. Anyway I think that she is very well aware of dogs. I believe that she's well prepared. The rest of the staff are polite and helpful. I like coming here because if you have any kind of pets odds are that they have what you need on hand!

He loves treats and toys from your store. I am on a limited budget, it was hoped to get a discount being he is a service dog, he is a blue cane corso mastiff and he is 6 and still growing into his paws! Your store has everything he needs: The harness you fitted him with is a God send he does not pull at all unless he sees other dogs he just wants to take a break and play. So thankyou for having this store, the people there are great and so are the other customers.

We had the best nail trimming experience with our 130 pound Great Pyrenees. Megan and Amanda were amazing and wasn’t phased by the size of our pup (who hates getting her nails trimmed!) We will definitely be back knowing the care they gave our big girl! Thank you so much!

Friendly and helpful staff! We used the self help bath for the first time and it was easy to navigate. Definitely recommend signing up for their free membership so you can access their in-store sales. The prices are mid to high, but they tend to have some sales once in awhile.

It's been a long time since we've been to a pet store, as we usually order a lot of things online. But we were in the area and wanted to stop to get some products for our new pet. I think the best thing about this place was how helpful the staff was! The two women that were working, were not only beyond kind, but very accommodating and helpful. They had some sort of special event going on as well, where you can get your photo taken with your pet for Halloween, which was really cute. The one lady who was working in the photo area was so nice to my kids, and that was a huge bonus to the store. She had treat bags for pets that were stopping by and for children. My kids are very excited about this! We ended up getting everything we were looking for on our list, plus more. We even found a few new items that I couldn't find online at the store. Prices were okay, definitely would purchase the items that were on sale versus regular price. Would stop back again to get more of our animal supplies.

First time shopping at Pet Supplies Plus and I just have to say it was a great experience!There were issues getting what I ordered online vs what was in the store. The Manager Christie, Shift Lead Shannon, and the cashier Amber went above and beyond to make sure that all issues were resolved.I was impressed with the associates and the cleanliness of the store. Highly recommend!!

Very glad to see this store return. Carries foods I do not see at our other chain store in town. Pricing seems better than other chains near me for my needs as well. Good in store selection across the board.

Cleanest, Most Organized, And Loveliest Pet Store I have visited! Staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Items I need are always fully stocked (like crickets) unlike other stores nearby (Petsmart) and there is always someone willingly to help, with their services being seconds away. (Have to wait 5-10 minutes for help sometimes at Petsmart.) Just a beautiful store with a great selection of pets and clean, aesthetic displays! 10/10

Had exactly what we were looking for for our new puppy. Pretty much on point, if not cheaper than if we would have gone to pet smart. Good selections and variety. Staff offers to help assist find anything in particular as soon as we entered the store and greeted us and our new family member kindly. Ok to bring your pet inside

I have been to this location a couple of times and have had really good experiences. Except for today, there was some sort of event going on so I just did my shopping. After spending over $120 I stopped and signed my dog up for some give away and the birthday club, while I was doing this employees were giving away little goody bags so I asked if I could have one and the employee said do you have a dog with you and I said not with me but obviously I have a dog(mind you I had 2 bags full of dog food) well the employee handed me a little goody bag but I was embarrassed and a kind of upset because there were plenty of other people without their dogs with them and they were given all kinds of stuff and without being questioned. Also after home I looked at my receipt and the sale prices weren't on my receipt, I will take the loss of just over $15 and I will travel to Greenfield from now on for my dogs expensive food.

EDITED: I continue to really appreciate everyone here. Many times I have gone in looking for something specific, but no way to describe it and they've helped me find the exact thing or very close. Greatly appreciated and the membership emails are 100% worth it.___Very helpful employees. Nice, easy to walk through store. They also do great work with their social media and engagement. The selection is large as one would expect, however they were missing some things I was looking for when preparing for a puppy. Like a crate for training. But I continue to return because I know ill find what I'm looking for.

Great store, super helpful staff! I brought my 12 year old to buy a fish tank and we were able to get everything we needed as well as the fish. Much nicer and cleaner than the store they used to have a few years back on 8th street next to the old Save A Lot.

Literally drive out of my way for pet supplies plus because I always get better service than petco or petsmart. They have so much in stock and are always so helpful and kind. The Sheboygan location is my favorite and I’m so grateful for the staff there :)

The atmosphere was fantastic. The employees were attentful and willing to help. They have a wide selection of dog food and treats. The self grooming station looks great as well. They also have a great selection of food for cats and rodents. We will be visiting here often!

All the employees were friendly and the customer service was great. While waiting for the self wash station Aspen the groomer started to talk to me and my nervous dog Melvin. Her kind and gentle demeanor persuaded me to have Melvins nails clipped. She was gentle and confident in her ability, Melvin let her clip his nails! I would definitely come back for nail trims. Self wash station is great and you get a discount if you buy a 5 washes for $25 card.
