I honestly love it here. The critters for my bearded dragon are cheap and they always give me way more than I ask for! Plus their sale prices are pretty nice as well. Overall, I love it there!

Had my dog tags made here along with buying some other supplies for my golden. Professional staff, good inventory of supplies, and much better prices than local competitors here in Sheboygan. Hailey is very nice. I'm happy to shop here again.

I recognize that the prices are GENERALLY lower than the larger chains, but i do have a big complaint. I have worked customer service and retail for over 21yrs, i know what is expected in these industries both inside and out. I arrived on a sunday evening 5 mins b4 the posted closing time. I realize nobody likes this, especially when people think the store should just stay open till theyre done shopping. However, i needed one small item, knew its location and had cash ready to go. I wouldve been out the doors in LESS than 2 mins...literally. However, at 5:55, they had already pulled their tills and (tried) to lock the doors. The employee i spoke to was sweeping, not counting down her till, so we can assume they shut the registers down roughly 7-12mins early. Thats just unacceptable. Its not a privately owned mom and pop shop, it IS a discount chain. Im willing to bet there are several rules that were broken and disregarded. I will likely shop here in the future, but i am going to make my inconvenience known to the higher ups. After all, retailers and the like exist for 2 reasons-their profit and my convenience, both which were completely lost on the current staff.

So sad that this place is going out of business here in Sheboygan, it may be a little outdated; but there prices and staff are great! I'm definitely going to miss this place 😢
