Purchased a ravin R29x crossbow from them online and it arrived DOA. They won’t let me return it and ravin is giving me the run around so now I’m stuck with a crossbow that don’t work and am out $2,600 plus the $600 I spent on ravin accessories.

Friendly staff, dog friendly store and carries the good quality dog and cat foods I like to buy for my pets. Always have a great selection of treats, healthy chews and interesting toys as well. It's also priced at or below any of the chains on everything I've bothered to check.Better selection than the chains when it comes to food, toys and treats.

Was a pleasure getting my bow set up by Derek. He explained everything thoroughly and was patient with me as I don’t know much about setting them up. Everyone else was friendly as well. The range is a bonus as well!I highly recommend stopping here for your archery needs!

I shop here because it's located near our place and the prices are better on some dog food items, but more on others. I do love the people that work there. It's a small business so you get to know one another. They have a wonderful selection and from experience I clearly see thought is put into what they carry. The owners and staff are helpful with information that benefits your pet or bow hunting/sports needs. Support small businesses such as theirs...they are the businesses and people truly worth your time. I do not say this lightly....my opinions have been formed over a six year period of time.

I ordered an outpost deer feeder from them. It would not come on so I could program it. They said send the entire unit back for a refund. I paid $99.00 for it. UPS wants $79.00 to ship it back. What the hell? Is this how you treat customers? Order Number..BO7HJQ5JZ2 make this right. Still haven't seen the return label. How did you send it??
