Great shop for all your birthday and celebration needs! We used B'Loonie to set up the outside decorations of our house for my daughter's bday. Sheboygan is our second home and I wasn't able to come to the store in advanced and called to set up what I was looking for. Everything came together perfectly, the colors, amount of balloons, and even a cute stuffed animal. B'Loonie comes and will put up the decorations and we had a very tight window to have it done while my husband took our daughter out running errands the morning of. B'Loonie was on time, called in advance to make sure she was gone and set up quickly.birthday wedding party balloons

Highly recommend! I called this morning for my nieces bday and she put together the best balloon and candy gift to bring to her school. Reasonably priced too! I will def be back for more bday deliveries 🤗🎈🎉

Great place!! They can plan your party or event (including weddings) for you. Or you can just go in and get stuff on the spur of the moment! There is a ton of stuff you can get: table covers, plastic/paper dishes/cups/cutlery, decorations, seasonal stuff, Packer stuff, cards, etc. They even rent event tents, tables, chairs, etc. See Stephani for planning, she really knows her stuff!!

I am really disappointed with the bad customer service we experienced here. Several months earlier when I reserved my rental items I asked when they wanted me to return them and was told the date. No specifics on time, only the day. When my family member picked up the rental items, she was told they were due back on that certain day. Again, no specifics on time, just the day. But also to my ultimate dismay, the employee was rude and condescending to my family member when she asked a simple question about the quantity. She left feeling a little upset at being treated in such a way but didn't tell me until days later because she didn't want to stress me out on my big day.Today, on the day the rentals were due back, I received a call midmorning from the owner asking me to return the rentals that MORNING. I was confused because nothing had been said about the time of day they needed to be returned, only the day. Why was I only hearing about this now when the morning was already half over? I was still hosting my out of town guests. I was feeling sick and tired, and here I was receiving a phone call wanting the rental items returned. I had planned on returning them in the afternoon after my guests had left. But now I had to change plans because they wanted them back that morning. I asked if I could return them by noon and they agreed.After all items had been returned, I started wondering many things. Things like, why did I receive a phone call asking to return the items when it had already been confirmed twice? And if they needed them back in a certain time frame, why didn't they say anything beforehand, especially on the day we picked them up? And if there was no actual specific time they wanted them back, why did I receive a phone call like I was some kind of irresponsible child?All this was irritating but what upset me most was how my family member was treated. Why was the employee rude to my family member when she just wanted to make sure the quantity was correct?The owner herself has always been pleasant and professional, for which I am grateful. This criticism is for her employees but as their employer, she also needs to take some accountability. Their actions and behavior is a direct reflection of your business and ultimately you.I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt and try to be patient because I've been on the giving end of customer service. I understand how hard it is to run a local business, trying to please customers while also keeping your business afloat. But please, for the sake of improvement, have your employees watch a tutorial on good customer service starting with basic things like how to greet customers, how to smile, how to be generally pleasant, and how to answer without being condescensing or rude. For instance, when a customer is unsure of the order she's picking up and asks if it's the correct quantity, you can say, "Yes, everything should be there but I can count it for you just to make sure if you would like" instead of, "It's all there, we know what we're doing."You are a business that is supposed to spread joy and happiness with your decor and services, not leave people feeling terrible because of poor communication and rude employees.And I do feel terrible. I feel terrible that my family member had to experience that employee's rude condescension just because she was running an errand for me. I feel terrible that I felt so strongly about this experience that I felt compelled to write this bad review instead of calling and making a private complaint because I want actual changes made in how customer service is handled by the employees. Retraining is in dire need here. I don't want or need an apology. I just want the next customer to not go through a similar experience and then feel bad enough to come write another bad review.So I am sorry but I won't be coming back again. I am tired of me and my family being treated with rude service.

Stephani was amazing for my decorating for my wedding day. I kept making changes and she hung in there with me. Everything day of was better then I imagined. Everyone complimented me on the decorations but I know I made the right choice choosing her. We definitely bonded over the whole thing too and she’s so great! Hardworking busy woman that goes above and beyond for her customers. My guests LOVED our his and hers favorite snacks! She even helped make some of my Pinterest ideas come to life. Stephani you rocked! I cannot recommend her more for any parties or weddings!

Stephani did an outstanding job! I came in only looking for a backdrop for our wedding (2 weeks before) & while Stephani was asking me questions, I quickly realized how many other little things I was missing! She made suggestions that were within my budget & even helped me save a bit of money! Her team helped set everything up & our venue looked gorgeous. I will definitely be back in the future for any parties I may have!

Poor job decorating. Took them two days to get the decorations done. My orders got messed up. Very unprofessional. I paid so much for the decorations and things didn't turn out the way I wanted. I thought it was professional workers were there to decorate for my son's party but it was a bunch of highschool kids. Seems like they don't really care to get the decorations done and one day and they took their sweet time. First time and last time with bloonie.

Stephanie at B’Loonie Gifts was a great help with my sons birthday! I’m out of state but wanted to send him some balloons and a gift basket. After figuring out what to put in it with Stephanie and saying I wish I could get him an ice cream cake, she said they could pick it up for me and deliver it with his balloons. She even called the day before and had it decorated for him!! Way above and beyond my expectations and both my son and I were thrilled with the outcome! We worked with Stephani at B’Loonie gifts for our December wedding and was extremely pleased with our experience! She took our sparkling, gold vision and transformed a large industrial space into a timeless winter wonderland. I was a very particular bride and she was very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I love this place.The staff is so kind and helpful.Fair prices.The creativity is awesome.They will help you plan your whole party from decoration to food.My children and there friends were amazed when they walked in to the hall and see the party decorations.They deliver and set up , take down...There cake decorator can make and design any kind of cake you want.Great place to go for a party i will never plan a party without them again.......
