They cut a Honda key and programmed it. This is a key that requires a lathe. I have had 4 keys cut here, and they always work. Not everyone can cut these. In fact, I had to stop back because the specially trained person was not in. It's a lot cheaper than the Honda Dealer and a lit less hassel.

I choose to come here because the staff is knowledgeable and always around to help. Easy Peasy, in and out for any project! Usually I have an idea of what I need to get done and the staff always suggests ways to help make the project done correctly. One staff member even showed me how to use my brush to avoid bubbles when staining wood / using polyurethane. I didn't ask, she just shared her knowledge. I feel confident when I leave the store that I will be able to accomplish whatever I had in mind to create or fix. So far it's been a success! Today a gentleman helped me get what I needed to attach a tow toy to a tricycle.

I always find what I need at Ace in Falls. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful with anything I might be looking for. I love the owner’s collection of vintage outboard motors. They’re for sale I believe.

If you need almost anything, you can usually find it here. Very well stocked and pricing seems fair to me. They are also there to help you with your questions and not like a big box store where you have beg for help

Went to get keys made. Walked in at 9:10. I was the only customer. One employee on the phone, I asked the other man if he could help me out getting keys made. He said I'll be right down. 12 min later no one. Walked up front, 1 guy still on phone, guy who said he'd be right down was watching TV. I asked what happened, he ignored me. I said this is horrible customer service to which he said- goodbye don't come back! No wonder the lot is empty on a Saturday morning. Typically a small town hardware store is the best at customer service. I often stop at the one in New Holstein and they are amazing!! Don't worry I won't be back!! I'm also a small business owner in the area to say I was shocked by this behavior is an understatement. The rude employee wasn't a kid either.

Great place in falls to get whatever hardware you may need to complete a job. The staff is always super kind and helpful. They have a furry door greeter, a big teddy bear of a German shepherd. He always brings joy to my day when I stop by.

Purchased a Stihl chainsaw and leaf blower, also rented a wood splitter...very happy with all products and extra attention to be sure I was well informed regarding the best supplies to keep my products in top working condition.

Amazing experience! Went looking for new weed trimmer and was assisted by Larry, an employee in an entirely different department. He was very knowledgable and sincere. Then Dick showed my husband how to start and use trimmer, without being prompted. Great prices also. 4 year warranty since we purchased the Stihl oil to mix with the fuel. Overall excellent customer service! Will definitely patronize them again! Thank you!

Ace is the place! Love local and supporting it. The Sheboygan Falls store is one of the best! New to the region in the last 1.5 years and we were so happy to find a local Ace nearby - but even more pleased with the A+ store that it is. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. Always well stocked and easy to find what we need. We just bought a new grill - better prices than big box- personal service and help with assembly and getting it home. Fantastic.

Tried ordering online for in store pickup as the hand tool I needed wasn't available at my local store but was available for pick up that day the next town over, figured it shouldn't take them too long to grab a hand tool off the wall and send the email for pick up. 6 Hours later still waiting...
