The store has great items and sales. However, my low one-star rating is for the store manager Stefanie and the way she treats her associates with so much disrespect. My fiance works under her and gets harassed and made fun of by her almost every day. Instead of laughing at her disabilities, she should be teaching her the right abilities to correctly function at the job. They also allow another employee to come into the job drunk. This place has the worst management I have ever heard of and it's because of it that my fiance has lots of stress and anxiety which interferes with my ideal peaceful home life. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Their hours are not great and the people that are in the pharmacy are not very kind at all. Your a drive thru person. And most of the time they never have ur scripts ready. I'm actually switching to a pharmacy that has some compassion

This place is never open and doesn’t even have back up pharmacists! I’ve been trying for a week to get my meds and have had to go without which my dr would be furious. I’m trying one last time today and hopefully they are open!

Prices on basic items are quite pricey on store items, however I feel that's at just about any pharmacy. Drive thru depending on what time of day you get there can depend on if you have wait time or pull up & out. Pharmacy staff are friendly for the most part and don't hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. Also I appreciate them asking if you had medication before so they can give you more details or info concerning your prescription. Some don't ask that & they just send out your prescription and change and send you on your way.

If this pharmacy could be rated a 0, I would give it a 0. I stopped using it years ago for any prescriptions, but decided to give it a whirl when my insurance allowed some free COVID tests in 2021. They didn’t understand how it worked, so I immediately went to the one Clintonville, who promptly processed the kits with my insurance. Today I wound up there again, because my kids’ dad had my daughter’s prescription sent to there, and they are just as incompetent as they were 4 years ago when it comes to processing a script. First I waited in line for 30 minutes, just to be told my script was ready, but they needed to re-enter my insurance, so I needed to go to the back of the line 5 cars deep while they did this. It took 30 minutes being behind 3 cars. I said absolutely not. I called the doctor to have the script transferred to Walmart. Went home and made supper, then the script was ready to get picked up without issue after entering the store. It’s always quick at Walmart, and they seem to always have fully trained pharmacy staff. This place needs to be closed down, because it’s just as useless as the Verizon in Shawano. Go to other Walgreen locations.

Update! This error done by walgreens was never fixed and my daughter runs out of meds tomorrow. The new pharmacy had to call and start telling them to fix it. Which they cant without calling corporate which is a joke they should have done that a month ago.Two times now my daughter prescriptions have been shorted. Tonight i called to ask and spoke directly with the pharmacist. I was explaining the situation we just had meds filled june 10th and it was supposed to be a 3 month supply. Before i could finish he piped up and said you should have plenty how are you out? Ummm no sir I'm not out you didn't give me a 3 month supply i needed 270ml i got 180ml he told me it was 240 ml. Ummm no 3ml a day for 90 days 270. So not only did he basically accuse me of taking the meds myself or Overdosing my daughter he also cant do basic math.It was my doctors offices fault but his comments were uncalled for when i was just trying to explain it was supposed to be a 3 month supply. Mind you she only started these meds in april this was our 2 time getting them first time with the 3 month supply instead of 2. And last time we were 11 days short.

This has to be the worst Walgreen's pharmacy in northeast Wisconsin. There are few options in the area and none have a drive-thru. Their pharmacy is a detriment to their company and is sadly lacking in efficiency.For example, a family member has been on the same prescription for years and gets a yearly Dr appointment where the medication prescription is renewed for a year. The script sent to this Walgreens to be filled. It's 3 days early so the won't fill it because it's a controlled substance (Concerta) I go to pick it up 7 days later when it's needed. I'm told they are working on it and come back in 30 minutes. This is a busy pharmacy and is normally very slow so the average drive thru time is 20 minutes. I get back in line and get to the window 50 minutes later. I'm told the script is not there and is not being processed... Wth!!! This has happened several times in the past so I ask for the pharmacist. I'm told that they don't have any product to fill the prescription. They also tried to call the Dr to get it sent to another Walgreens but because they sat on it the Dr's office closed. They won't transfer the script themselves and they won't contact another Walgreens to bring the product as that's against their policies. Sooo, I'm told they'll have more on Monday so my family member, who can't work without this med has to sit and wait. The pharmacist told me to complain online as this is the only way the company will pay attention. Employees constantly lie to us about the status of prescriptions and don't have any system, or don't use any system to let other employees know what is going on. If the script can't be picked up due to a timing issue than at least fill it and tag it for pickup after this date only, instead of sitting on it a week and running out of product.This is not a rare incident. This has happened with Concerta, multiple sclerosis (ms medication glatopa) shots, H.S. Medications, etc. Their system sees the script and shows it "in processing" on their app but the same system can't tell their supply side to order more or notify them that they need to order more product to fill on hand scripts. What a disservice to customers that rely on them for important medications.

If I could give 0, I would. I had a prescription sent there over a month ago and never heard ANYTHING from them to this day. No call, no text, no nothing. Now they say they don't have my son's prescription even tho it was sent over an hour ago. Told them that information and they magically found it! I shouldn't have to tell them to look for orders. Now I sit here waiting in the drive thru with a sick boy. Unreal.....

The pharmacy is increasingly closed due to lack of staff. I'm not trying to bash the people who work there. I can't afford to roll the dice any longer. I travel plenty and need to be able to pick up my Rx. Make a plan b if you use this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is hit and miss with the text notifications. You get texts saying prescriptions are ready but more often than not it's not even started by the time I get there. They also tend to not check for additional prescriptions and forget 1 or more items requiring additional trips. They have consistently told me untruthful info about my insurance coverage refusing to fill prescriptions based on that misinformation until I have my insurance company physically call them then their excuses change to something unrelated or unverifiable without calling corporate. Pharmacy techs have more than once told me they have no records of my account and no history of filling prescriptions for myself or spouse. I've had the rewards card since it began that program and monthly refills for over 10 years. At least once someone went into system and deleted all my prescription history according to corporate. And have refused to refill multiple times.I have learned to just call ahead and hope I don't have to waste more than 5 trips or more than 7 hours driving/waiting each month for refills. If we had ANY other drive through option I'd have switched long ago. Unfortunately, Walmart in town is actually worse.

I have been with walgreens for years and there really going downhill. They started with not filling my scripts when my insurance says to fill them. When they run low on medications they can do a partial but then instead of giving you the remainer of your meds when the new stock comes in the make you call the doctor to make a new script. They told me several times they didnt have certain scripts which made me call my physician. The physician would then call walgreens and walgreens would tell them to tell me they have it but will not be filling it until they want to. Two days ago they told my husband they were out of stock that tomorrow i would be able to pick them up, so i call today to ask if they are ready and i get told that i have to wait till tomorrow late afternoon now which is two days of me being out of my medications. My step father is on certain meds and on holidays like xmas they are not open which is fair but because his medications are due that day because the next day he will be out they refused to fill them the day before causing him to run out of his immenosuppressants which he absolutley has to have to keep him alive. They used to be awesome and i used to have no problems however now that they opened up a section for covid vaccines and testing and not adding additional staff people are stuck waiting forever because they have too much on there plate. Im sorry but the covid thing and all stuff related should be done at hospitals and clinics not at the pharmacy without adding additional workers

So tired of this place. I try to call and talk to them, they leave me on hold for more than 12 minutes. When they finally ‘answer’ the phone, they put it on the counter and walk away. When it’s finally picked up the lady is super curt and simply hangs up the phone on me half way through what my question. Having worked in pharmacy for a long time, this is both unprofessional and just super uncool.

They are falling apart. Worst service and lies about their problems. Woman on the phone argued, yes argued, that the policy they have in place is the way it is yet the last 2 years I have been doing it the previous process way. Also, watch your prescriptions. My refill dates started as the 16th of thew month and because of their errors it went out to the 20th of the month. More errors now its out to the 22nd of the month. If you can find another pharmacy i would use them.

Not a fan! Moved here 3 months ago and have a new provider here in Shawano. Whenever I need a refill they call my old provider, who I have not seen in nine months and ask for authorization. Of course its rejected but no one at Walgreens could call to tell me that. Pharmacist claimed I didn't have a voicemail and couldn't leave a message. That's a LIE! They just didn't want to call me. Made me go without my RX for SEVERAL days because they never keep enough of my meds on hand. The automated system is complete joke as well. Just terrible terrible service! Absolutely no compassion or concern for clients. They had the nerve once to tell me my prescriptions never existed and they had no record of me ever being on such meds. Wow! Ridiculous! Poor customer service. Not willing to work with their customers. Always blaming their clients for THEIR mistakes!

The walgreens itself is good but definitely stay away from the pharmacy. They are the slowest moving pharmacy I have ever been to. Everytime i try to pick anything up it is at least a 2 hour wait, not in the drive through just because the employees move that slow or something.

Love the selections on their items, they almost always have hair products on sale so big thumbs up! And their pharmacy is so much faster than Walmart. I did not have a prescription sent there for at least 4 years, they still had my information on file. Walmart cycles it out after a year. Insurance your name everything. Love the pharmacy here!

I wish i could rate it negative star. Worst experience ever today at the pharmacy!!!!!!!I was treated with such disrespect today when i asked where my perscription was. And then i was told that i didnt have and account through them.. Thats ridiculous. Im normally a very patient person and understanding person as i work in the medical field. I waited 15MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU! Thats is uncalled for. I was told by a worker that i was quote an unreasonable person and impatient person. I was told that i needed more patient and when i called 6 times i was told 2 times that they couldnt hear me and 2 times that they were too busy to take my call. And the other two i was talked to very rudely. Then the office that called in the perscription was hung up on by walgreens. Im filling a complaint with better business burroug. In line there were over 10 vehicles waiting. And 15 people inside. I have had this happen multiple times. So i am switching pharamacies.

Shawano Walgreens is a good one. There is usually a wait for prescriptions; they really DO help the customer and don't rush! So I find it worth the small pause in my day. 😁Merchandise is slightly expensive; watch for GREAT SALES and REWARDS! They have lots!

3 weeks ago a prescription was sent for my son for his sever ADHD medication and not once did they inform me that there was an issue! Don’t ever use Walgreens they won’t let you know what’s going on!!!!
