It's an ok store. They have a variety of dog food. Problem I have seen is there have been times that the plants are in the way of people using wheelchairs when their is a vehicle parked in first parking spot.

Really nice location! Super happy TSC is so close to my home now, saves me the long drive!There's a lot of things to love about this place but the number one thing that keeps bringing me back is the wood chip bedding! The bedding for my chickens needs to be incredibly absorbent and smell great!! I don't know what it is about tractor supply companies woodchips bedding, but it is amazing!!

The store is always clean. Friendly customer service. Pricing is fair, but like every other place, it can be higher or lower it just depends on what you're looking for. They'll price match as well.

When I’m need of a sump pump because mine went out on a Sunday, I called and she said she would stay open a few more minutes past closing so I could get there and they were very helpful when picking out supplies needed to clean the water from my basement THANK YOU ladies

They always seem to have what I need and if they don't they know where to recommend and we got our chickens, ducks, and guineas from them and we didn't lose a single one!

Did the on line curb side service, but the email to go pick it up never showed up. So the next day I gave them a call. They had computer issues, and said the order was ready. I asked them to check the stock to make sure the Scott's mulch I ordered was not moldy etc. They found me the bags I needed but decided to put the entire pallet on sale for half price. I captured a great deal, and BOTH Associates on duty were very friendly and helpful I will be back again and again...

sales associates are very helpful. shelves are stocked. If we can't find it in shawano we head to Oconto. Between the 2 we always get what we need.

First time was great customer service and found what we wanted at a fair price on sale otherwise it's expensive and the second visit couldn't get any help everyone was busy standing around in the isles chatting with friends and the one guy stocking shelves act like we were bothering him by asking for help .

Great place with good verity of products, would like to see more kids in-store products but all around love the only store in city of shawano to honor that indigenous people are state tax exempt.... unlike any other in town

I really don't know how this place gets a high rating. Everytime I call there for something they either don't have it or don't know what it is. I had a continuous order every month with them. That lasted 2 months. When I went to pick it up the third month, they told me that they didn't order it. I called them prior to confirm that it was ordered. They said it was. So I was left with over 300 animals and no feed. It's too bad a dependable farm store doesn't come in.

I ordered an expensive gun safe from this store. Service was great when I bought it and they honored the internet price match. Then came the shipping……the shipping company was XPO logistics and they were a NIGHTMARE. They promised 4 days but soon those 4 days were long past. Every single time they said they would call me back or email me, they did not. After several calls, they blamed people’s vacations or just being “busy”. The safe showed up 3 weeks later. It was clearly damaged (dents, scratches , chips, dents). I understood this was not tractor supplies fault. Then came in my hero Annette. She had marked down the damage upon arrival. Was immediately attentive to my concerns and did everything in her power to make in right in a timely fashion. This was my first experience at Tractor Supply and even though there were some VERY frustrating hiccups, I am confident in shopping there again thanks to Annette. Customer service: A+. People like her are the ones that need to be promoted.

This is way better than qualheims true value. I don't know how true value is still in business with its overpriced items. Tractor supply isn't nearly as bad. They need to bring a Menards into Shawano or something.
