Sad and disappointed from our last visit!We been taking our Shiba Inu dog to get her grooming done by Dawn for almost a year. But this last time when I picked her up they were kinda rude to me and when I asked how she did they didn’t say anything, just ignored me and told me to grab her myself from the metal crate because “they cannot get her out themselves”, So I did. Just to later on find out that my dog was bleeding all over my couch, carpet and even on the floor!! When I checked her, realized that they trim one of her black nails WAAAY too much, which in the past I’ve asked not to do bc I grind them at home…what bothers me the most is that they didn’t communicate to me, so at least I could limited her walk and treat her open cut at home…

I took my golden retriever for her first time. They did a good job on her feet and nails but I was a little upset about her butt fluff being cut off and they cut the tip of her tail hair and now it's flat! Now her butt and tail look weird and I don't know how long it will take to go back to normal. If your dog needs a bath and a nail trim I would recommend but not if you have a dog with pretty hair.

Amanda is our groomer, and she is wonderful. Amanda will ensure that your pet gets the best care and you get exactly the cut you were looking for. We had a dog who was blind in one eye and Amanda was so patient and gentle with him. He loved his trips to the groomer

We came into Shawano from Michigan realizing our usually clean smelling labwas a little too aromatic to travel with. We called Pink Shears and they squeezed us in. Right away we could tell the owner is great with dogs. She reached out and gaveour dog a good pet, confident in her dog handling. 45 minutes to an hour later we got a call to pick him up. He had a great oatmeal bath and smells terrific. Thank you for fitting us in as we traveled to your city. I will recommend your services to friends and family. Great job!

I had tried several different doggy daycares prior to Pink Shears opening and always felt unwelcome or just a number. At Pink Shears they are friendly, caring, and always greet us with a smile and excitement! Penelope loves the events and parties, and I love that she comes home tired out each night!

I decided to get my baby Salem shaved since the people who owned him before me didn’t have a chance to get his mats out. The people there were super sweet to him and asked if I wanted to give him a lions cut. Which I did as you can see. I couldn’t stop laugh crying when he jumped out of his carrier when we got home. The people here did an amazing job but boy do they know how to make someone die of laughter.10/10 will definitely be going back!

Dawn does Boo's Hair cut and I just love the way he looks when she is done. He also smells so good. They treat him very nice when he is there. Great place very nice people. Boo will always have his grooming done there. If your dog has not been there I highly recommend them .

I am new to Shawano so I was nervous looking for a new groomer but Pink Shears is wonderful! Definitely exceeded my expectations. For my two dogs I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it is. Thank you for all you did. My female beagle has shepherd in her so she sheds like crazy! Never, even at my old groomer, has she been combed out so well. Will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Amazing service! I took my dog in to have his nails clipped. Normally im ebarassed to take him cause he throws such a tantrum. These ladies are amazing! He didnt cry or struggle at all. What a great experiece. Thank you!

Dawn was wonderful with my dog! She fit him in on the same day I called, and fixed a bad haircut that was done elsewhere. I originally asked for her to fix just his face, but she took the time to fix him all over. She also let me stay by him the entire time so he wasn’t so anxious. This has by far been the best experience I’ve had with a pet groomer. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dawn!

This is my first experience at Pink Shears Pet Grooming and I must say, I was very impressed with how Dawn greeted my 4 yr old son, myself and my dog, Evie. The environment was very clean!! After the grooming, my dog smelled wonderful, nails were trimmed well and ears were very clean. I asked a lot questions to Dawn, not only because they groomed her, but she will be boarding there soon. Dawn is very knowledgeable in what she does and answered all questions in detail about keeping my dog safe, the risk and behaviors of my dog and others, keeping her comfortable, the care they give to the dogs boarding there, but most importantly, making me feel safe leaving my dog in their care. Great experiences, the only place, if we have control over it due to being in the military, we get our dogs nails cut at. We definitely recommend Amanda, one of our dogs is very anxious, energetic and has had bad experiences at other locations we've been transferred to. She always does great with both of our dogs and we request her every time.

My poor kitty had been sick for a couple days and needed some cleaning up around his back end on short notice. The staff were SO kind and accommodating to get me in last minute on a weekend, and so sweet with him! It was his first experience with grooming, and it went very quickly and smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, and my sweet little cat feels, looks, and smells SO much better! ❤ Their pricing was extremely reasonable (I actually couldn't believe it was only what she said!) and I couldn't be happier! We are so grateful. Thank you SO MUCH to the ladies at Pink Shears! Definitely worth the trip! 😉

I just had my dog Sadie in to be groomed today at Pink Shears and she came out beautiful and smelling great. Owner Dawn is always friendly and welcoming. She is great at her job. Dawn has been excellent to work with! She squeezed in an emergency grooming when my puppy was too filthy to bring directly home from the boarding place. Ali always comes away looking and smelling delightful and I'm happy to recommend Pink Shears to any dog owner.

Dawn is very good at grooming! I am an artist and I really look for symmetry. If it's off a bit she will work with me until I like it. She just wants me to be happy. She is great with my dog. I have never gotten my dog back with a nick. If she did accidentally nick a dog I'm sure she would point it out and show me. I've been to other groomers but she is the best!

Dawn the owner of Pink Shears groomed my toy poodle today and she did a wonderful job. I had trimmed her and she was a "little" uneven. She did a full groom and she came out perfect. I have taken my female cat their 2x and both have been great! I stayed right there and watched while they trimmed her up. Cut the nails and had nice conversations! Already made the next appt in 3 months.

I have two miniature dachshunds that are very sensitive. Dawn is the only one that does a good job doing there nails. She also informs me of anything else that is going on with there health for example when Bailey started presenting very bad breath, she advised me to talk to my vet about getting his teeth cleaned. I believe this added several years to his life. Dawn is awesome!

Had a friend recommend pink shears for daycare. I tried them for daycare for my Great Dane puppy who also needed some socialization. My puppy was at first very scared of everyone and everything but now he gets excited in the morning when we get ready to go!! He LOVES going to daycare and I love having a tired well behaved puppy after work! I would and do recommend anyone to take their pups to Pink Shears!!

My dogs love going to see Dawn to get their haircuts. I have been to other groomers previously and I would have to almost drag them in the door. Not at Pink Shears, all I have to say to them is let's go see Dawn and they happily go in. She treats them like they are her own. It is worth a the long drive to have my dogs comfortable and happy to go.

We take our furry fluffy cat Bean in about twice a year to get a haircut with Dawn. Dawn states that Beanie is her favorite cat to clip and I don't get how the beast from home transforms into this nice cat but I am glad it goes well:) Dawn is always accommodating with my schedule and works me in when I have my afternoon off. Bean always smells so nice after her haircut and is so soft. Highly recommend Pink Shears for grooming.

We have 3 fur babies and when we first moved here we were lost without our groomer back in Iowa. But Dawn was great with the dogs. Even the one with seperation anxiety. We never have to worry about leaving them with her. She does a great job and they always look and smell great! They even get a cute scarf that matches with the season. Thanks Dawn!

My German Shepherd Gemma loves everyone at Pink Shears. She actually sings when we pull in. Not only does she get her play time in she gets lots of love from Dawn and her staff! They treat Gem like she's one of their own. I highly recommend them 💜💖💜

I last gave them one star, but now they get 5 or more! I had a problem with my dog shedding and they did the process for stopping him from shedding. It did not work! I was very upset. Dawn called and said she would do whatever we wanted to make this right!! We took our boy back in. I was apprehensive but knew it couldn’t get worse! I went to pick him up and I was beyond happy! They did such a great job! I could not believe it! And most importantly my dog is not shedding! I can now hug and love on my dog without getting full of dog hair! Very happy. The absolute BEST!

I really enjoy taking my "kids" to Pink Shears. When my Bella is all cleaned up she smells and looks so good. When the wonderful smell wears off, it is time to go back. I also take my "Old Man Tigger" there. He is 17 and when he gets home he has new energy, like it lifts his spirits. Dawn and her crew are all so friendly and so good to my kids.... Thank You!

I must say, I was truly impressed by this facility! My golden doodle used to hate being groomed! I picked her up today she looked beautiful and happy ! Was so relieved! This facility I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
