I love this place! I've gotten 2 beta fish in fall which are still doing well, got 3 birds at one point, and always get my crickets for my geckos here. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful!!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, animals appear to be well kept, clean, and happy. Some items are a lil pricey, but most are reasonable. I have dogs, a bird, and dragon, and Jill's has everything I need for ALL my lil ones!! I will continue to frequent here!

Always have Tessa groom my two dogs, she knows how to work with them. She's very friendly. They always come home looking great! I also go to the main store for dog food, always friendly

I bought my iguana ( gremi ) from Jill's December 15, my first visit to the pet shoppe, I have never been so happy to leave a store. My iguana is beyond healthy, & I can not wait to bring gremi in :) I highly recommend Jill's to anyone! Thank you for the fantastic service :) I'll continue to keep doing business with you all!

I would not go back to this store! I was treated extremely rudely by an employee who was ignorant on service animals. The person never apologized for their actions and went in to the office and did not return. So I was not even able to buy anything. Service animals are NOT in the public for anyone's entertainment but to preform a life saving task for their handler. They need to educate their staff on how to treat customers with common curtesy and respect no matter if they are disabled or not! They also need to train their employees on the proper way to treat service animals.

I brought my dog in for a hair cut, three days later he developed sores all over his body. i brought him to the vet and he had blasto. a few days later he passed away. i believe they used a contaminated razor and my dog got sick because of it. A new girl from out of state groomed my dog and i believe she did not follow protocol and groomed my dog with a dirty brush. Because of this neglectfullness i lost my dog and will no longer be a customer of the shop.
