Great breakfast/lunch restaurant. Probably dinner too but we were there for a late lunch. The portion sizes are generous. Everyone was happy with their choice.Service was great. Quick food turn around time from when the order was placed. The server checked on us a few times.Nice country/farm decor. Also bread, pies, other goodies to purchase.

8am on a Sunday is definitely the time to go. Was not crowded. Servings are huge, so be fore-warned.If you ask for your potatoes "loaded," you will get soo much onion and green pepper!Vegetarian options: A few of their omelets are vegetarian.

The atmosphere and the service was outstanding!! The food was a little disappointing. Everything looked great, but taste wise it was just, ehh. Sad to say, nothing special and rather bland. The one thing I would give 5 stars to, were their onion rings! They were fantastic!! I had a very mediocre cheeseburger, my daughter had potato pancakes which were pretty tasteless. I forget what my wife and oldest daughter had, but their response was the same. Not that great.

The Farm Inn' is a diner offering awesome breakfast dishes with big portions. The sizable tractor tire pancakes live up to their name. Since they bake their own bread, the toast is delectable. The Biggie Breakfast totally knocked my socks off the first time that I had it. Actually, I was wearing sandals, but you get the idea. Anyway, the Friday Fish, three-piece cod dinner is very satisfying and an excellent value. The half pound burger is one of the best around, too. The grilled onions and mushrooms are caramelized to perfection. While the patty is normally medium, rather than medium rare, it is still juicy and flavorful. The homemade bun is also always fresh, super soft, and buttery. When I enjoyed the burger, I was wearing boots for sure. I don't know what heck happened to my socks. Guess they got knocked off for reals somehow. So, diner, beware, lest your feet could go bare!Parking: Large lot near rear entrance.Kid-friendliness: They cater to kids.

Family friendly restaurant whose food meets my standards as someone who moved to Wisconsin from the south. Seriously; the biscuits are fantastic. Can't go wrong with their breakfast options, and especially not when it comes to their Friday fish fry, which is one of the best in the region!Recommended:- Friday Fish Fry (Perch or Cod)- Stuffed French Toast (fried and delicious)Parking: Parking hasn't been a challenge the couple times I've been so far, but I can imagine that certain times of the year, it could get crowded, seeing as you'll have to do street parking on main. There are a few other lots around there, and I believe they are free, but some of them can be a bit of a trek. Still, if you're willing to walk, you should be able to find your fair share of free parking, even if it gets busy.Kid-friendliness: Very family-friendly with lots of options for picky eaters.

My first and last time eating here, never again. Everything was flavorless, tenderloin steak was ordered medium rare it came with no pink so we sent it back then they brought a new one that was barely marked by the grill, raw and chewy. I had the haddock divon and they used leftover haddock fom friday night. It was chewy hard and nasty. I put it aside and ate the rice and broccoli. A 50 dollar meal worth of garbage. Never again

Farm Inn' On Main is a fairly typical, country-style restaurant with a bit of a diner vibe in regards to the food. The prices are good, and the food really good. Comfort food is key here. Portions are pretty large. The pancakes, for example, are thick and fluffy and fill an entire large plate. I had the country eggs benedict. The biscuit was big and delicious, and the entire dish was great. The service was super friendly. There's certainly a hometown feel here. Definitely a good place for a good meal.

Waste of money.Awful food, terrible service. There are no drink options listed on their menu, theburger was dry and overcooked, and fries just boring, the pancakes were thin, burnt, with crispy, very greasy edges ...yuck! Waitress never checked on us after dropping off food. When she brought the check, I told her about the pancakesshe said "oh" and did nothing. When we asked cashier to reduce the bill due to pancakes being inedible, all they did was discount the price that was charged for my having been charged originally to make them flavored pancakes instead of regular pancakes, so still ended up paying for food I couldn't eat.No one apologized for the poor food. Seated on a room with a VERY LOUD group of young adults, we couldn't even hear to talk amongst ouselves. No one seemed to care how our experience was.Very disappointed overall with everything.

A nice, clean place to get decent portions of food for decent prices. Good-sized menu with quite a few choices, friendly staff (even the waitress that argued with us on whether the pie we wanted was toffee or Snickers, lol ;p ), and a nice atmosphere. We were both happy with our meals and service, and will gladly return the next time we're in the area. There are a lot of Pokestops and gym in this area (reachable from the restaurant) for the Go players.

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant while staying in a nearby hotel for vacation... We had the country fried steak and egg breakfast along with the country fried steak omelette... Hands down the BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had!!! It was so good that we made sure to stop by again on our way out of town for breakfast... Customer service was great... Very friendly staff both days we visited... Also this restaurant was very clean and comfortable... Up to date country decor... Very excellent experience and we will actually make the hour and a half drive again just to patronize this business... Also, everything seemed to be homemade... Not an open a can and warm up food kind of diner/restaurant... Portions were large... You won't be disappointed...

Prep cook had a sick child and Kelly (the boss) told him that if he left to care for her, he would no longer have a position. Zero stars, do NOT recommend, food is horrible, servers are decent, customer service sucks. The boss also berates most of her employees for anything and everything, just because she is having a bad day. Gave one of her dishwashers a hard time as well (who had stage 4 cancer). Not someone I'd ever want to give my business to.

A quaint place on Main Street Shawno, we stopped for breakfast, l had a great omeletteand my wife had a cinnamon roll french toast. Both were delicious but hers was on the small side. The waitress was friendly, but the hostess must have had a bad day. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be there again.

Liver was over cooked to the point it was like tough liver. Gravy for the liver was so salty our guest couldnt eat it with the liver. My tenderloin was ordered Medium and it was rare and no taste. Very bland. My baked potato was undercooked. Baked beans, stuffed burrito and the blueberry stuffed French toast were awesome. The biscuits and gravy that we ordered was 2 Kaiser rolls cut in half and the gravy was so thick it was like paste. We came to this restaurant cause of all the people saying how good it was. My daughter only ate half of the wisconsin platter saying she couldn't take all the salt. When I tasted the brown gravy our guest had ordered on the side tasted like someone dropped a handful of kosher salt. I dont know if we will ever come back. My entire plate had block running everywhere.
