This place is amazing! It is packed tight with merchandise right away when you first walk in, but in a good way. Any direction you look you are wanting to go in that direction. Sports is main focus, which is great. They have a large selection of guns, long guns, hand guns, ammo. Huge selection of sport shoes, clothing all mixed in the middle in the rest of the store. Will come back easily.The cashier Devin was very professional and knowledgeable. And we were asked if we needed help over by the ammo. So you are certainly noticed when you are shopping there. Great store! :)

First time to this store. I needed help getting something off of a high shelf and got it right away and was asked if I needed help to get my canopy out of the store. I would definitely recommend.

The prices and selection here are just okay overall. The store is usually not very busy at all. I'm not sure if that's because the store is not easily viewed from the main street or because it's prices just aren't good enough to bring too many people in. That said, I do occasionally find great deals on clearance shoes and boots here and the employees all seem to give great customer service. All things considered, it is nice to have a place like this as a retail option in a somewhat small town.

There is not enough staff to help anyone. The bathrooms do not have a changing table for parents to change their children. It's not like they didn't have them, it used to be a Kmart. You want to have a family oriented sporting goods store then provide the necessary things so families can shop there.

Went in for a BIG SALE, and was unable to find any staff members, had to ask the cashier 3 times to call someone to assist us. The staff I guess were to busy in their conversations to acknowledge the 7 ppl looking for floor assistants (them) prices are outrageous and my shoes fell apart 60 days after I paid for them. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory

Pricey but a lot lower than some of the other named brand stores of its kind. Went there for Nike Slides however they didn't have any but was able to get a Nike Hat that was on Clearance.

Never get help when shopping here. No workers in sight. Soon as you get to a different section of the store they go hide. Only shop when I really need to other wise I'd prefer to go to the one in green bay 🤔🤭🤷‍♀️

Every time I go there, the discount price does not ring up, so if you don't catch it, you pay full price. If you do catch it, the manager has to come up and that takes extra time. I bought three items, and two rung up with the wrong price. I caught one , so manager had to come up to do a price adjustment. . Next day I returned the other item that rung up wrong...

I purchased a pair of hunting pants for my husband. He decided he didn’t need the pants. We could not find the sale slip in the bag. All the tags were still on the pants. They would not return the pants or give us store credit 2 days after they were purchased.Very disappointed

Too slow at checkout. The line was 15 people long. So eventually I just set down the item I was going to buy and walked out. Was there around 11 on a Saturday only 2 people working in the whole store. Over priced on everything I looked at.

I gotta say, its hit or miss. I've had good experiences and downright horrible ones. So I don't know. I've probably had more good than bad so take it however you want. Ammo used to be good, key word being, used to.

Tried to go in there quick to grab a gift card and they had their doors locked and the gates up blocking them at 5:54 when they close at 6. I can see turning off the open sign, but locking the doors and putting the gate up and then still standing by the door with the lights on waiting for 6:00 to come.

Everyone beats Dunham's prices and sevice.I went here to buy an item and knew it was cheaper atseveral other store's but received a gift card from a family member, so I figured since they have two signs on there front door that say "no one beats Dunham's prices... guaranteed", they would do a price match. After waiting 20 minutes and finally having to go up to the registers to have the young man resting on the counter call someone to help me and then another 5 min before someone showed up, I was told they wouldn't be able to perform a price match today and didn't know if they could price match the item at all. I'll just go where the price is cheaper and return the card to my family member.P.S This is the 2nd time I was given the run around about price matching at this location. I'm done with them, I dont think they'll be around long at this location (Shawano WI) anyway.

This is a follow up review after having an issue with an item I wanted to return without the sales receipt. I contacted the Dunham corporate office which gave me the voicemail of the store mangers in Shawano. They we able to find my purchase in their system with the information provided from my credit card app. I explained I was not aware of the no receipt /no return policy.Thank you Dunham’s Sports in Shawano for working with me for a refund.Hang on to your sales receipts

Name brand items very rarely go on sale. Coupons and email offers are not good on items like Underarmer or Nike. People are very nice and helpful.
