I sat in the drive-through for about 20 minutes to order two blizzards and a #1. I was then given the wrong food order with the blizzards. I went in to have the order corrected. It took another 10-15 minutes because my order was put at the back of the line. By the time I got back to my vehicle with the correct food, my blizzards were melted.

The atmosphere was sad because I got dumped there. The blizzard was salty with all my tears, and the parking lot haunts me.Parking: I got dumped in the parking lot. The blizzard and the service was good! Don’t recommend going after a soccer game with your girlfriend.

I ordered a 1/2 pound specialty Burger.The burgers were dried out!I also ordered I mint chocolate chip malt. What I received was something totally different. I went backup and I think they tried to fix it By starting over. I did not feel like anybody really heard what I ordered. I guess you can't expect Excellence from a fast food place anymore.

I used to speak very highly of this place, but for our infrequent orders lately, they completely mess up our orders most of the time.For prices upwards of $25-$40, it's a bit ridiculous that it's so difficult to get a correct order semi-consistently.I give a small amount of credit their way is due for what they donate, I really want to like them more again but this location makes it difficult.

Needed a quick snack on our drive. Cheese curds - tasty. Fries - meh. The French fries were very bland, barely crispy. Vanilla shake - delicious. We've also gotten blizzards from this location before and they were good. Drive-thru was quick and easy and the staff were nice.

Ordered a plain cheeseburger was given a cheeseburger with everything on it and hair in it. The fries had a piece of hair in it. They got my order wrong and then you get to the window bunch of kids standing around goofing off. This dairy queen is going downhill fast.

The Seymour location has seriously gone downhill in the past 3 years. Employees seem to come and go. Staff congregate near the window and don't pay attention to their monitors and their customers. Food quality isn't as good as the DQ on Ridge Road in Green Bay. Ridge Road is worth the drive; Seymour DQ isn't worth the wait.

A nice and easy place to get a quick bite to eat. I usually get the chicken strips basket. The tenders are not highly processed like at McDonald's. And it is a good deal.

Good experience IF going through the drive thru. The adolescents working inside are unprofessional, and have their loud friends shrieking, yelping and giggling, which does not a pleasent dinner conversation make. It even looked as though they were letting their friends behind the counter...

Tried to order cones inside. 5 people standing around and did not acknowledge me after 5 minutes. Went across street to McDonald's and got prompt friendly service and a Thank You!!!

I have eaten at this location before & this was the worst. Nothing but attitudes.Feeding a fam of 4 & spent $36 on a couple meals for nothing. Finally we got our order after a little wait & this is where I get upset. I asked for no cheese (allergic to cheese) there was cheese sprinkled on it & doused in mayo & uncooked bacon. The whole family had dried up food. My Husband went in & there were a bunch of teenagers unsupervised laughing & playing around. Than 2 kids did a high 5 bc he mentioned the bacon was uncooked. I refused to eat it. Our family will never go there ever again. Poor Customer Service. Maybe they needed to realized they could have Killed some1 over a customer asking a question.

Had a bad experience with a woman in drive through who may have been having a bad day but disrespecting coustomers is not how business should be conducted , upon ordering she seemed to not understand I wanted m&m and recces in one stating quite rude she doesn’t know what I mean then correcting me me on how to order a double ingredient blizzard “ so you want a recces add m&m” and then when to the window I was shooken up yet from this interaction and thought I gave exact change to which she responded “wow” when I accidentally gave her two dollars extra , I felt very off leaving as I just wanted to order some food not be made to feel dumb.

My family will NEVER eat at this DQ again. The burger was way over cooked, there was a tendon in the burger that my husband had to pull out of his teeth, yuck, and it wasn't made the way he wanted it. We ordered 2 Georgia mud fudge blizzards, there's suppose to be brownie bits in it but they put Oreos in instead. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong, we are sooooo tired of the incorrect orders and now the food doesn't even taste good, I hope he doesn't get sick from the gross burger.

Food was very good, so was the service. The restaurant was extremely dirty though. It was not busy when we were there and I only saw 2 clean tables and those were the two person tables, we had a group of 5. Garbage all over the floor. Not impressed with that.

I frequent Dairy Queen when on the road, family has stock in it...this one was the first to disappoint in a long time. Waited for the drive through for 3 minutes, drove around again, still no response. Parked and went in. I am a pleasant type of customer, but all 5 people were standing around doing nothing. 3 cars in the lot, no one else at drive through. Asked for a hot dog with "JUST A LITTLE BIT" of ketchup and a hot fudge shake, my usual order everywhere. Tons of the red stuff on the dog, shake cup was a mess on the outside, had to do a major clean up before I would put it on anything. Now, small towns usually have the best DQ's, like Brillion, WI...but I will never go to this one again. The girl did know how to make change, though...one positive.

I was there Sunday night and placed my order, and she said my bill was 8.36. I got to the window and she said the same thing 8.36. I gave her 10.36 I got 1. And some change back. I said it should be 2. She said it was 8.63. I said to her you told me 8.36. They need something at the window saying how much you owe.

$30 for 2 sandwiches and 2 blizzards and they got the order wrong again. No thanks, just go to McDonald's across the road and save yourself some time and spend half the money.
