I was hoping to get my shopping in after visiting my mom at Rennes . I know from the past that after 9 pm you have to use the self checkouts, and I hate using them… today it was earlier than that. I don’t know how to use them correctly apparently cause one of the 3 employees standing and giggling with each other would have to scan his card and back to the circle he went. I am very slow at this and he had to scan his card 3 times. It took me well over 20 minutes to complete…. With a line of folks behind me waiting.Do you know how many people could have been checked out , had their groceries bagged, and out the door … if only they would have utilized these 3 employees on two registers???I am happy in a way, cause I doubled bagged a lot of things …and frozen items are not put in with a loaf of bread and a can of veggies.I had a big cart of groceries and was having a difficult time with a bad back and trying to find a place to put the scanned items… one day I might learn the art of self check out…and they are most likely good for folks with a few items… but for now I will cuss out loud. 🤬

Of the 3 Pick and Saves in the area this is by far the best. It's clean and organized with a comfortable layout.I love the addition of Starbucks near the registers.The deli and ready to go meals area offer many of the better choices of all the local grocers.The pricing is only competitive with sale items. , to buy anything at regular prices is no cheaper than anybody else.

This location has self serve deli which is awesome! I put my food in my box and box it myself which is really nice! So I took home onion rings and potato wedges!

Great selection, decent prices, friendly staff, yummy deli and bakery, liquor dept has a variety to pick from, sushi bar is super yummy, sandwiches are good, and their meat counter usually has a fantastic selection and their bacon is fabulous!!

I have done business here for years, and while I wouldn't call prices/quality/service here great I also never felt the need to complain.Yesterday I purchased a cured salami on discount for around $8, brought it to work expecting to eat it, upon opening it see that it's got slimy spots and was so dried out that I had to push down on my knife with my entire body weight (200+ lbs) to cut off a slice, did a bite test and it was like biting wood. No big deal, will bring it back the following day as I have the receipt.I get told at the customer service desk that they don't usually do returns on their reduced price goods, that they're "as is". As I had the receipt, AND I actually brought the product back with me so they could see it should they so choose, I tell them that if they're not willing to at least look at it or refund my money after selling me food that is literally not edible that we're going to have a problem. She begrudgingly refunds my money onto my card. I also asked if this rule about no returns on discounted items they sell is written down anywhere, the lady I spoke to says she doesn't know but that it's their policy. Now I understand that products get out on discount for a variety of reasons (close to expiration/scratch and dent), I get that. But how can you sell a food item that is literally inedible, get provided the item back so that they can see it, and still get a hard time about a return? Poor customer service, do better Pick N Save.

My local PNS is clean, well-organized and friendly. I always enjoy shopping here. There are items I easily find here that even W@/-M@r+ doesn't carry or keep in stock. For my example: 20-gallon kitchen trash bags (not stocked by competitor) and sifting kitty-box liners (not IN stock at competitor).

The last two times I have bought meat from here I have opened the package to find it browned and rotten smelling. One a chuck roast and the second ground beef. I have seen bad reviews in the past of them changing the dates on meat so im not sure if it’s date changing or they don’t properly store the meat. Avoid the meat here and check the expiration date on all other groceries

They bleach their meat and the Butcher will fold the meat to hide large chunks of fat and tendon on purpose! Worst place most expensive place to buy meat! I won’t even shop at the store and I live right next to it! I’ll drive across town to get stuff that’s fresh and not over priced!

What is the awful smell upon walking into the store? The smell of urine permeated straight thru to the produce dept. The meat department stinks as well. I understand that is because of i appropriate cleaning methods. Funny, short drive to the PNS in Kronenwetter where it doesn’t smell at all. Please fix this!!!

Decent sales at times. Relatively clean store. Friendly staff experiences. Parking lot can be a bit chaotic at times. Carts roll reasonably well. Not my favorite pick and save location but it beats going to Walmart. Bathrooms are usually pretty decent. Just watch the parking lot when it snows. Can be a bit tricky

Why did this store smell like someone pooped their paints today? Well I asked an employee and they said it was a cleaning machine. Gross!!! Smells like a biohazard.

I've never felt compelled to give a bad review for any business before but I am livid at the unprofessionalism displayed at this pharmacy. For the second consecutive occurrence my prescription has failed to get filled on time. It was supposed to be ready to pick up Wednesday at 7pm. I went there Thursday at 2:30pm only to be told that it's not ready yet. So I went to work with no insulin and I had to give my cat a partial injection when I arrived home. If you're someone who thinks pharmacists should take their jobs seriously, I suggest you look elsewhere. I will be.

I continually recieve poor service at this location this is probably the 5th time in 3 weeks. Sherri is the most rude person, most of the employees "managing" stand there barking out orders to the staff. When someone needs help at the service counter they scoff at you and tell you it will be a while before you will get help. Their careless behavior and rude attentiveness will leave me from returning here. This crew needs a lesson on proper customer service and how not to be abrasive when communicating with patrons.

My wife and I stopped to get shingle shots today 8-4-23. Jeff the pharmacist is outstanding, did not make us feel rushed at all, professional and fun. Great hire PicknSave. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is drive thru often takes a while.Like everywhere else, people don’t want jobs or over value their experience or intelligence.

Clean and friendly. They do a great job maintaining a selection of everything you would expect. No boxes in the aisles filling shelves when we shop during the week, as we been experiencing at other stores.

Very disappointed in stock, I did a pick up order on Wed and 8 out of my 22 items on my list were out of stock. So I went this am into the store and had 7 items that were on the buy 5 and get $1 off each of the 7 items only 3 of them were in stock. I think if they need to stop the buy 5 or more deals because every time I come up with 5 things so I can get the deal they always have a couple items out so I can't get the deal. I have cut back on my shopping at PicknSave because so often sale items are out.

Pharmacy is a joke. We wait two days every time for a prescription. My wife waited in line yesterday for 40 minutes before walking out. Trying again today. Five people ahead of her in line again. Today is day three since it was called in. At first they said they hadn't gotten to it yet. Now she can't even make it to the window. Been like this the last year. 2-3 days always to get a prescription. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Super disappointed that they wouldn’t help me get the discounts. I haven’t shopped at a pick n save in years but had a savers card. So decided to try this store. It was a beautiful store and great deals. But when I checked out, I realized I didn’t get the deals as advertised. I went straight to Customerservice and she said it was because of digital coupons. That was new to me so I asked if she would allow me to get the coupons now and take it off since I just purchased it, she said no. Now I remember why I stopped going to pick n saves 😞.

Surprise it's really Krogers. Not sure why it has a different name but could be something to do with unions and this state ain't a fan of unions for the most part. Just dropped 100 on bare essentials but that's the cost of living. Remember when jacks pizzas were 10 for 10? Those were the days.

I like Pick 'n Save for its convenience and the employees are generally friendly.The prices are much higher than other grocery shopping options, even with the "rewards" card.They often seem to have long wait times for lines, including self-checkout. Even in the middle of the day.I have been there at times when there were no lines, but also no cashiers too.This has to be the most frustrating visit I've ever had there:I stopped to pick up a few items on a Thursday evening, shortly before 9pm. They close at 11pm. There wasn't a single line open and I was forced to do self-checkout. There were 4 employees standing there the whole time, talking about nonsense and other not work related topics. And there I was checking myself out because there were no lines open.I don't mind using, and sometimes love the convenience of, self-checkout. I generally use self-checkout when I'm in a hurry, have 1 or 2 items or there are long lines in the cashier operated lanes.I should NEVER be forced to use a self-checkout line just because employees would rather BS with each other than do THEIR job!This particular event happened on the evening of Thursday, January 24th, 2019.

Has dramatically gone downhill since being purchased by Kroeger. Checkout lanes are even worse than before Was there at 7pm tonight and they had a single lane open. Prices also seemed to have gone up and the product selection has been reduced.It's an awfully convenient location for me as I live just up the street but I'm going to be driving across town to either County Market or Triggs from now on.(Update 06/20: Bumping this up a star. During the recent Covid-19 outbreak this was one of the first grocery stores to limit purchasing of certain items to avoid hoarders and ensure as many customers could get what they needed, make sure health concerns were addressed, delivery and curb side pick up were offered and, if I'm not mistaken, reserve the first hour or so each morning to the elderly and at-risk population. I do stand by my previous comments though and have been doing the majority of my grocery shopping elsewhere.)(Update 07/20: I spoke too soon. Pick n Save just announced that they will no longer be giving change at check out. All cash transactions will have the coinage portion owed back to the customer added to their rewards card. Nothing more than a grab to force people to use their rewards card and collect marketing data. Also locks you in to only having that money available to spend at their stores. F THAT! Good bye Pick n Save)(Update 05/21); Thought I would give them one more shot as its been almost a year. Big mistake! Tried the delivery option and specifically marked that I had to approve substitutions. Guess that was purely optional for the shopper. It was not even close to what I ordered! Still had to break away from family on Mothers Day to correct their screw up. This place is dead to me. Worst grocery store I've ever come.in contact with. Customer satisfaction is DEFINITELY not on their check list of things they care about.

Definitely pushing customers to use the self checkout lanes. May be okay if you have a handful of items but a larger cart of purchases is not feasible. Checkout can take 25-30 minutes with only 3 cashier lanes open during peak times.

Was really unhappy with the services of the deli department. Ordered $100 worth of chicken for an Xmas party DAYS in advance and was told they would have it ready no problem. Upon arriving to pick up the order I was told the had lost the order and they pretty much shrugged it off as if it was not a big deal. When I said that i have nothing to feed the Xmas party now they gave me a $15 gift card as if that was going to feed 25 mouths. Called Trigs and they accommodated my needs right then and there and it even cost less.
