Incompetent in screwing up my order put a hold on two of the three and not telling me when I'm picking my scripts up, got home to notice this where's the other two?, called them no answer, had to walk back to there 1/3 mile then wait half hr for her to eat her lunch sign with no clock, with no substitute for my needed customer service filling in for her, then when I rightfully complain they were extremely rude, ganging up on me, and unaccomadating, (toward them missing two scripts), she's telling me as a customer by saying Let me tell you... .My reply was Let me tell you, I'm the customer , and she called security on me for that? Then this is hilarious: She bans me service, like I'd ever consider the notion😁😆🤣😂🤣Worst pharmacy experience EVER!

I go to the CVS Pharmacy inside Target on Schofield Ave., and I absolutely LOVE it! They are all super friendly. They all know me by name, and are very familiar with my medications. As a transgender individual, they are EXTREMELY respectful and thoughtful when it comes to using my name!! It makes picking up prescriptions much, much easier when they use my name and gender properly, despite what I need to have on my profile for insurance purposes. They always help me with insurance and prescriber issues. There are times when the pharmacy gets really busy, and I have no problem with waiting or coming back later. During peak hours, I can tell they are always doing the absolute best to work efficiently while still maintaining quality control and the best customer service they can provide. If you live in this area and your insurance covers them, I highly recommend this local, friendly pharmacy!

What can I say? It's a pharmacy. But it's always a nice visit regardless. You can sign up to get regular texts when your meds are ready. Needless to say I have no complaints

Slow, rude, don't have the full amount of my medication in when they've had the prescription for weeks. Incompetent & I have come out with missing pills more than once. Shame on them.
