This Walmart is great, I was in and out in 10 minutes! I didn't have to search for parking! If I'm ever in this area again I'd definitely come here! Clean, but the staff can use a boost in the be more helpful department! As I'm from out of town I asked for directions to the front of the store and the guy shrugged his shoulders and walked away!

Walmart has changed so much in the last 20 years. Some things good other things not good.They have expanded their inventory to carry more organic and health foods which is great for me having so many food allergies. They also carry better quality, for some things, products made in USA 🇺🇸 for the home and clothing.What's not good is their customer service. Most, not all, of their employees don't greet you, look you in the eye, or thank you and if you ask for help they treat you as if you are a burden. Being in customer service over 40 years, I find that unacceptable. Be a little more choosy when you hire and you'll have better employees and then more satisfied customers.

All management is a joke, half of them got the job through friends other half (Rachel, Linda, Karen, Terry, Ashley, Wendy, joe, tod) must have either peaked in highschool or where bullied In Highschool so they come to work at their ripe old ages to bully the younger workers, Turnover rate is 110% 🤔.Pay rates are very low for what you are required to do and deal with. Staff are regularly rude with constant attitudes.You'll be followed around and be accused of stealing by Linda in apparel when you're clearlyRegisters always have long lines when workers are standing around, customer service desk is "busy" they stand around ignoring phone calls.Zero hospitality from staff at any point in time to customers.Shopping experience is rushed, from a customer standpoint you are meant to feel like you are in the way of the workers and you as the customer need to move faster, in & out of the store. As a customer you're treated like a hassle or another annoying task.Management turn over rates are high due to lack of training and preparation. They'll hire anyone that's breathing then fire ppl so they can keep the staff at the minimum pay so you don't get that 30 cent raise every year. (30¢ isn't life changing anyways)Your lucky if you work there longer than 2 years- so short term employment.If you complain about sexual harassment, bullying, etc. the women managers do not take action.No extra pay for working all mandatory holidays, discount is 10% with the rising price gouging & shrink-flation from Walmart.Self checkout will soon be a subscription you'll have to pay to buy your items in store.Lot of gaslighting, belittling, attempts to guilt trip workers, bullying, carelessness, hostility to workers- emotional warfare and detrimental to your mental health working in that environment. So why is the turnover rate 110% again? 🤔 Beats me 🤷‍♂️

Customer service was very nice helping to determine which items were covered by my health card. Checkout actually had a real person. I didn't like that they don't let you take the electric cart to the car. Why do you think I am in an electric cart? Now you want to make it harder on me? I did anyway, brought it back & plugged it in, so I don't know what the big deal is.

Definitely getting a corprate complaint. 10 minutes to close myself, and other people show up and they lock the doors. After knocking on the window, five different associates stared at me and looked away, one expressing attitude like we were a complete inconvenience to their schedule. When I called a lady answered (fumbling her words sounding very confused where she works) said she was going to have management open the door, but they never showed up.A+ for effort, Solid work ppl - sorry, I needed two items quick and came before you actually close, I know it’s hard to do your job that you signed up for

My roommate uses this frequently. Excellent job. They are great. They even packed the candle with a fragile sticker. I definitely encourage others to use this service

I shop at Walmart as little as possible. The quality of product is awful. The staff if you can find them know almost nothing about what is in the store or where to find it. The smell is weird ... In fact the smell is the same one that K-mart and Shopko took on a year or two before they went bankrupt. Gross.

Wow I absolutely despise shopping in any Walmart ever but this one has exceeded my expectations. So far I have only been inside once, but I've ordered pick up a couple of times and I have to say I'm impressed. I'm still a target girl but this Walmart is much better than the rest.

I’m seeing my own review four years later, wondering why I even reviewed a Walmart. I didn’t leave any explanation, but they must have done something really great for me to have given them five stars, despite not remembering what it was. Bravo, Walmart!

There customer service needs a lot of work. There is a manager Nicole that works there has noooo customer service experience at all. Thank you for the nice lady above her that took car of me. I didn't like the way I was treated she dropped my bag of groceries on the floor and never said a word or offered to pick them up. I am didlsabled

I went to this Walmart for the first time last night and had a very poor experience. The employee working at the self-checkout was very aggressive and verbally abusive towards me because I was checking out right around closing time. She began angrily scolding me and telling me I needed to hurry up and quickly check out since the store was closing soon. She was very rude and kept repeating that she should be able to “punch out and leave at 11:00”. I am extremely shocked that Walmart would employee this kind of person and I hope that this behavior will not be condoned.

Nice store overall, good selection of food as expected, and household goods too. Not a major superstore like others so navigating is faster provided they have what you need. Only negative is the tight parking lot and awkward entrance fro the east off the roundabout.

This is one of the areas best Walmart stores! It beats Brown Deer because it's much safer and shelves are actually stocked. It beats Menomonee Falls because it stocks more items, it isn't messy and the checkout lanes are in better condition. Better clearance variety here too. I expect there's better quality clearance because there's less retail theft overall (unlike Brown Deer). Produce seems fresher too. If I had to mention a drawback: something is off about the lighting. I can't tell what though. It's not as super bright as other locations. It feels like there's some dull aisles. Maybe it's a different type of lighting? Not really a big deal though.

This is one of the cleanest, better managed and well-organized Walmart stores I've ever visited. The selection at this particular store for makeup supplies is the best I've found anywhere- and I wasn't even looking for that in particular. I'm very surprised this store has the selection it has of many different things. It was refreshing to see to say the least! Now they just have to carry Crescent Foods branded items and I'm set!

It's like a mini-Walmart compared to your typical ones. The grocery section is less than half the size of the one at the Sheboygan store. But there's less walking.

This is my FAVE WalMart. The people here are always fairly friendly. Even though there seems to be a little it of a staffing problem lately. There never seems to be enough cashiers so be prepared to use the self-check out -- especially if you go late at night. Still, this store is clean and if you ask for help, people will stop to help you! I like that! The store always seems well stocked and whenever I have to return something, I don't get rude responses from the workers. The eyeglass shop always helps me even on products I didn't purchase at WalMart -- which made me start purchasing my glasses at WalMart! LOLI like to shop later in the day because I have a Service Dog. I've noticed, there are NEVER cashiers in the store at night anymore. I realize this is a sign of COVID hiring issues. I'm sorry to see this. As a disabled person, it's very hard to manage self-check with a Service Dog! I hope there is a solution in the works somewhere because this is MY neighborhood WalMart and I want to continue supporting local!This store is clean and there always seems to be workers busily placing stock on the shelves vs letting it sit forever in boxes in the aisles. Again as a disabled person, I appreciate that. This isn't the biggest store but they seem to make huge efforts to meet the community's needs.
