Love this place and the staff. They have helped me so many times with food questions and switchover, and when my dog was having diarrhea (due to a medication), they were very knowledgeable in explaining options to help with it. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pet Supply Port is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we found everything we needed. Jen is so knowledgeable and helped us decide on a few calming supplements for our pups before we went on vacation with them. She also gave us valuable advice for traveling overseas with them. We spoke about natural, healthy foods for our pets and other forms of enrichment. We are so happy we stopped by and will definitely be back for more natural pet products and great conversation 😊

This is a fantastic small business to support. I recently moved to the area and was in need of bathing my dog. They have a great offering to self bath your animal. I really appreciated being able to book my spot online (same day 3/15/2022). The young lady that assisted me was very professional and extremely helpful for my first time ever using such a service. My dog was extremely nervous and she even offered treats to my pup to help. They supply everything, and I do mean everything, needed from shampoo, apron, towels, dryer, and doggie perfume! They offer a loyalty program as well. I can’t rave enough about how great my first experience with this business was and I will definitely be patronizing their establishment again!

I adore this place. Not only do they carry quality products. They're also very knowledgeable about those products and foods. In addition, for $10.00 I can wash my 80 lb lab in their tub and not have to worry about clogging up my drains at home! They provide aprons, shampoos, brushes, towels, and a dryer, all for a great price!

Wish I knew about this store sooner. I just stopped in to see if they had guppy fish and they did. I did not wait long before I waas asked if i needed help by a friendly man on staff. Wish I got his name because he was great. They dont have a huge selection of live fish, but he let me know they can order them, and also let me know about the supplier they get the fish from. They also seem to have most of the stuff that I might need for my fish tank. I

The owner and staff here are always going out of their way to go above and beyond. They have been helping us care for our pets for a couple of years now and they will be for years to come. In addition to helping keep track of what food I need, they also ask if I need help carrying it out to the car.Friendly and knowledgeable service, you can really feel the love of animals here.

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is insanely friendly and knowledgeable about everything I have ever asked them. They always offer help out to your car if you need it or purchase larger items. They always seem to have everything I need and are never low in stock. Prices are amazing (cheaper than petsmart or other large chains) I recommend this place to anyone I can. Their employees did an amazing job at helping me find the right food for my dog a year ago and I haven't switched it since!

I finally found this wonderful pet store! I'm so happy I found it. My pup is a finicky eater and this store is like the Outpost for pets. I've found so many wonderful, nontraditional things that he loves at this store.Because Buddy is allergic to chicken, I can't feed him most dog foods. I have spent hours in pet stores struggling to read the tiny print on the food bags. I have a visual challenge that makes it hard to see the print on most bags and have left many stores extremely frustrated.Every time I shop here, I get so much friendly help, I never reach that frustration point. It's refreshing to do where the staff knows the products and wants to help you find what you need. I feel like my money matters every time I enter the store. I feel like I'm an important part of their business.

We live in Saukville and we had just recently discovered that they have an in house dog bath. The staff here has always been polite and friendly which is why we keep going back. So for the bath it’s $10 for 45 minutes which includes shampoo, conditioner, cologne, and brushes for brushing out your dogs. Bath area was well kept up and simple to use, well worth the $10!! Keep up the great customer service guys and gals!! The staff also explained how to use the facility in case anyone has never given their dog a bath on their own. (Like us lol)

I've never been to a pet store, where the owner researches every product she sells. That shows me that she cares about my pet just as much as she does her own. I've been shopping at Pet Supply Port since they were in Port. The entire staff are educated about what will work best for your pet, and if you take your baby in they will definitely get some love. Try it. You'll love it. 😁😁

A very nice pet supply store locally owned and operated. Every visit has been a wonderful visit thanks to the staff. They have wonderful selection of dog and cat items. They even have a bird that appears to live in the store and is a hilarious at times.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very kind after picking up a new pup. They made the experience very enjoyable. I would recommend them if you are in the area and need part supplies. The store isn't a huge big box store and that's perfectly okay. So check it out.

Locally owned, excellent prices especially when compared to Petsmart, great customer service, and they only carry items that are healthy for your pets yet affordable. Upon request they offer food samples of their various types of dog food (I do not know about cat food). They have raw food options as well. They offer a reward point system too and its recorded in their computer system, not another reward card to carry around. Healthy leashed dogs are welcome in the store. There's so many positive things that can be said about the store this review would turn into a book. I recommend to every pet owner.

I think it is a benefit that this store is smaller. Staff has assisted me in picking out a shampoo for my first puppy and helping me carry out the large bag of dog food to my car. They're friendly and know what they're talking about. Also in a convenient location off of I-43. Prices are a little more expensive but they've got great value and a healthy selection.

Great prices, knowledgeable and very friendly staff! I will never go anywhere else for my cat and dog needs. However for my reptiles I find they are out of stock on food (insects, rodents) a lot so I usually just end up with having to go somewhere else for that.
