This was my first time taking my pup to Bonsai Pet for grooming (as I live in Cleveland but was house/dogsitting for a friend) and I couldn't be happier that I chose them!! Kate did an amazing job on my pup!!! (Before & after pics attached) She looked better I expected and she was much calmer when I dropped her off than she is with her groomer back home. Kate also trimmed my friend's dog's nails....he hates having his nails clipped and he can be quite a "jerk" but, after she muzzled him, it took her about 5 minutes to clip and file all 4 paws. I highly recommend Bonsai Pet for all your grooming needs!!! They also have a good selection of homemade treats along with some really cute toys for dogs and cats!! I will definitely bring my pup back next time we're in town!!! Thank you Kate!!!

These amazing groomers are worth every penny! When I rescued a dog, Lori (who grooms my Service dog) helped me by turning the rescued Pomeranian from a beast to a beauty! He is now in a foster home, living a great life and waiting for a Forever home!Thank you Lori! You'll never know how much your professional skills helped this little pup along. Everyone was amazed at the difference and Bentley looked like a million dollar show dog!

I have a 5 pound chihuahua that doesn’t like having her nails trimmed. I tried 4 other groomers before I finally found Bonsai Pet and she is the only one who can successfully trim my pup’s nails. She’s the best groomer in the area! She’s so patient and kind! I’m so lucky to have found Bonsai Pet!

I've been hesitant to take my dog to the groomers for a while because our first experience was horrible (I won't go into details). Since then, I've been grooming my dog on my own. It's a tough task! I finally decided I'd reach out to groomers to give it a second try due to my busy schedule. Many groomers were booked up and appointments are normally 1-2 months out. Luckily, Bonsai Pet had availability for my dog a week later. I really didn't have any expectations due to my last disappointment -- I just wanted my dog to be cleaned up and coming out without any emotional trauma, excessive trembling, or obvious nicks.LORI did an absolutely stunning job with my dog! I cannot begin to express how happy and impressed I am and officialy have a trusted groomer to return to. She was very communicative upon our first meeting and we talked about how my dog would be groomed. My dog is a Bedlington Terrier, but I had never given him the classic cut. I decided to trust Lori with it and she exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the value for such great expertise and care is amazing. My dog walked out looking perfect and without any fear. Thank you so much, Lori! We will definitely be back!

Our cockapoo always looks, smells, and feels amazing after his visits. Kind and caring staff. They point out any issues they notice with his ears as well (he gets frequent ear infections). Definitely recommend!!

I was very satisfied with Bonsai Pet grooming. They gave our neurotic cat a shave to get rid of mats, a bath, ear cleaning, and cut his nails about 100 dollars. I would gladly recommend them.

Absolutely awesome!!! I had an unexpected issue with my cat. I called Bonsai and they got her in right away that morning. Was there for 15 mins and had my cat all fixed up and back to normal! Took my scaredy-cat cat here to get groomed. He’s not fond of strangers and they did an excellent job. Took them two hours and I believe two employees. Price was a little high but I’ve never taken my cats to the groomer before.

This was our first time getting our kitty groomed, honestly we had never heard of cat grooming.... Our Azula is so furry she just cant get herself cleaned. Bonsai did a fantastic job and now our Long Haired Tortie is so happy and clean!

Don't believe what they say on their website about; "all dogs receive a full brush-out, and will have mats and tangles removed...We will also use a Furminator...." . "We encourage owners to give input on what type of trimming they want done. They did neither for us
