My dogs were very excited when we found Raw Rations, they love the food. I have two Cane Corso mixes that have a wide variety of both seasonal and food allergies. After booking a consult with Naomi she was able to explain the process of switching to raw thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Naomi is very quick to reply to any questions or concerns I have and has adjusted my dogs meal plans specifically to their needs. I can not recommend her, and Raw Rations enough!

Ordered two Ruffland crates and they arrived a day earlier than expected. They’re in great condition and had the colors I wanted when no other sites had them in stock. For reference we ordered a crate from ruffland’s website and it took 3 weeks for them to process the order so I’m very impressed to get the crates within 3 days of placing the order. Will definitely be returning to this site for future needs!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! My mom and I both took our 10 week old German Shepherds here and we all had a great time! Employees and other customers are all super friendly, nice and welcoming! The staff answered all my questions, which were a lot, and they helped me find what would be best for my Ahsoka. VERY AFFORDABLE. Building is kept neat and clean! A bunch of different food options, toys, leashes, collars, bath time options, treats, etc. will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys!!!!

Cat treat review!On our way back from getting my sutures out, we stopped at Raw Rations in Sauk City. We saw these whole dried minnows and had to try them.Togo hates them! Luci LOVES them. Which is purrfect, because Luci has a fast metabolism and is way more active than Togo. Togo's idea of play is sitting and waiting to pounce for ten minutes 😹 We needed snacks Luci likes and Togo hates, so he can Bulk 💪🏿 The lovely cashier (working around 11:30 yesterday) let us know the giant bags are in the dog section. We'll be back for those for sure! Give her a raise for attracting new customers 🌟They're made in Wisconsin too, which is a huge plus! Buy local!!

Hands down the best place to shop for your furry family member. Staff are always patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The products they carry are high quality and include everything you need for felines and canines. They also offer grooming, training, self dog washing, and guest specialist.

There are a lot of products, many good options. Prices are reasonable. The reason I took three stars is because I think it's rude to get treated differently going into a store you have never been too before. If anything new customers should be treated with extra care because the first impression is everything. But because I was not known in the store by the cashier, the cashier blatantly looks around me while I'm standing in line with my arms full to address the customer behind me who she knew by name. I was first in line for a good minute, only one cashier checking someone out so the cashier opens the other register to ignore me and help the person behind me. This was a pretty rude experience and makes me not want to return.

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. We’ve tried several dry kibble brands for our dogs and getting them to eat has always been a challenge. Now that we’ve changed them to a raw diet with the help of Raw Rations, our dogs absolutely love their food. One of our dogs had food allergies and has been lethargic, and after changing her to a raw diet she’s visibly happier, more playful and energetic. It makes us so happy that our dogs are getting such nutritious food that they love to eat.

Awesome place for all your pet needs! Some many specialty items you can’t get at other pet stores. Lots of raw and kibble options. The groomer is wonderful and the self wash is super handy especially in winter! Super knowledgeable staff and the owners are fantastic! Austin is the cutest baby and will give you lots of smiles! I usually get my pup's raw dog food with their convenient delivery route but we were in Madison this weekend and we stopped by the store. Sooo many different chews, treats, toys and food options! They have a very good selection of biothane collars and leashes as well as normal collars and leashes. The customer service was top-notch!

I’ve only been once which was today for a self dog wash and it was a great easy experienceThe shampoo and conditioner provided was great and made my dog feel soft and helped de-shed him. The water pressure and nozzle was awesome best one I’ve ever used and the high velocity dryer worked very well and was relatively quiet. The girl who helped me was kind and she was the only one working and it was kind of busy there. I only looked at a few things in the store but they have a great selection and in my opinion fair prices for being in a small town with very little competition. The 20 minute dog wash was $15 which I honestly feel it was worth.The only negative feedback I have was that the wash station wasn’t sanitized prior to my appointment so I had to wait for her to do that and it seemed way too quick to be thorough which worried me but overall I still rate 5 stars. But please sanitize the facility properly between clients because of the risks of illness and pests.I will be back for sure and hope this review is communicated with staff!

Since losing my connection to purchase Ross-Wells raw food directly, I've started ordering from Raw Rations and picking up from the delivery truck in West Bend. It's really easy to order and pay online. The pick up process is quick and very organized. I'm so grateful to be able to continue feeding my dogs their favorite food!

Excellent range of quality food and gear options, especially durable training toys for performance/sport trainers not often found in pet supply stores.The newer location is spacious and the bath rental room is well-equipped and a pleasure to use. The dryer alone makes it worth a special trip to Sauk!

I don't know what I would do without their delivery service to Green Bay and AMAZING selection of raw food, treats and supplements! My dogs are so healthy and happy because of the variety of raw foods they offer. Dustin is always so friendly during deliveries, and my dogs love coming along for the ride and sniffing out their fresh goodies for the month! This is a small business like no other. Pick-up day is my favorite day of the month! 🙂

The best pet food store that I’ve ever been too! The staff is wonderful. They really care about animals, and the products they sell are the very best that you can find. First, I want to say they have wonderful, personal customer service. I just received my first order today and it came faster than expected, my dogs absolutely love it! Also, they are the cheapest prices I’ve found! Ive been doing DIY raw for about a year, and they have the best products. It also saves me the headache of shopping and spending hours prepping food. I was 14 hours from my home in Kansas City to pick up dog food they accommodated me by meeting me early to pick up my order just fabulous people great wonderful supplies great variety and raw dog food kibble toys especially the fact that I am a canine trainer breeder of German shepherds just couldn't ask for a better supplier. Just wish that they were closer

This is the only place to buy the raw food for your dog. On opening store there were 12 people waiting. One person handling it all. She did great forgot to get her name but the boss knows. Get some hep for her. We will be using this store only going forward. Very knowledgeable
